I had a car tracking device put on my vehicle. The guys were very helpful and courteous and able to accommodate me without an appointment.

After my car was stolen twice within a week, I searched for a security system source. My locksmith recommend ASP. I called them, made an appointment for 2:30 yesterday and was told it would be done by 5 PM. To my surprise it was ready before 4 PM. I had an excellent experience with Nate and Andrew; my CD player (yes, still had a CD player) broke, so I figured I would upgrade to a new stereo. Nate and Andrew took their time and explained all the options for me and made recommendations. I was very pleased with the customer service and the work done. In fact, when I got home I realized that I needed a cord installed that wasn't installed (no fault of theirs). Nate told me to buy the cord, bring the car back and they would install it for me. I've been going to these guys for many years now and have had nothing but good experiences with them. I've gotten window tint on 3 of my vehicles done and each and every time they did a great job. The last time i went there was when i wanted a radar detector and a stereo installed in my car. I set up an appointment for 9am and when i dropped off my car they offered to give me a ride to Bart since i mentioned i worked in San Francisco and was going to be commuting. They did this without me asking, that to me is excellent customer service. They promised to have the vehicle ready by the end of the day and around 3pm that same day i received a phone call telling me my car was ready. I was very pleased with the work that was performed. They did a very clean job, didn't get my car dirty at all and there were no scratches on my dash area like i experience before when having radios installed. all in all they did a great job and i will continue to use there services. read more

I work down the street from these guys and it seems like they're always busy. A good thing. On my way to work my car felt kinda funny. turns out my back tire was flat. I pulled into ASP, and before I got out the car, I was approached by a mechanic named Trevor who pointed out my flat tire. I went in and was assisted by Vlad, the shops owner. I was going to go for the cheapest tire available but he explained to me how important good tires are. He did a little research and found one for a good price. They had to order my tire and it would get there the same day, but they were all booked up. So instead of leaving me out to dry, they had another guy put on my spare tire while I left my rim so they can install the new tire once it came in. I got a call from Vlad later on that day and he was able to squeeze me in after I got off of work. Sweet! The thing I liked about this business is they didn't try to take advantage of me. I knew nothing about tires, but they were able to spend a couple of minutes to help me out even though they were completely booked. read more

I've been coming here for a few years now. I can honestly say these guys will go out of their way to keep a customer happy. Initially I came in because I had a blown speaker, the guys were honest and didn't try to up-sell me on anything. I ended up upgrading and getting a new set of speakers which they installed for a fair price. They guy at the counter gave me a realistic time frame for pickup and called me about half an hour before the car was done to let me know exactly when it would be ready. The job was done well, all the panels were put back into place, and they even fixed a rattle I had in my door. A few months later I gave them a call because I remembered seeing a bunch of tires in their shop. They gave me a quote that was much better than the other local tire shops, and even discounted the price to install new brakes. Overall, these guys were on point with service and mainly price, they were honest about my options and didn't pressure me to spend more money than I wanted to. I came to this place because I had an issue with my Range Rover not playing sounds but had a chance to speak to Bo while I was waiting and very classy guy. So I took my BMW 740IL since my buddy bought me the dual halo headlights and matching taillights. I was able to install the taillights no problem but the headlights was going to take me a full day if I do them myself plus a space. So I came back to ASP, showed it to Bo and put me on the schedule and I have to say, that the work they did is absolutely fantastic. I am now planning to bring back the car to install a matching fog lights as Bo suggested and possibly an led light bar but definitely bringing all my car stereo and upgrades to ASP. This place sucks. I scheduled an appointment with them and when I finally came in for the appointment they couldn't find my name. The guy who worked the counter said, "I honestly don't know if you have an appointment, I wasn't working that day"... what a douche!!! who says that? He didn't bother to check the schedule, or figure out who placed the appointment, which when I called in, was the day before!!! Lazy. Thats all I have to say about them. They are not timely. They are sarcastic. By far, the worst shop I have ever been to. I honestly wanted to punch one of the dudes in the face by the time I left the shop. Horrible. man where to begin, lets just say my car was crap mazda protege 2002 it was running like crap and felt that way too for the past few months ive been bringing in my car to ASP and now im actually happy i feel like my car i worth keeping. and i have never known a body shop to not only find the problem but fix it and fix it as fast as they did. i have zero complaints i trust them 100% with my car and i know i wont get great service like this anywhere else. hell i needed to get back to work one time and i thought id be late and they found a ride for me to get back to work on time. and they didnt have to do that but they cared. so from now on this is my shop if anything is wrong with my car. any family and friends ill send them here too ASP is an honest business and does top of the line work. thanks ASP, Jeffrey Aigbekaen read more

This is a GREAT place! They are super friendly, really know their stuff, have a quick turnaround and very reasonable prices. They installed HID headlights on my car and it has really increased the visibility (plus they look cool). Now I'm having them install fog lights as well as parking sensors on my front bumper. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! they have a bunch of dudes who stands around doing nothing and knows nothing. i walk in the front door and dont get greeted. i ask about a part im interested and the guy on the computer says " i dont work here " then wtf you doing here? where are the workers? theyre all in the garage working on one car trying to figure out what they dont know. price...their mark up is through the roof but they wanna sound cool by saying ill knock off X amount of dollars. reading all the other comments, i wouldnt go to this place. oil change over an hour...really? mount and balance a tire is $20! mind as well go to the bigger shops who has warranty and stands behind their work! new owner...i wonder why? cuz the place was falling apart and is still falling apart! the show room is messy...nothing is set up. no sitting area for guest. what do you want your customers to do when you give them a one hour oil change?! avoid this place if possible... read more
