After two auto repair places failed on diagnosing what was wrong with my car I decided to try Auto Xperts because it was close to my house and because they agreed to deal with my third-party warranty. I could not be happier with the service and the repair that they did not only did they diagnose my car within 24 hours. Mariah got my third-party warranty on the phone and everything was covered. The mechanics are amazing although I didn't get the chance to meet them. They fixed my car perfectly and Mariah was the cherry on top. She is an excellent office manager. She knows about cars and she kept in touch with me every day to let me know the status of my car and the warranty people. I have found my new go to auto place and I recommend you try them out as well. They are amazing. Thank you Auto experts!! Hopefully I won't be back lol but when I need anything that has to do with any cars in our family, we will be there again. Thank you.

Amazing experience! Our truck was stalling out and check engine light came on on the freeway. I found them by reviews and they came highly recommended so I called! We were super close and Mariah was amazing told us to come by to check the code and she would see what they could do because of the booked schedule and being closed on Sundays We left our truck there took an Uber to the hotel - got a call this morning that the truck Was ready!!! Amazing service super friendly and just really gave us the ability to enjoy the rest of our trip and know we will make it home!! Thank you thank you!!!' We will suggest you to anyone who needs a good mechanic in Vegas!!!!

I went to Auto Xperts for an oil change on my 2012 Mini Cooper Countryman. It was raining off and on throughout the day. My son and I waited in a comfortable waiting area with a movie playing on the television in the foreground. A nice young lady was seated behind the counter. I explained two places I went to for an oil change on Groupon told me the oil filter housing was cracked and stripped-therefore requiring a replacement that had to be ordered from the Mini dealership. After the inspection was completed on my car, it was discovered this wasn't the case. My Mini Cooper requires the coolant tank to be removed before reaching the oil filter housing/gasket. It requires more work and they think the previous mechanics were lazy and didn't want to be bothered. They also checked my tire pressure (right front tire) and aired it up-my lights went off. Previously I was told the tire sensor needed replaced in my right front tire-more useless information that wasn't true. I recommend Auto Xperts. They are honest, reliable and thorough. I will be returning whenever my car requires an oil change or maintenance. My daughter is planning to take her Kia Soul + there next. Also it be noted-they are reasonable. It's can be difficult to find a trustworthy auto mechanic especially for women who won't take advantage of them. This is the best place I've found since moving to Las Vegas in 2018.

Old part taken out by 2nd shop. It was supposed to have been replaced.

I was charged for replacement of four fuel injectors which I supplied. After one injector failed, I took it to another shop and they showed me the injector that failed and it was not the new part I supplied! I was shocked and requested an explanation but I've yet to hear from the manager. Photos and costs were mailed but unfortunately, I can not recommend them. Update: my car was not operating 100% when I left but I wanted another opinion from experts in BMW. Turned out I didn't need another engine. All I needed was replacement of 2 plugs & ignition coils! Not a $10k engine replacement as estimated by this shop. Further, the injector that was replaced was clearly 10 years old w/ a production date of 2012! In the opinion of another shop, the injector was not replaced but that's what I paid for. This is the basis for my opinion

These guys are amazing! Their charges were lower than my dealer. The workmanship was so fast. They kept me well-informed throughout, and a week later, they followed up to ensure everything was running smoothly. Highly recommended!

I was looking forward to leaving a good review but was disappointed. I usually seek out smaller local businesses to support rather than larger chain shops, but in this case, I may have been better off going with the latter. I made an appointment to drop of my car on a Wednesday morning at 9:00 AM. I was told by Mariah, that the car might be done as early as Friday, but most likely would be done Monday. She informed me they were closed on the weekends. I called on Friday and sure enough, was told the car wasn't ready yet and to check back Monday. Since my wife and I share our car, we had to make other arrangements for the weekend spending money for Uber to get to/from work, etc.. On Monday morning I called Auto XPerts again, only to find out the car hadn't even been started yet. I've now been without a car for five days and it hasn't even been started? Why couldn't I have been told this when I called Friday? I would have gladly picked my car up to use it over the weekend rather than paying for ride share service. When I asked Mariah why I had to leave the car there when they weren't even going to touch it for five days, she replied "We like to have the car here so it's ready when we're ready to start on it". In other words, for their convenience rather than the customer's. When I called back later on Monday, there was some good news. Someone was working on my car and they were hoping to have it done by Tuesday. I called again on Tuesday afternoon and fortunately, the car was ready. Unfortunately, when I picked it up, all of the items from my center console and some items from my trunk along with a floor mat were just piled into my back seat (see photo). I brought this to the attention of the manager on duty, and suggested maybe they should put these small items in a bag or something so the customer can see they were treated with care and are all together. Instead of the manager responding with any empathy, he replied "Usually we tell customers to take their sh#* out of the car so it doesn't slow our guys down". "They don't have time for that". I guess it was my fault I left things in my center console and trunk. Now I guess I'll spend time cleaning up their mess. Having owned my own vehicle-related business in the past, I know how important the little things are. Personal items being treated with care, customer's time being valued, a little professionalism, and courtesy go a long way. In this case, most of those little things were missing. The only reason I didn't give this review a 1-STAR is because Mariah was for the most part friendly and courteous, and there was effort made at the last minute to get my car finished when they sensed my displeasure.

I brought my Supra in for service, and they took exceptional care of it while completing the work in a timely manner. What really stood out to me was the level of knowledge, attention to detail, and care they put into my car. After the service was completed, Ardi personally took the time to walk me through other maintenance items that my car would eventually need and made sure I understood everything. I never felt pressured or like I was being sold unnecessary work. Instead, I felt like I was getting honest advice from someone who genuinely cared about keeping my car in the best possible condition. Their pricing was fair and transparent, the quality of their work was excellent, and the entire experience was far better than what I've experienced at many other shops/dealerships. It's obvious that Ardi takes a lot of pride in his business and has built a team that shares the same commitment to quality and customer service. I HIGHLY recommend Ardi and his team to anyone looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and professional shop. It's rare to find a shop where you can leave your car and feel completely confident that it's in good hands. I'll absolutely be returning for all of my future maintenance and automotive needs. Thank you, Ardi and team, for taking such great care of my Supra!

Have been contemplating whether or not to write a review. Have been coming to this shop for over 4…read moreyears and had been making referrals to anyone that needed an honest and affordable mechanic. Sadly, I no longer believe this to be true of this shop. And to be clear, I think the tech is doing most of this and maybe the owner isn't aware but it's hard to tell who is the source of the problem. The last two times I have had a poor experience. Last summer (June 2024) I had a check engine light on and needed the evap purge value solenoid replaced. Got it done plus a new gas gap and was charged about $460. The parts alone were (44 for the solenoid and 16.93 for gas cap - found online and at autozone for comparable pricing). I was charged $198 for parts and another $250 for the labor. I asked about this up-charge as it didn't make sense to me. I was then told by the tech that I had a leak due to a small crack in the vapor canister as well but it was "fixed" and this wouldn't show up on the print out because they were doing me a solid, and I was good to go (where the up-charge supposedly came in- as it was explained to me). Ok fine, cool, appreciate it. Car fixed, move on. Come February 2025, my check engine light came on again and I would be unable to pass smog due to it reading a similar code to June 2024. It turns out this time it's a bigger crack and the vapor canister needed to be replaced - so my issue in June 2024 wasn't fixed, got worse, and was now going to be expensive to fix. I needed to have it fixed immediately because I needed to pass smog and renew my registration. The part runs for $195 - again found online and autozone for comparable pricing. I was charged $433 for parts and another $470 for labor. However I did ask for an oil change this time so that's some of that labor cost and possible part cost. I still don't understand why it was $433 in parts and why I needed to get it replaced when it was supposedly fixed 8 months prior. When I talked to the tech about this, he went on and on about how it was a different code, I stated you told it me it got fixed so you're admitting that you didn't fix it in June after all. Well no, it's a different code and so on and so on (yeah for a big crack this time). The reason for my review after a considerable amount of time is that a similar situation just happened to my wife. Quoted one thing, parted out a price for something that's under warranty, and having to pay a large amount for labor also reporting the brakes would be this much with charging $175-200 and hour for labor which would take two hours do change the brakes. The brake job was declined as it can be done cheaper elsewhere and then come to find out another service needed to be completed now that wasn't first stated. Seems like they got to make their money one way or another. After declining adding the brake job, the tech became upset and had an attitude. We had been waiting for a call on whether to pick up the car or not, didn't get a call but got a text about 2 hours after closing. When my wife went in the next day to pay and pick up the car, she talked to the owner about her experience with the tech and she was shushed. Literally shushed. Incredible! The same tech that told her prior that he worked in another shop where he was told to go find something wrong with every car that came in. Seems like he carried this same mentality and practice when he came to this shop. I get times are harder in this growing/harsh economy, but some things are just wrong. I'm not sure if it is just the mechanic standard to up-charge so much so "we can make money," something they do to take advantage of women (being up-charged because we "don't know any better") or if this is a newer process for this shop. Whatever way you cut it, it's wrong and I'd look elsewhere.

The reason I went was simply to have the level of my A/C coolant checked to see if it was low. The A/C blows slightly cool, but it is seemingly less so than last summer. I checked in, and asked for the diagnostic check. Fine, I was aware of the charge, which is $69.99. The first thing I mentioned was that I was hesitant about the service because these businesses FREQUENTLY tell women they need services that they do not. The guy who rang me up and charged me assured me that he "doesn't scam people, because that's not the way his mama raised him". Yeah, riiiiight! He then proceeded to tell me that my coolant level was low, and informed me that the cost to evacuate my A/C then recharge the coolant would be an additional $187. Again, not a big deal as I figured it might improve the temperature inside my car. Along with this service that was agreed to, they include a "50 point inspection", where they so emphatically bring to your attention a list of critical, intermediate, and suggested services for your vehicle. Why, you ask? Because you are caught up in the moment, under pressure to make impulse decisions and be urged into a rash decision and pressurd to agree to needless upcharges and "repairs". They also then take photos of everything mentioned in said diagnostics and try to convince customers that there are critical things wrong with your vehicle. They preoceeded tell me my back brakes are low, both my control arms have bad and cracked/ torn bushings, my rotors are grooved, etc. and that my back rear struts and shocks are leaking and bushings are bad. Thankfully I am not stupid, nor completely clueless, SO, of course I did not consent to ANY of the additional services. Thank God I declined all that. So, after some pondering and talking this over with my spouse, I began questioning their diagnoses, and also intuitive enough to seek a second opinion. We use a very honest, reputable and long time brake specialist in the Vegas Valley. A TRUSTED shop owner we go to for all of our brake needs, who also has 5 stars on every review. Sadly, this is NOT what I received here. I again took my vehicle in today, a couple days after this first laundry list of suggested repairs that was printed out for me, and went to our long time brake specialist. We told him of all of the critical repairs that were shown to me that were suggested to be addressed as soon as possible. My back brakes are indeed low, but our shoo guy proceeded to inform my spouse that NONE of the other repairs that were said that I needed were even true! Imagine that! My control arms are fine, my shocks are fine, my struts are fine, my rotors are FINE. I can only imagine that If I was as stupid as they assumed I was, that I could have likely shelled out $4000 or more for repairs I don't even need. That's quite clear that is what they want. Impulse agreement to fraudulent, completely unneccessary repairs. I am sick and tired of unscrupulous places of business who think they can dupe people, especially women, as soon as they walk through the door. That people will consent to such repairs without question or proof. Then, to actually shell out thousands of dollars, in this crippled economy to charlatains. It is outrageous, and downright infuriating that they will stand there, promise you not to scam you right to your face with a smile, and then proceed to immediately do what they tell you they won't. What kind of business is this? I know, it's one to stay away from! There's another well known fast-service Lube Shop in Vegas that is also notorius for ripping people off. They should all be ashamed of their con games, and ruses. I now seriously question and doubt that they ever even recharged my A/C with any refrigerant whatsoever. There is no difference in the temperature at all. That $341 joke is on me. Final remark.....There are ZERO excuses for doing business like this. DO BETTER! Their ratings speak for themselves. I am now additionally going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Shame on them! Unethical business practices. Shady as a willow tree grove.
