I'm a four-year customer with Auto Xperts and not once have I had any problem. Four years ago I came in with an aging 2012 Subaru Forrester that needed some TLC badly. Mariah gave expert advice on what needed to be repaired to continue to make it street worthy. I asked and received a quote on all the repairs needed. In talking to friends and in my own research, it was apparent that my Subaru was following the traditional wear and tear of any other older Subaru. I did this and still do this with the major purchases in life. I trust but verify as my Air Force buddies would say. In an era where critical thought has dissipated, along with honesty and hardwork, it is refreshing to come into Auto Xperts with the confidence that service will be reasonable and done right and always treated with respect. And that old Subaru, well it hit 150,000 and needed about 4,000 in additional repair. The blue book stated the car was worth about $5,000. I brought my truck here after breaking a CV while off-roading. Another swap replaced the CV, but there was a horrible grinding noise. I brought it to Auto Xperts to have it checked. The woman up front was really friendly and the owner was awesome. They were very busy but managed to get my truck fixed quite quickly so I could get on the road for a trip planned. I needed a new wheel bearing/hub and they were fast. Afterwards, there was still a noise under the truck and they double checked all the work for no charge. They did find another issue that required a different shop, but were great to work with. I'll definitely go back to general repairs and maintenance. read more

Found these guys on Groupon for an oil change. Made an appointment over the phone, and showed up as scheduled. Waited a little under an hour, and I liked that they sent me a text at the end summarizing what they had found, including what service might be needed in the near future. Fast forward a week, and I noticed something hanging from the front bottom of my car. I wasn't sure what it was, but it looked like some protective covering had come loose and was just hanging there. I thought maybe they forgot to secure something after the oil change. I drove back to Auto Xperts and had them take a look. They said I probably hit something that scrapped the cover off. 15 min later, they handed me back my car with no charge! That was a pleasant surprise. Will definitely be back! read more

The service provided to me by this company went above and beyond anything I have every experienced with a Mechanic/ Repair shop. I was very uneducated and kind of lost when I contacted them to request help with my engine. I needed a replacement and I did not know how to start the CarMax or warranty claim process. All they asked from me was to have the vehicle towed to them and they really took the lead. Mariah provided me with updates almost daily. Mariah spent hours on the phone talking to the warranty company. She made sure parts that were not delivered on time due to the dealers fault, we're picked up. She gave me alternate ways to provide necessary information for my claim. She gave me the most accurate estimates of when I could expect my vehicle. They were able to resolve my transmission problem at an affordable price, the dealership wanted to charge me for a brand new transmission and another repair shop near my house was just as high plus they said I also needed a new differential which was a lie. I've brought my car about 2-3 times here because my warranty has this place listed to get my car fixed. And the first time they fixed it probably a couple hours later there was a loud noise coming from the front. And after I went back the second time my car was fine for 2 weeks or so and now it still makes grinding noises??? Idk but I'm just tired. I'm just going to take me car to carmax. This place is ok. After all the glowing reviews, I decided to give them a try as reliable auto shops are really hard to find. I had an appointment and had arrived on time. It was a simple job, just an oil change. I was told it would take 40 minutes. Over an hour later I came back to find my car still parked at the same spot. That was not a good sign. Then I asked was my car done and the lady (Mariah?) just nonchalantly said "not done". There wasn't even an apology. I asked for the reason and she just said a car was in front of you. So much for your appointment system. She didn't even attempt an insincere apology, so full marks for that if you are looking for a positive thing to say about this place. When I handed over the keys, you would have probably known if the car in front of me would be delayed and warned me. Also, I didn't even get a call to say that my car is delayed. Maybe you will have better luck with them, especially after disappointed customers just left like me. But I'd look elsewhere. read more

I took my 2006 sienna to have my lower control arms to be replaced. I almost shopped over 10 shops these guys gave me unbelievable price for the labor. Everyone said book saying 8 hours to do this job these guys said no we will be only three hours underneath your vehicle and will charge you the hours we worked in your car , they charged me only $317 to have the job done meanwhile everybody was quoting it at $800. I'm a Nebraska native and am new in Vegas so looking for a shop that could do my oil changes/any other maintenance on my car was nerve racking as I've always had my dad to do all the car work for me...luckily I found this great place! Came here for an oil change (by the way they have the best prices I could find for full synthetic) and left in less than an hour! They had free key chains and free candy as well, and don't forget hand sanitizer on deck. I will definitely be bringing my car back here for any future oil changes/maintenance! Had my purge valve replaced by them and a couple days later check engine light came back on. I took it to the dealership and they told me I need to replace the purge valve. I called to ask them about why did I need to have my purge valve replaced again and she told me that the DEALERSHIP might be LYING and bring it back to them and pay more money! Really?? I should've listened to my friend who told me they messed up her car when she got her oil changed. Won't be using this place services anymore. read more

I drive a 2015 Dodge Challenger. A big repair came up in November, dual fuel pump replacement. I had been going to my Dodge auto dealer from the beginning for scheduled maintenance. When this repair came up, I took it to the dealer, and they gave me an exorbitant price (over $1500!!!). Auto Experts is the first place I called for a quote. Long story short, the repair was half the price at Auto Xperts. The service was great, and 3 months later, they still call to make sure everything is okay with my car. Job well done!... I would like to thank Jeremy and his crew for fixing a very difficult job on my daughter's 2010 Honda Civic... Jeremy, bless your heart my friend. You're the man! Thank you and God bless you! Reinstalling the alternator belt requires ingenuity and Auto Xperts delivered! Most of car services today considered themselves as repair shop while in fact can only do replace like "plug-and-play" method. But this job I showed them is unique because the alternator itself has been reattached to the engine block via welding job done from another shop due to an accident. When the alternator assembly been rewelded, it was not fully aligned with the rest of the components to where the belt will seat. And to make matters worse, the weld was not perfect that it covered the bolt holes that hold the alternator assembly. Moreover, the alternator itself is stuck and won't budge due to excess welding material that prevents the alternator to be manipulated so that the drive belt can be reinstalled. Before I took the car to Auto Xperts, Sun Auto Service in St Rose Pkwy Henderson looked at it and they did not even try. Then I contacted many more shops and they turned me down after disclosing the condition of the car. I reached out to Auto Xperts and was able to communicate with Jeremy. He then said he would like to see the car and will try to fix it but of course no promise. I got the car towed to his shop and they got down to business. Guess what, he and his team did their best and can you believe it? The car is back on the road running again! Thank you so much Jeremy! My first contact with Auto Experts was with Jeremy. This was about 18 months ago. My son broke a screw off that was in a very difficult location to reach in the engine. The team was able to replace the screw with some difficulty. The repair was done in a timely manner. I made a mental note that these were my mechanics. A month ago I had issues with my older Highlander. Their estimate was fair. I was happy to get notified that when they got further into the job, the estimate DROPPED by more than $1800.
