I can't remember whether we ordered chips and salsa or if it was included with the service. But what I did order was the cheese-and-meat dip. I love the way it arrived at the table. Th cheese came separately from the meat, and I added the meat to the cheese. So, of course, I made it very meaty. It was really good. Also, I found out by mistake that if you really crave a very hot, spicy salsa, they have it! I got the Chicken Monterey; it's two breasts topped with sautéed mushrooms, a mixture of green and white onions, melted mozzarella, and roasted jalapeños. The flavors together made for a great-tasting dish. It was so good, and the meat was very tender. I didnt have to use a knife. The sides were charro beans and well-seasoned Mexican rice with Pico de Gallo. I could have gotten the tortillas, but I didn't.
