26' Tahoe

My husband and I stopped by Chevrolet Dublin just to window shop, and we couldn't have had a better experience. As soon as we got out of our car, Jonathan greeted us with a smile and immediately offered to help. We told him we were interested in looking at Tahoes, and lucky for us, he's a Tahoe expert! Jonathan took the time to explain all the differences between the models we looked at and answered every question we had without ever making us feel pressured. When we decided to run the numbers, he was able to get us exactly where we wanted to be on both the purchase price and our trade-in value. During the finance process, Eugene was just as wonderful to work with. He walked my husband through everything step by step, made the paperwork easy to understand, and helped us choose additional protection options for our new vehicle without being pushy. From beginning to end, the service was exceptional. We truly appreciated the kindness, professionalism, and outstanding customer service from both Jonathan and Eugene. If you're in the market for a vehicle or even just starting to look do yourself a favor and visit Chevrolet Dublin. You won't be disappointed!

Estimate from Dublin Chevy

HORRIBLE SERVICE & POTENTIAL SCAM I brought my 2017 Chevy Volt in to have the windshield sprayers serviced, as they were not spraying correctly. Brought my car in on Thu May 21st at 2pm with the understanding that my car may not get repaired that afternoon, but I asked them if they can at least check and order the parts needed for the repair. On Fri May 22nd, I planned on taking the day off work and they called me to let me know the parts were ordered and would be in on Sat May 23rd. They also told me the cost would be $1,020.60 to replace both spray nozzles and the tubing (See attached Estimate). I could not believe it! Over a thousand dollars?!?! On Sat May 23rd, I called at 11am and was told the parts would not be in until Tue May 26th as Mon May 25th was a holiday. I had to take an additional day off work on Tue May 26th as my car was not going to be ready. On Tue May 26th, I receive no call or update on my car. I finally called at 5pm and was told my car would not be ready until Wed May 27th. I finally lost it and told them I would be down to pickup my car and didn't want their service. After getting home, I googled the parts needed and watched a YouTube video on how to repair this issue. Parts total: $39.50 including tax and free shipping to another dealership. Total labor time: 10 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous to charge over a thousand dollars for something that cost under $40 and literally was done in 10 minutes. Fortunately this was not a major mechanical issue. Makes me wonder how many times Dublin Chevy has gouged customers, ripped them off, and scammed them! Taking advantage of customers and holding their cars until an outrageous amount of money is paid. They lack transparency and basic communication skills. If they would have told me up front that it would take almost a week, (Granted the 25th was a Holiday), I would have made other arrangements. The total estimate cost was unbelievable!!! Reported this to the BBB DO NOT EVER GO TO DUBLIN CHEVY!!! SPREAD THE WORD THEY ARE A CORRUPT BUSINESS

It turned out that vehicle had price of $51.000 instead $40.256 as advertised. I was told about that only after that sneaky sales rep run the credit application. Nastiest dealership in the Bay Area.

We bought a new 2026 Chevy Traverse Z71 yesterday at Dublin Chevrolet and had a fantastic experience! We were immediately approached by Jonathan once we stepped foot on the lot and he did a fantastic job understanding what we were looking for and what was most important, I felt heard! He partnered up with Mohammed and within a short amount of time they had helped us find exactly what we were looking for. It was a very straight forward, upfront, friendly, and efficient transaction. Lenny in finance also was great and got us in and out quickly all while having a great, friendly attitude! We would definitely recommend Dublin Chevy to anyone looking for a new car!

Five stars, and Gabriel is the reason. I'd been looking for a 2026 Chevy Equinox EV and Dublin Chevrolet had some available, so I made the drive out. From the very first interaction, Gabriel set the tone. He was calm, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in making sure I was getting the right vehicle for my situation, not just closing a deal. There was zero pressure at any point in the process. He let me take my time, asked good questions, and never once tried to steer me toward something I didn't want or need. What really stood out was how well he knew the Equinox EV inside and out. This was my first EV, and I had a ton of questions - charging, range, features, tax credits, all of it. Gabriel walked me through everything patiently and clearly. He wasn't reading off a spec sheet; he actually understood the technology and could explain it in a way that made the transition from gas to electric feel completely manageable. The paperwork and financing side was equally smooth. No surprises, no last-minute add-ons shoved in front of me, no back-and-forth games with the finance office. Gabriel kept things moving efficiently and made sure I understood every step before I signed anything. He also went above and beyond on the logistics side, making sure everything was squared away so I could get into the car without unnecessary delays or headaches. Including a box that my partner wanted when we picked it up. Buying a car can be one of the most frustrating experiences out there like it was at Navato Chevrolet, and Gabriel turned it into one of the best. If you're heading to Dublin Chevrolet, ask for him by name. You won't regret it. And he loves golf.

Overall, pretty good experience very typical long day at the car dealership purchasing a car. Carlos was the salesman. He was a young guy very personable easy to work with made it very enjoyable. Big shot out to Justin for making the deal work and working with me on the price. I would recommend anyone looking to buy a truck stopping and talk with Carlos.

I had a great experience working with Dublin Chevrolet--specifically with Miraj. He's a young, up-and-coming salesman who really puts the customer first. From the start, he was persistent (in a good way) and genuinely focused on helping me find a car I'd love--not just making a sale. I ended up buying a black Silverado, and Miraj made sure the entire process was smooth from beginning to end. He worked hard to get me to the price I wanted and stayed on top of everything the whole way through. If you're looking for someone who's motivated, easy to work with, and truly has your best interest in mind, I definitely recommend asking for Miraj.

Most of us like to poke our heads under the hood and pretend we know what's going on, but we usually don't. The next logical step is a repair shop, and many people default to the dealership because they think they can trust them more. In my experience, that's a mistake--dealerships often touch ten things, fix one, and charge you for everything. Luckily, I found Rich and his team. I recently bought a newer car with all the bells and whistles, and I was braced for a huge bill. Rich was incredibly professional, polite, and straightforward. I was actually in shock; he takes the time to educate you on the repair rather than just grabbing your keys and telling you he'll text you later. The estimate was a pleasant surprise, and better yet, there were no hidden fees at the end. The amount he quoted was exactly what I paid. They were on time, efficient, and had me back on the road in no time. It is such a relief to find this kind of service these days. It's nice to know you don't have to pull out a platinum card for a simple repair or an oil change. All the 5-star reviews you see here are 100% true. One quick tip: the shop can be a little tricky to find the first time, but trust your GPS! It will get you there, even if the turn looks a bit hidden. You cannot go wrong with this team!

After seeing glowing reviews, I took my car to Performance Autowerk in Dublin for oil change and general maintenance. They didn't disappoint. He clearly explained everything and did what is just needed, at very reasonable price. Wish I had met him sooner. Highly recommend him. I found my go-to place for all my future servicing needs.

I never could find an independent Auto Repair shop which I felt comfortable with. But because of the escalating repair costs at the Dealership, I researched Precision Auto Repair and its knowledge specifically with Honda and Acura Vehicles on Yelp. I spoke to Keven over the phone, and after conferring my concerns and the necessity for a number of issues to bring my vehicle up to service, Keven stated he would write up and estimate and send it via email. Later on in the day, I received a detailed report via email of all the issues that needed to be addressed. These coincided with most of the issues on my list with a few added. Pictures and estimated costs were included with this report. After going over the repairs with Kevin, I brought in my vehicle the next day. After several days, all the work was completed, and the price was very reasonable. I found their work to be extremely thorough, and I will for sure be using Precision Repair for all my future Acura needs in the future. Thanks, Kevin, for your knowledge and Professionalism!!!

Jose was friendly and professional throughout the process. Unfortunately, the quality of the actual repair work was extremely disappointing and left me with the impression that the technicians lacked the experience needed for this job. I brought my car in to have all four door lock actuators replaced--a very common failure on older Hondas. I supplied four brand-new replacement actuators that I had already verified were the correct parts and functioning properly. Because I was replacing all four at once, I was offered about a 25% discount on labor. I dropped the car off first thing in the morning. About three hours later, while I was at work nearly 30 miles away, I received a call saying the parts I provided were incorrect and didn't fit. They told me they had left the door panels off so they could show me. I rushed back to the shop, only to discover there was nothing wrong with the parts at all. It took me only a quick look to confirm they were correct, and I plugged one of the new actuators in myself to demonstrate that it worked. Looking back, this should have been my first sign to take the car elsewhere, but I assumed it was simply an honest mistake. Later that day I received another call. I was told the rear actuators had been replaced successfully, but that both front door latch assemblies had supposedly "failed" and now needed to be replaced. This immediately raised red flags because there was absolutely nothing wrong with either front door before I brought the car in. The only issue was the faulty power lock actuators. When I picked up the car, the front doors were actually in worse condition than when I dropped it off: * The driver's inside door handle no longer worked, forcing me to roll down the window and open the door from the outside. * The front passenger door would only open if I manually held the lock pin up while pulling the handle. * I was still charged the quoted $550 (after the labor discount). Once I got home, I found even more problems. One of the front door panels had a tear in the upholstery, there were black grease smudges on the fabric and window, and the window no longer rolled up smoothly, likely because the door panel hadn't been reinstalled correctly. At this point, I no longer believed the diagnosis that both door latch assemblies had somehow failed at the exact same time they were replacing the actuators. It seemed far more likely that the door mechanisms had been reassembled incorrectly and the shop blamed the issue on "broken parts" instead of acknowledging a mistake. The next day I contacted Jay at S&R Motors in Hayward. He and his master technician inspected the car and called me later that day with the actual diagnosis. There was nothing wrong with either door latch assembly. They found that components from the latch mechanism had been removed and left loose inside the door. They retrieved the missing pieces, correctly reassembled both doors, and fixed the problems. When I picked the car up the next day, everything worked exactly as it should. Both front doors opened and closed normally, the inside handles worked properly, the door panels were correctly installed, and the window rolled up and down smoothly again. The outcome speaks for itself. The "failed" door latch assemblies that I was told needed replacement never needed to be replaced at all. The issues were caused during the repair and were resolved simply by properly reassembling the doors. I'm extremely disappointed with how this repair was handled and with what I believe was a misrepresentation of the actual problem. While Jose was courteous and helpful, my experience with the shop's technicians left me with very little confidence in their workmanship. I won't be returning for future service, and I would encourage anyone considering mechanical work beyond basic maintenance to carefully evaluate whether this shop has the experience required for the job.

In October, we paid a $1,600 deposit to have a rear differential replaced, followed by a final payment of $2,804.12 on November 25th. When we picked up the vehicle last week February 11, 2026 (yes they held our vehicle for months), it was still making the exact same noise as the day it was dropped off. We immediately did a ride-along with their own mechanic, who confirmed the issue was still present. Because they were entirely unable to fix the vehicle despite being paid in full, their mechanic explicitly stated that if we took it to another shop, Old Town Auto Care would refund the cost of the repair. We took the vehicle to a second, competent shop. They completely repaired it and confirmed that the rear differential did indeed need replacement, which was the exact work Old Town Auto Care charged us over $4,400 for but utterly failed to perform. We returned to Old Town Auto Care with undeniable proof: the new invoice, the actual old part, and a letter from the second shop. Despite their blatant failure to do the job and their own mechanic's verbal promise, management is now outright refusing to issue the promised partial refund of $1,900. I have included pictures of my credit card charges from Old Town Auto Care as well as the invoice form the different competent shop who confirmed and fixed the problem as proof. I thought I would come in here to get a tire rotation, which is a free service that they provide four tires that are theirs. I normally go to the one in Concord like I mentioned, but I happened to be closer to this one, so I thought I would take advantage of it. I was told after the rotation that I would need to get a new tire because there was a nail that was unrepairable on one of the tires. No problem, I thought, since I had paid for an extended warranty on all the tires a few months ago. I was led to believe this would come at no cost to me as a result. I also had paid for a three-year alignment previously, which I thought was a good deal. So, Tim quoted me with an invoice that had $136 alignment on it, but he assured me that it will be taken care of because I had paid for the three year alignment. He also showed me that everything else would cost zero. After an hour and a half, I was up sold on an extended tire warranty, which didn't make sense to me since I thought that the warranty would cover every tire, but I figured it would be fine since Tim told me it would cost $41. Then when they were about to give me the keys, I was charged $140 for services. I thought we were all included in the warranty, not to mention, I was quoted at zero. I was charged for taxes on the new tire (even though the tire was zero dollars), mounting and balancing, alignment, a tire recycling fee, and other labor costs. The extended tire warranty was quoted at $62 even though I was told it would be $41. In my mind, I still couldn't make heads nor tails of all of these things. I even questioned them about it. But I had an appointment elsewhere in the East Bay and needed to be on the road and ended up agreeing to paying $140 for a zero dollar service. I would've been happy paying $41 for the tire warranty but lo and behold I paid three times that. Don't come to this place unless you're prepared to get screwed. I recommend big brand tire in Concord if you must go to big brand at all - at least that place I had been going to for years and I know I could have counted on the folks there and could have trusted them not to charge me extra and not to lie to me about a zero cost service. Heck, go to any other tire place if you have to stay in Dublin or Pleasanton. Some tire places treat you like family. This one treated me like a couple of dollar signs.
