I had my car oil changed at this place. Prior to the oil change, my vehicle was functioning normally and properly; however, after the oil change, I noticed my car behaving abnormally. Getting my car checked by my husband, he told me the air sensor was unplugged and he found metal bits when doing another oil change (since we believe they either used the wrong oil or never did an oil changed). Overall, I do not recommend anyone coming to this shop for any auto maintenance. Save your money and your car. read more

My daughter took her car here a week after mine. They honored her extended warranty we bought when purchased the car. I had an engine light issue with my 2007 Toyota Corolla that proved to be very difficult to diagnose (like searching for a needle in a haystack). Auto Xperts diligently worked to find what kept setting my engine light off and was very honest about the entire process (which is incredibly important to me as I do not know anything about cars past the basics). My fiancé had an 8 am appointment. He was there 15 minutes early at 7:45 and was the first person there. Five people arrived afterwards, all of whose cars were taken in the shop, while ours sat in the parking lot. He complained to a gentleman, whom I have since learned is the manager, Andrew Rich. He said to him "How is it that I was here 15 minutes early for an 8 am appointment and it's 8:40 and you haven't even moved my car?" He handed him the keys to the car and very abruptly said" I don't want your business ". No apology, nothing, just plain rude. No way to run a business. Update: spoke to the manager, Andrew Rich, who claimed my fiancé was loud and rude, I explained he doesn't hear well and talks loud. He said well we don't tolerate that and we don't want your business. No worries you won't be getting it. No self awareness at all and no customer service skills. And no apology ! read more

Had a 9am appointment for a "check engine" light. Did not start working on the car until after 1pm, not sure why they offer appointments if they don't adhere to the schedule. Diagnostic code indicated faulty transmission fluid pressure switch; however they recommended replacing the transmission due to a "internal failure of the 2nd clutch", a $3000 repair. Decided to take the car to another shop for a second opinion and they fixed the issue by replacing the transmission fluid pressure switch for $360. Crazy why this shop wanted to replace the entire transmission instead of following the actual code and replace the failed switch. Not sure if they are under different management but total opposite experience from when I first went a year ago. Will not be returning to this place. read more

I came to get my brakes fixed, had to wait a bit longer than expected, but it was fine. Turns out I got them done just in time. Later on that day I nearly got broadsided by a distracted driver and I have no doubt new brakes helped me avoid an accident. I was charged what I was quoted even though I was ready for surprises. To my pleasure my tires were also filled up and they even checked in with me later on in the week to see how the repair was. As a person who's been in customer service for almost 20 years, little touches like these are what makes for a great experience. I feel much safer in my car. You asked me after your diagnosis if I still wanted an oil change .. with no relation to how it affected the multi-air system... I was quoted close to $2k for a "broken radiator fan" when I came in about my AC not blowing cold air. I get my car maintenance frequently and was never told about this before. Went to another shop and all it needed was a recharge on Freon. They never mentioned my radiator fan not working. 5 months later the AC is still working fine blowing cold air. What happened to the broken radiator fan? Not sure how this company is getting good reviews but I do give it to the front receptionist Mariah. My husband's truck is a Toyota Land Cruiser; his transmission wasn't working properly and we got quotes from a few local shops that either weren't able to do the job or cost too much in our budget. Thankfully Jeremy told me that a technician at the shop is familiar with the platform and suggested we get the transmission rebuilt. Before even getting the truck into the shop, we had issues getting the truck to the shop and everyone involved was patient with us. When we finally got the truck into the shop, the process was very quick and smooth. The service took a while, a little over a month, due to having to go to a third party for parts of the transmission but the wait was well worth it! We got regular updates about the truck and once everything was finished we got the call and headed over to pick it up. Mariah checked us out and was extremely personable; we loved her energy. Once we got the keys back we were given a brief synopsis of what was fixed and how it's been running and to definitely come back to talk about further repairs. We've had issues since having the car of both batteries (12V) running out and having to buy batteries within 1-2 years but we think since Auto Xperts fixed the wiring, we won't have to buy batteries as frequently. My husband and I are so happy with the service we got. This is going to be our personal auto shop we go to now. Thank you guys so much for all the help and wonderful service!!! 10000000/10! Brought a 2021 VW for an oil change. Then, soon realized that there was an oil leak. Brought it back in, thought they fixed it, and then another oil leak. Brought it in to another auto shop and they indicated that whoever changed the oil last, put the wrong size filter and never placed a new O-ring. My husband and I were desperate to get out ac fixed and had been given the run around by 2 other mechanics in town. One tried to charge us $900 to replace the ac compressor. Unbeknownst to them, it had already been replaced. From the first phone call w the store manager (can't recall his name) we got a really good vibe and he was very knowledgeable. When we arrived (late in the afternoon) they took us and did a partial diagnostic free of charge. He refused to take our money until he and his master ac tech (also very knowledgeable) knew exactly what the problem was. So we took our Hummer home and came back the next day. They found the problem and it was inexpensive to repair!! These guys are honest, knowledgeable and have a good customer care disposition. If I have to get any maintenance in the future, this is where we are going. read more

I was extremely patient, but when I ask them what's taking so long they got mad and rude. Maria was blaming everybody, but not them. I suggest online since it is quicker and their phone always seems to be ringing off the hook! Something new is they will send you a copy of the general inspection of your car. The only people I trust with my car. The place down the street quoted me $600 to fix my car for a relatively rare issue and were slightly condescending with me for deciding to try to find somewhere cheaper. Jeremy and Mike at Auto Xperts worked with me and overall was going to charge me just $300 to fix my car, and that was BEFORE the Yelp check-in discount that they applied, no issue. My car was fixed faster than originally projected too. Before paying, they took the time to explain why they were charging what they were charging, how they went about diagnosing the issue, and pricing for the parts needed. They also let me know other issues that would eventually needed to be addressed and pricing to get it fixed, without pressuring me into feeling like I needed to get it fixed then and there by them. They even offer a shuttle service for their customers to use while their cars are in the shop. Although I live close enough not to need it, it's nice to know for those who may feel worried about safety. read more

I was happily greeted by Jeremy, the manager, who took time to answer all of my questions and explain to me in detail, with paperwork in front of me, the issues and solutions for my vehicle. Came in for an oil change and they took care of the oil change honestly and swiftly. I called for an appointment and they took care of it as soon as I arrived. Some places feel like they will try anything to get extra money out of you, but I did not experience that here. I approved for them to change the air filter, which I had to wait a bit longer for them to order the part. I'm very fussy about where I take my car. I have a lot invested in it and i'm always looking for that one shop that I trust and will go back to. Auto Xperts Did a good job of changing my oil but I didn't get the feel I was looking for to return. Lobby was not very well maintained and there were a couple grease smudges on the drivers side door panel. Jeremy was very personable and he had no problem allowing me to provide the oil and filter for the oil change, since he would have had to order what I wanted. Which i'm sure would have cost me more money. His labor charge was very fair. First impressions count for a lot. Dirty windows, floors that look like they have not been swept or moped in some time, don't make for a good first impression. read more

If you look at the posted photo of the repair order, why charge extra money to remove and replace the serpentine belt for the alternator...??? You already charged for the removal and replacement of the alternator, and you have to remove the serpentine belt to do so... Plus, why does it cost more to do just the belt...??? I smell fish... The invoice doesn't show labor hours... Maybe you don't want customers to see over $100 per hour rate...??? What are the hazmat materials you feel the need to charge extra...??? If you do a 4 wheel brake job, do you charge extra to remove, rotate, and install the tires...??? If you spray the calipers with brake cleaner, do you charge a hazmat fee...??? If so, Why...??? My car is a 2006 Acura RL. These guys have been working on my car and two others for about three years. They always said they stand behind their work and I found out they were telling the truth. I had them replace a timing belt about a month ago. The belt broke somehow. I had my car towed back into the shop and was ready to buy a new car. I am too old to be on the side of the road waiting for a tow truck. They said the belt was put on wrong and everything was covered under their warranty. They grinded both heads, replaced valves, and belt. They were very honest and stood behind there work. There are very few businesses that really stand behind their work. My AC started blowing warm and cold air. Even when on full blast it was not getting cold enough. Took it over to the guys here. Jeremy was very nice, and you can just tell an honest individual. He gave me a quote for a new compressor with labor.. and their prices are I'm sure a lot better than most. The labor price alone was extremely reasonable. I drop my car off and within hours it was done. 4 hours total. Brand new compressor. Turned my car on, it's 104 outside. My AC got cold within a Second. WOW. Fix your goddamn phone system so it identifies the name of your business. Update your business hours of you're going to close at 5:00 instead of six.
