Don't go there!!!!!!!! They are expensive and dishonest!!! I went to this business the Malfunction indicator of my GL 450 is on. And I was told one of my shock is broken and some other stuff needed to be fixed as well. Their quotation is $3000.00 for this services which I found later is very unreasonable. However, with the trust of the old owner, I stayed and paid them. The day I picked my car back, the indicator kept on. Called them and was told that I need to drove car back immediately. It turned out that they forgot to add coolant in my car!!!!! And then a few days later, the malfunction indicator again was on. And they said I need to pay another $1000 to fix it. If I can leave this business for a -10 star. I will!!! read more

I've been taking both my MBZ and Porsche here since 2017 for repairs and regular maintenance and they continue to do great work on both my cars. Recently I took my MBZ in to have the engine and transmission mounts replaced. They also did an oil/filter change. They also replaced a license plate bulb and a brake light bulb that was giving me problems. Dropped off my car at 8:00am and they had it done by 4:30pm. The quality of work they do is 2nd to none and what they charge is reasonable...it's the reason i stopped taking it to Laguna Niguel MBZ. The original owner had passed away and had left the business to a nephew. The person that I always deal with is Simon....he's knowledgeable and personable. I've been here before for my 328i bmw several years ago and came back to have my 2003 mercedes checked, as it was having many issues. So, my husband took the car in and spoke with Simon, per my dad's recommendation. I have 2017 Mercedes E300 and started having issues about a month ago. When I drive in comfort mode and step on the gas to accelerate when I enter the freeway, car would jerk and it seems that the computer is limiting the maximum speed at around 45 miles per hour on the freeway which is quite dangerous. I have Googled it and read the posts on the MB forum about the same issue. Folks talk about so many possible causes from spark plugs , ECU, Turbo, transmission..etc. I have figured that if I take it to the Mercedes dealership, they would suggest replacing many parts to go through the process of elimination to find the exact cause. Since my car is due for A1 service anyway. I decided to take it to the Auto Craft (European car specialist). I took my car there a couple of times for regular service and thought the owner (elderly Persian gentleman) was very honest and nice. I left my car there yesterday morning and got a call the same day from Simon (he is the nephew of the owner) who has explained to me why he thinks the problem might be woth my crank shaft position sensor which was getting an error when he scanned it. Simon has also done research reading up on papers from Mercedes Benz and concluded that he suspects the bad crank shaft position sensor to be the cause. He said he can't guarantee that replacing it would fix the issue, but that would be his suggestion. Since their shop had good reviews on Yelp, in addition to my positive vibe with the owner and Simon, I decided to go with his recommendation. Guess what, Simon has fixed the issue. Simon said he and his technician have tried to duplicate the jerking when stepping on gas to accelerate, and they couldn't. I thanked Simon, but I told him I would have to drive the car for a few days to be sure. When I picked up the car today, on my way back home, I stepped on the gas pedal to accelerate several times, and my jerking issue had disappeared, and the car accelerated beautifully. My thanks to the Auto Craft and this sharp young man Simon. From now on, this will be my go-to shop forever. By far, Auto Craft Foreign Car Repair is the best auto repair shop that I have used in the 54 years I've been driving. Ferogh Mansury is the owner and he and his employees go out out of their way to make sure you leave their shop satisfied and happy. Their work is of the highest quality and they all demonstrate an extremely high level of professionalism; cost for services provided are all very competitively priced. I had been using them for about a year and a half when I moved to the Bay Area as a result of a job transfer. While down in Southern California on vacation for a week the A-Service on my Mercedes was due so called Ferogh to set up appointment time, hoping for a same day opening. Naturally, he really didn't have a slot open that matched my availability but that didn't matter; he told me no problem and to come on in. Another pleasant surprise was the cost. I had been looking for a shop up north which specialized in German cars for my MBZ E-350 A-Service and quotes ran anywhere from $190 to $300; my cost at Auto Craft was $125 and as always, they did an excellent job. They had previously done my B-Service a year or so earlier and again, excellent work at a highly competitive price which was much lower than the other "specialists" in the Orange County area. As with the A-Service, Auto Craft's cost was significantly lower than their competitors and the work was of the highest quality. I am on the brink of tears as I scroll through Yelp's archive of local body shops to fix my sad, broken car. Four businesses had already turned me down as I even try to explain the state that my car was in. I was about to cry and give up until finally, a patient man by the name of Ferogh took his time to hear me out. And so, I explained to him: I had left my car in the hands of an inexperienced vinyl-wrap stylist. This person had been sitting on the car for two months. Anyone who lives in California can understand that transportation is Everything. And to some, it can even be an extension of The Self. Nevertheless, I couldn't wait any longer, and so to both our misfortunes I had to abort the operation and drive the car out of his garage, door taped closed with just about twelve inches of of car wrap. It looked like a disaster site; he had just about every electrical mechanism thrown and left somewhere in the car. Fair to say almost, that he made the car look 'track-ready'. Former enemies, former friends. Ferogh agrees to take a look. As I drive to Auto Craft, the door swung open at every right turn. At this point I'm was flustered, mistrusting, and doubtful that I'd find any sort of help. With a distraught and weary mind I try to calculate in my mind, what would be a fair exchange for this service? After all, it is not uncommon for women to be mislead in the car industry. But, the car looked terrible. And so I throw caution to the wind and grit my teeth, as I felt lucky, that any body shop would even consider taking a second look at this dismantled excuse of a vehicle. During Auto Craft's inspection of the car, I'm beyond anxious. But to my surprise--I was greeted with honesty, integrity, and fairness. Every step of the procedure was explained to me clearly and diligently, with no question in my mind left unanswered. Without hesitation, I decide to leave my car there as I knew, 100% that it would be in good hands. A friend of the owner took the liberty of giving me a ride home. We embarked on a thirty minute trip where we conversed about his family, career, love and some of our memorable misadventures of it all. It really took my mind off worrying about the car. When the car was ready, I call a Lyft to Auto Craft, nervous with anticipation. As Auto Craft pulls the car over to show me what they've done, it looked as if the hurricane never happened. Standing in the main lobby with the invoice in my hands, I was hit by a cauldron of kindness. A tinge of guilt flowed through my veins as the final price was not only fair, but a fraction of what I thought it would have been. I'll forever be grateful for Auto Craft's team. My bmw started acting weird the other day to the point that every time you accelerate the car would shake. I've had my 535i series for several years and it's been a good car Today, the warning light came on indicating a malfunction in the drive train. Of course decision time kicks in with thoughts of who where when how long and how much are the only things crossing your mind. I decided to take my car based on a recommendation to Auto Craft with hopes they will do the same job the dealer does but for a lot less. I was greeted today by a smile and a estimate of when they thought they would know what's wrong. The shop is clean, the people are nice so far it's a good experience. James calls me the next day tells me the 411 and I'm thinking I need a new engine. I agree to the work and pick my car up the next day. When I arrive he explains the work the recommended services and hands me the bill while I quickly look to see the damage to my pocket book.
