When I went to the dealer, they quoted really high price and added a bunch of unnecessary services. I was able to get an estimate from Vuong which was much more affordable, and it was great to be able to text back and forth to make sure I'm only getting the services I really needed. It was also super easy to make an appointment. They were able to get me in and out in the same day even with all the difference things being done to my car. It was also really convenient that they have after hours dropoff available. You just park your car in their lot, and they have a safe place to drop off your keys. This was helpful because I had some work meetings I had to take in the morning at the time they opened, so I was able to go in before they opened and drop off my car. The service manager Rhett was friendly professional, and clear explaining the results of the inspection performed during the oil change service. The inspection report is detailed but easy to understand. I will definitely return for the next scheduled maintenance and consider them for other repairs.

The guy behind the desk said they checked the trani fluid and it was full. Then he said that I should have my mechanic tow it to him. By ommission they lied to me. I was able to get 110 miles with it slipping constantly on back roads before I had to get a tow. Stress free KNEW WHAT WAS GOING ON‼ I should have been told about it. They suggested various work to be done, including replacing front brake pads and rotors, which costed too much that I could not afford. I then decided to check with other mechanics. Today, I brought my car to Alhambra Auto, which is close to my home, to replace the brake pads and rotors as suggested by the dealership. Alhambra quoted a price that was more reasonable and I then left my car there for the work. To my surprise, Alhambra called me later informing me that all the front and rear brake were in good shape and no need to be replaced. They let me take the car back without even charging me inspection fee. They could have just replaced the brake pads and rotors and earned the repair fee, but they chose to honestly inform me of the actual condition of my car. My thumb up for this honest business. I shall do my future car repair work at this auto center instead of my dealership, which appears to be dishonest.

I provided the parts and it was agreeable with alex. So i stopped by on a Friday morning and he completed all the requests in less than 1.5 hours as quoted. As I said I had the parts, however the brake kit wasn't what I ordered as they were for the rear brakes and not the front. However, there is a need to balance this. Would suggest not only having scheduling be available via the web, but timely and appropriate questions should be responded to. I have left messages on the phone (that almost always goes to voicemail), and have not received a response. Of course, if I drop by, will get an answer. But there should be a better way to triage calls that need a response vs those that don't get one, based on "their" decision to what needs a response.
