Came into to check out a blue Chevy bolt and walked away with it. Mohammed Eshpari helped me in a friendly quick manner. Also the manger David Perez was nice a courteous I recommend coming here. Eugene Andreyenko was fast and friendly.

I had a great experience working with Dublin Chevrolet--specifically with Miraj. He's a young, up-and-coming salesman who really puts the customer first. From the start, he was persistent (in a good way) and genuinely focused on helping me find a car I'd love--not just making a sale. I ended up buying a black Silverado, and Miraj made sure the entire process was smooth from beginning to end. He worked hard to get me to the price I wanted and stayed on top of everything the whole way through. If you're looking for someone who's motivated, easy to work with, and truly has your best interest in mind, I definitely recommend asking for Miraj.

We just purchased a 2027 Chevy Bolt. Gabriel, our sales person, was knowledgeable and helpful, without being pushy. He and his colleague, David, got us a very low interest rate and also gave us plenty of time to think about our purchase, even encouraging us to take the time to look at other options. They were both very enthusiastic about their own Chevy electric vehicles. In the end, besides the research we had done ourselves, it was the level of service we received from Gabriel that made our purchase of the Bolt a no-brainer.

New Hyundai Ioniq 5, with old one behind it.

My leased '24 Hyundai Ioniq 5 was approaching turn-in time. I was checking out various EVs, including the Chevrolet EVs. I dropped by Dublin Chevrolet and was gretted by Gabriel Loventorn, who showed me the new Bolt. We test drove the larger Equinox EV. I explained to Gabriel that I was also thinking of perhaps buying a three-year-old EV instead of either buying my current car (too expensive) or leasing another car. He remembered. Gabriel called me to say that he had a '23 Ioniq 5 in great shape at a low price. I went in the next day, and bought it! From the initial meeting, to the listening, to the no-pressure service, Gabriel was great, and he helped me solve my problem--and get a great vehicle. I also had an easy time with the paperwork, which Adam handled quickly and in a friendly way, without any sales pressure to buy add-ons. My last three car leases/purchase have all gone well from different Dublin dealerships, because they have salespeople who listen and provide answers to my needs. Ironically, my "new" Hyundai has "Dublin Chevrolet" license plate holders, but I'm leaving them on.

My family attempted to purchase a Bolt EUV through the Clean Cars for All (CC4A) program at this dealership that was on their lot for over a month. While we were waiting for the grant letter, I was told not to be concerned about this vehicle selling due to their aggressive lease offers. After the grant letter was received, we attempted to perform a remote signing and delivery, and the vehicle was coincidentally sold while we were waiting for the "Finance Manager" to send us the documentation for over two days (I put Finance Manager in quotes because I was later told the person was not actually a Finance Manager, but a salesperson). I resolved any open items or issues whenever asked. No proactive communication was provided until I decided to inform the team on Friday that we were coming to sign the documents in person since it was taking so long. The blame was attempted to be placed on me for either not providing documentation in time or not coming in person, even though we were waiting for over two days, and were never told CC4A purchases have to be done in person. I also received multiple conflicting reasons why we could not buy the vehicle. Initially, we were told that the vehicle was sent to auction, but I found the vehicle on their lot, stating the vehicle was sold via e-sign, but not to us. I was then told that the vehicle was sold in person the night before, directly conflicting what the sold tag stated. The Sales Manager told me that he would call me if they find another similar car. It has been two weeks and have not heard back. I was told this was a huge misunderstanding and they will remedy the issue. If that happens, I will update this review accordingly. For now, this was an incredible waste of time.

I called Rich to get an estimate, and his knowledge, professionalism, and fair pricing were enough to convince me to make the drive. Once I met Rich, he inspected both the front and rear brakes and explained that the front brakes were actually more worn than the rear--and that both truly needed replacement. Rich was very accommodating and respectful of my schedule, completing the work while I waited. He also took the time to show me the condition of the old brakes, rotors, and sensors and walked me through everything he found. His assessment was spot on. After finishing the job, he even showed me the new rotors and gave me recommendations on how to properly break in the new brakes. Rich provides the kind of excellent, personable customer service that is rare in many businesses today. In fact, this level of thorough, hands-on service is something I've never experienced at any dealership. I can highly recommend Performance Autowerk!

The price was hefty and I decided to get estimates from BMW service specialists. Based on the super high ratings for Performance Autowerk, they were high on my list. When I reviewed the work that needed to be done, Rich suggested that I bring in my car so he could check it free of charge to make sure the work was needed and not being upsold. He provided a quick and very reasonable estimate. In the end, I decided to use another place because his shop is a long drive for me. But I would recommend him to anyone in the Dublin area.

He claimed work will take more than a day. Upon drop off he did not warn me that i would need to pick up by 5 pm and return rental at that time also. He called me at 3:40 pm and i called him back once i could at 4 pm and he pretty much raised his voice at me to return the car asap as another client is waiting for it first thing in the morning. Like what do you expect me to do??? you did not even warn me i would bleed to return the car same day: i thought it was a 24hr thing . just awful very rude guy, thins he knows it all and treats you poorly if you are a woman.

I never could find an independent Auto Repair shop which I felt comfortable with. But because of the escalating repair costs at the Dealership, I researched Precision Auto Repair and its knowledge specifically with Honda and Acura Vehicles on Yelp. I spoke to Keven over the phone, and after conferring my concerns and the necessity for a number of issues to bring my vehicle up to service, Keven stated he would write up and estimate and send it via email. Later on in the day, I received a detailed report via email of all the issues that needed to be addressed. These coincided with most of the issues on my list with a few added. Pictures and estimated costs were included with this report. After going over the repairs with Kevin, I brought in my vehicle the next day. After several days, all the work was completed, and the price was very reasonable. I found their work to be extremely thorough, and I will for sure be using Precision Repair for all my future Acura needs in the future. Thanks, Kevin, for your knowledge and Professionalism!!!

In October, we paid a $1,600 deposit to have a rear differential replaced, followed by a final payment of $2,804.12 on November 25th. When we picked up the vehicle last week February 11, 2026 (yes they held our vehicle for months), it was still making the exact same noise as the day it was dropped off. We immediately did a ride-along with their own mechanic, who confirmed the issue was still present. Because they were entirely unable to fix the vehicle despite being paid in full, their mechanic explicitly stated that if we took it to another shop, Old Town Auto Care would refund the cost of the repair. We took the vehicle to a second, competent shop. They completely repaired it and confirmed that the rear differential did indeed need replacement, which was the exact work Old Town Auto Care charged us over $4,400 for but utterly failed to perform. We returned to Old Town Auto Care with undeniable proof: the new invoice, the actual old part, and a letter from the second shop. Despite their blatant failure to do the job and their own mechanic's verbal promise, management is now outright refusing to issue the promised partial refund of $1,900. I have included pictures of my credit card charges from Old Town Auto Care as well as the invoice form the different competent shop who confirmed and fixed the problem as proof. They will take your money, fail to fix your car, and then refuse to make it right even when presented with hard evidence of their incompetence. Do yourself a favor and avoid Old Town Auto Care at all costs.

However, the experience was extremely disappointing, and I hope this review can serve as a reference for other customers. We came here based on a friend's recommendation because our tire had a nail in it. Unfortunately, our experience was very very disappointing. The employee at the front desk had a poor attitude from the start. He told us that he needed the key to inspect the tire because he would have to drive the car into the service room( I said we can drive it in but he still say no) . In reality, it seemed like he could have simply taken a quick look to determine whether the tire was repairable. Since we don't usually carry our Tesla key with us, we had to drive home, get the key, and return. When we came back, he drove the car from the parking area to the front of the building--not into the service bay as he said before. At that point, we couldn't help but wonder why we were asked to bring the key at all, since we could have driven the car to the front ourselves. He got into the car, checked the tire pressure, and immediately told us the tire needed to be replaced without even inspecting the location of the puncture. We showed him a photo and explained that the nail was not near the sidewall. He briefly glanced at the picture and insisted that it was. When we asked if he could at least take a look at the tire in person, he refused and said it was "not repairable." The car was parked right outside the door, yet he would not even walk over to inspect the actual puncture. We found this extremely frustrating and difficult to understand. After leaving, we went to Costco. The employee there informed us that they do not repair Cybertruck tires, but he said that the nail was in a repairable location and that the tire did not need to be replaced. He recommended we to visit America's Tire instead. We then went to America's Tire and repaired the tire successfully, saving us from having to purchase a new one unnecessarily. I would strongly recommend America's Tire instead. Their staff was professional, helpful, and took the time to inspect the tire before making a recommendation.
