I've never seen such clean and neat smog test station which I like. Angie knows how to operate my V10 BMW M6 coupe without needing me to explain. M6 needs driver to activate handbrake because it is manual car with automated clutch. Most people have no idea how to operate the car. Once he turned off my car he insisted my car had an eggy smell and said it could be my catalytic converter. I told him no way that smell is coming from my car, I would've remembered that for sure. I knew my car was not in that bad of a shape like the tech tried to make it out to be. The tech then says the service will take about 4 hours,I told him that's too long for a simple check engine light diagnostic test and I have to pick up my kids from school. The "scare" tactic didn't work on me and I could tell the tech was annoyed that I chose to leave instead of leaving my car with them. Too bad for you I'm not a dumb woman. Shame on you.

Best in person service I've received in a long time, the fact that they came to me is priceless. Had my car up and running again. Thanks guys, I rarely reviews but there exceptions. But overall, just beyond what we had anticipated with pricing even with the quote beforehand and after it going up even more. Oh well. At that time, I felt it was a great option. This time, however, my experience was different. I am not sure whether it is because prices have gone up, but the tire looked repairable to me. Still, they told me it could not be patched and that I needed to buy a used tire instead. Since I was already there and the work needed to be done, I ended up paying $60 for a used tire. What disappointed me most was that I originally thought I would be able to keep my old tire and take it home, because I believed I could patch it myself and keep it as a spare. In the end, that was not how it worked. Their used tire replacement process meant they kept my original tire and gave me another used tire in exchange. So it did not really feel like I was simply buying a used tire for $60. It felt more like I was trading in my old tire, which did not even have a hole that obvious to me, and still paying $60 on top of that. The service was done quickly, but the overall experience left me feeling less satisfied than before. Next time, I would definitely compare prices and ask more questions at a few other shops before making a decision.on the car

Since my truck was out of warranty, I wasn't sure where to turn. I reached out through Yelp and heard back from Ed almost immediately. He had a good idea of what might be wrong and invited me to bring the truck in for an assessment. After inspecting it, he identified damage (caused by rats) to the transmission wiring harness, which had unfortunately caused internal damage. He walked me through everything clearly and provided a very reasonable estimate for a full rebuild. Throughout the entire process, Ed was easy to communicate with, always professional, and genuinely helpful with his advice. What really stood out was how he went above and beyond after the repair. I was told this type damage might be covered under my comprehensive auto insurance. Ed then took the time to work directly with my insurance company--providing detailed documentation and expert insight. Because of his effort and experience, the claim was approved and the repair ended up being fully covered. That level of service is rare these days. I truly appreciate Ed's honesty, professionalism, and follow-through. He did exactly what he said he would do and then some. I wouldn't hesitate to come back or recommend him to anyone in need of transmission work.

Costco told me to buy new tires ($800=) Toyota Tustin told me to buy new tires ($600...) A Plus Tire Club's Owner Larry went out and checked out my tires and said I just need the right front tire for now. They don't sell used tires but he asked his employee went and checked for one and found one for my 2020 Toyota Sienna. He found a pretty good one with 50% tread left. I said how much? $40 with installation and no tax. 10 minutes later is was on my car, and all tires were cleaned with tire lotion. I gave them $40 plus $10 tip for their honesty, great help in finding me a spare in their used tire that day, and for their extreme efficiency in putting the tire on my car...( they call it NASCAR tire changing like they do in races. I can not believe how cool, amazing, honest, fun, funny, and great service they provided me ( and saved me$$$$$) by letting me know the other 3 tires were still good. I give this place and Larry (the owner) and his employees a million stars! They bring me oil colors so I can see the difference between my dirty colors and the new vibrant colors I should have. So of course I want my car to run great so im saying yes to every new filter and yes to every new fluid but Im not a mechanic so im trusting them like I've trusted my last oil change place. There is a good energy here and I hope they are doing everything they say they are doing because this is my only vehicle and Im a single mom with 2 teenagers. Between the 3 of us we are constantly going to and from everywhere. So far im happy with the service but I still have 3 guys under my hood. The real test will be how well we do until our next inspection. Based off my experience so far I will be back =). FYI: I was a committed customer to Valvoline Express off of Dyer and Main in Santa Ana but they did something I didnt like during my last oil change. So the last time I was there left a great review but before I drove off the guy brings me a list of all the things they did to my car and the only thing I recognized was Replaced windshield wiper. I knew for a fact they replaced them. They guy apologized and replaced them but now how do I know what else "they forgot" to do?

SMH…read more --- Been meaning to write this review for weeks, but the final straw came today when I found out yet again that the clowns working at this Oil Stop are either a.) incompetent or b.) did the equivalent of spitting in my food for an oil change establishment. 1. I sat through this oil change asking only for 1 thing upon pulling in- please check/fill the air in the tires because I have an alert on the dash that they're low. Literally was told I was all set and go to drive away, only to find the tires were still low and hadn't been touched. 2. The day after my oil change, I hear a grinding of sorts. Upon investigation, find that the plastic piece of the undercarriage was hanging down, not secured in place, and now torn up from the pavement from driving on it. (Mind you, they needed to remove this piece to change the oil.) My boyfriend takes it back, to be told it was "already like that" and when bf asks why they didn't mention it to me if it was already damaged, their response was "well, she's a woman". Unbelievable because shouldn't I be warned of a potential danger? 3. After they secured the damaged piece back, I am now getting an error on dash stating the front camera is blocked. Upon investigation, there is a clear finger print of OIL smeared over said camera. 4. I take the car for a minor repair to my normal place and they inform me the oil dipstick is BROKEN. Now, either these guys did this when they changed the oil, or again failed to tell me it was broken...in either case, they are trash. The funny thing is that the only thing they did to try and rectify anything was to give a 10% discount on my next oil change smh. DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. THEY'LL COST YOU MONEY AND ADD A HEADACHE ON TOP OF IT.
