A great place overall, this establishment did a fantastic job with my suv. I had my vehicle towed in and the people here went straight to work. The jobs they performed (Antifreeze/coolant checked, Battery charged, Cooling system checked, Front brake rotor(s) replaced, Front brake pads replaced, Alternator replaced, Drive belts replaced, Cooling system bled, Water pump replaced, Thermostat replaced, Serpentine tensioner replaced, Drive belt tensioner pulley replaced, Serpentine belt replaced, Antifreeze/coolant flushed/changed) were all done in a timely manner within the span of 4 days and at a very reasonable price at around $2,500. They also provided me with a small discount, which I appreciate greatly. They made it easy to follow updates through their text system, and they provided me with a CARFAX Vehicle Service History. I requested a quote to replace front and rear struts on my Lexus IS and Chao was very quick to respond. He provided a great price and was clear that the replacement parts he quoted weren't the bottom of the barrel ones. He also gave me the option to pick cheaper parts if I didn't want to spend too much money. He estimated the work would take about 3-4 hours. Once the parts came in, he notified me right away. I came in a few days later and one of the mechanics got started on the car immediately. I decided to wait around since the waiting area had plenty of cold drinks, snacks, and above all, AC! They were done with the car in 3 hours, as promised. I'd definitely come back again- these folks are honest, friendly, and efficient. read more

Thank you to Chao at Auto Squad Repair for helping repair my Tesla when no one else would. I purchased a used Tesla that had faulty repairs done by the previous owner and Tesla refused to work on it, along with several other Tesla certified repair shops. This is not the same original business with all the good reviews…read more I had two friends who highly recommended them so I trusted this business to do a common repair on my Ferrari. What was that a mistake! This business was sold by Mark Douglas apparently the month before I took my car there. And did not find that out until halfway through this headache process. The owner, Mike is somebody who has absolutely no ability or skill to run a Ferrari service. My service took over six weeks total, four weeks for them just waiting to get a part that Ferrari N.A. has in stock and told me they could receive in 5 days or less. Once they had the part it took them an additional two weeks just to get them installed. The entire time I was never called or emailed with an update. Not once! I had to call myself every week just to see what was happening and every time I called Mike would answer the phone and give me a terrible attitude just because I wanted an update. At one point I had to drive down there because they claimed their phone service was down for 3 days. He played it off like I'm annoying him just to get an update on my car sitting in their shop. On top of that when they claimed it was finally done, I go to pick it up and the car is shooting out an insane amount of smoke to the point where it looks like it was on fire. Turns out they completely overfilled the oil. They said it's no big deal and happens all the time. I've never seen such a thing. It took them, three more days to drain the oil. Oil was in the air filters all the sensors my exhaust system and covered the entire carbon fiber engine bay They clearly do not know what they're doing and are just winging things as they go along. They even lied to me and told me they were working on my car to get it done the following night so I drove by the shop and it was completely closed. I am only writing this review to warn others not to trust them with your expensive car. When I finally picked up my car and confronted Mike about all the headache and trouble all he said "well it's fixed now". No apologies or even explanations for their incompetence. Definitely not the kind of customer service you would expect trusting someone with your Ferrari.

The repair came out great and it took around two days. Tony came to my house and picked up the wheel. Unfortunately the paint correction did not match the rim and also my tire was leaking where the repair was made (it wasn't leaking even when the rim was dented). So I contacted Tony again to see what he can do. He said the paint came off the machine and that's what it analyzed it as and was willing to do it again so I said sure since the paint came out black instead of blue. He also offered to check on the tire and rebead the seal. So he picked up the wheel again, and this time it took almost two weeks to be done with the repair and this was only the tire portion. He advised that the paint correction would take another couple of days. Honestly just wanted the wheel back since I was out of a car for two weeks already and who knows how much longer it would take to get the wheel back. He came and dropped it off and installed the wheel and the tire is holding air for now, but he did recommend me to just get a new tire if it leaks again which I will do. This time though, when I got the wheel back, it had a new chip near the center which wasn't there before from the original pick up nor the first repair. As far as value and convenience of picking up and delivering goes, I'd say it's fair and beats the competitors. Otherwise, I wasn't too thrilled about the repair. Update: Bumped up one star since tire repairs aren't part of their job description and Tony went out of his way to do it. Leaving it 3 stars due to paint issues and poor communication where I have to ask for updates every couple of days.

Feel so lucky that I can find this car shop I can trust! My car was leaking for awhile and I was kinda scared to go to a car shop. To be honestly I've been short of money since the pandemic. My car was overheating. I took it to the Subaru dealership first and they immediately told us that the head gasket was going out and it would cost $5k to fix. Then I brought it here and met Marrhew. He had someone on the crew do a pressure test, turns out it was a leak in the radiator. He replaced that and the thermostat, as well as fixing the alignment and washed the car, all for less then the estimate. He saved us about 4 grand.
