My Senior mother in-law took her GMC in for help with connecting her phone to her vehicle. She was told the her phone was not compatible as it was not an Android nor an Iphone. If the incompetent person would have just opened the settings On the phone and looked in About he would have seen it was an Android. Unwilling to explain to a senior how to use a feature in their car is just terrible! They take their money but thats it will never ever recommend this dealer to anyone will only spread the word how bad they are! Terrible Service Location and Employees! Do NOT USE OR PURCHASE FROM!!! Took Vehicle in for a warranty item- covered under Bumper to Bumper- took 4 months to get scheduled. After multiple trips just for them to get pictures!! Didn't want to provide a loaner comparable in size! Finally get vehicle in, call to tell us they cant fix- a million excuses and reasons Customer Service confirmed they needed to repair and it was covered under bumper to bumper. Get vehicle back and the DID NOT repair... just small touch up paint and not even in the correct color. Caused damage to back bumper. Bumper was to be replaced! They have lied through their teeth about the whole situation! A warranty item has become such a headache with the dealership! They have made terrible remarks to me as a female! The worst experience ever with the Head service Manager, I had issue with my brake system that should been covered under warranty and they declined the work and quoted me about $850 to fix the issue. What's so funny about this is I went over to a different GM dealer and the covered the work under warranty, how could you trust Auto Nation anymore. And the customer service I got from the service manager was so bad I was beside my self how he was pointing his finger at me and how he profiled me from the beginning. The point this place just as bad as your brake plus, they are hurting so bad for work they would recommend just about anything to charge their customers. No Communication skills, I left my car there for 24 hours and did not even get a call back about the Issue, I had to call couple time and they put me on hold for 20 min trying to go talk to the technician to diagnose the problem. read more

I have never been to a brand name dealership where I couldn't find someone to help me. I spent over 20 mins. trying to look at $70,000 Denalis and was never approached by a salesperson. I went into the showroom and there was an empty reception desk. A couple of "sales managers" were sitting in their glass room and one of them looked at me but made no attempt to assist me. I started looking through a $75,000 Denali in the showroom but no one ever came to assist. I was very frustrated since I'm ready to buy, and they had a good selection, but now I'm looking elsewhere. More than disappointed!! I had an 8:00 appointment for an oil change and a recall item. I was waiting in the lobby. At 11:00 I received a phone call (yes, sitting right there) that my charge would be $545. My car was not even looked at for 3 hours!!! Straightened out what was to be done, my Solstice has only 7000 miles, just an oil change. At 2:00 (yes, 6 hours later) I asked for my car and left. The oil change was done but they hadn't gotten to the recall item . . . the main reason for the appointment. I did ask to speak to a manager at 2:00. No service manager was available. They have serviced this car since 2006, and it gets worse with each ownership change. They easily located my record when I made the appointment, but couldn't find anything when I arrived. To be clear, we love the vehicle we purchased here. We have also bought from a different AutoNation before, so I kind of hoped we'd have a similar experience. But no. Not the case. The sales guy was the traditional "sleazy car salesman" no one wants to deal with. He is young, seemingly pretty inexperienced, and also knows next to nothing about the vehicle he's selling. It got old, quick. My husband really wanted the truck anyway, so we went for it. What shouldn't have taken 6 hours, took 6 hours. We finally got out of there with our new vehicle. Within 48 hours, the check engine light came on. Since we planned to bring it back to have a lift kit removed, it seemed okay. What was supposed to take 8 hours (we dropped it off when they opened), took 5 full days. Yes, FIVE DAYS. 4 of those 5 days, I'm pretty sure it sat untouched, not a single glance at it. We called every day, multiple times, and occasionally got some kind of response. The truck was great when we got it back, but they took their sweet time for sure. Then, within 24 hours of getting the truck back, the check engine light came back on. No call back from service, of course, so I drove it there and demanded that it be fixed completely while I wait. A promised 30 minutes turned into 2 hours. Hopefully we don't ever need to return. I highly recommend going elsewhere, as this dealership is exactly what no dealership wants to be labeled as. THIS COMPANY HAS THE WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER!! I have been buying and servicing vehicles since this location was opened and Larry Junker was the GM. After the departure of Todd Terry & his service team a few years back, this service department has gone from excellent to sub-par, and even that is being very generous. If I could rate this company a zero, I would. Travis Busbee, the Service Director, is kind and helpful, but his staff, including the Assistant Service Manager Cindy are RUDE, uninformed and unhelpful. Gone are the days where you'd pull up, the service staff cheerfully greeted you by name and worked hard to get your needs met and you back on the road. Now, I wait at least 10 minutes before even being acknowledged in the bay. Today, two other patrons left after not being acknowledged at all in the bay for over 10 minutes. I've been repeatedly told that I must have an appointment for an oil change, which is patently false. A nice little fall back for their staff when they don't want to work. Today, I was told I could leave my vehicle with them all day for an oil change and that they could try to get to it by Monday. Are you kidding me? When I went inside, I spoke with Cindy, who was clearly annoyed that she needed to speak with me and insisted they could not help. I couldn't finish a sentence without her interrupting me. When I called her out on that, she didn't apologize or acknowledge it. As many times as I've been here, she's consistently curt, rude and unprofessional. Joe, another (ineffective) service team member, was walking around and looked at the other vehicles in the bay, but didn't stop to help anyone. Unless I call Travis' personal cell for service support, I do not get treated with any professionalism or courtesy for my time. Today, I looked for the GM, Mark Perry, before leaving and was told by the staff they didn't know when he'd be back. They didn't bother to ask if they could help me in his absence. I left Mark a voicemail message, which he returned the same day. He told me my story was not the same as his staff and he "just cannot pick sides". This is inherently the issue with this organization. The leadership (or lack thereof) and the poor culture has shifted where staff feels emboldened to be unhelpful and rude to customers, which is counterintuitive to the entire idea of customer service. This company has lost a loyal, lifelong customer, along with all of my family members who will never purchase or service another vehicle here again. Thankfully, I've found Todd Terry and his outstanding service team where I will take my vehicles to be cared for and will purchase future vehicles from the same organization. I haven't been impressed with AutoNation's service, but on July 3rd we stopped in for an appointment. I had 2 grandkids with me & was informed that the appointment could take several hours. Jacob at check in saw our need and stepped up to solve our problem. I shared the problem we had with the whistling noise when the air & fan were on. Jacob came out himself & started investigating by taking the glove compartment apart. Bravo, he found the source of the problem & tightened the screws on the air filter. He solved our problem & sent us on our way! I so appreciated Jacob taking charge of a minor problem. Jacob truly rocked it & made our day!! read more

If I could give negative stars for this dealership, I would. We got a band new Acadia. Within the first two months, there were mechanical and electrical problems. We took it in, had it serviced...good to go, right? Not a week later, there were more issues with the computer and the nav system started shorting out. Went in, got it fixed. We were in four times in three months. We finally talked to the manager and he said that sometimes, "these things just happen with cars." He was dismissive, rude, unaccommodating and just sleazy. I was driving in cold weather with my three children at 7:30 at night and the car just shut down...completely shut down and would not start. My husband had to come get us. We were able to get it to Autonation the next day and the service department said, "this can just happen in cold weather, there's nothing we can do." We went to H.M. Brown, got rid of the lemon of a car, got a new Yukon and had a wonderful experience. Park Meadows GMC, you lost a client and the purchase of a $74,000 vehicle. I will never step foot in GMC Park Meadows again. If ever there was a place that represents the negative stereotypes of dealerships and car salesmen, this is it. read more

WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE (I really don't write reviews like this but there haven't been many occasions where I was treated this badly as a paying customer.) I brought my Acadia in for an oil change and to check out my fan that was running more than normal. I had an appointment scheduled on a Friday at 10:30 and was told the car would be ready by 4. Shortly before then I got a call from the rep (I believe his name was Joseph) letting me know that it wasn't quite done yet and quoted me the price to fix the issue causing the fan to run (it needed a new water pump.) He said they would do their best to get it done that night but if nothing else it would be done early Saturday. A bit annoying but I appreciated the communication. That's where things went awry... After not hearing anything all morning I called at 11:30 to check in on my car. I was told then that it would be done by "early afternoon". After seeing the early afternoon come and go I called again at 3:30 to check again and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. I showed up an hour later and was met with a smug "it's not ready yet" from the rep there (I didn't get her name but she has dark hair and sits at the desk/station on the far left.) When I told her that I was told it would be done in 30 minutes an hour ago she blankly stared at me like I was inconveniencing her before going to check with the technician. After having to sit and wait ANOTHER 45 MINUTES I was told that it was finally done. No apologies for my car being over 24 hours after what was promised other than "the tech had to test drive the car after putting everything back together." I was presented the bill from another female rep (I didn't get her name either, I was a little busy trying to keep my composure due to the building frustration) I discovered that I was charged $85 more (on top of an already $750+ bill) than what was quoted to me on the phone the day before. "Those are the taxes that we can't calculate before everything is complete." Upon further review it looks like there were $25 in taxes, which is reasonable but there was an additional $59.99 for "Shop Materials and/or Misc Supplies." So now I've been lied to, treated terribly and now price gouged and without my car an extra 24 hours. This all could have been mitigated by using basic communication and communication skills (which, in fairness I did receive the first day from Joseph.) As a result, AutoNation, you've taken the last $854.61 you will ever take from me. You're Fired! read more

Awful experience! Dropped in to look at a new truck after some emails with Kevin. Sent me to Vas whom was a good guy for a test drive. Didn't want to talk price so I left to come back another day. Made an offer over the phone with Kevin, said he was busy and NEVER called me back. So I get an email from the General Manager Mark Perry telling me not to buy elsewhere until I talk to him. Start the email process with him. Tried to discuss a deal with him. I left him a voicemail, no RESPONSE. Sends me an email saying "his guys told him I didn't want to spend enough money" Unbelievable!! Even after that I tried one more time. Nothing! I purchased my 2008 Yukon Denali from this dealer and it wasn't a great dealer back then. Obviously nothing has changed. Went to the parts department several months ago to get a few items. 4 to be exact. 2 light bulbs, and a set of wiper blades. Everything I bought was wrong. Everything! They couldn't even sell me the proper wiper blades. Ended up going to an auto parts store to get things right. Total waste of time. I don't understand how they stay in business. As you can imagine I am done with this dealership. I will go 30 miles out of my way to avoid them. Oh and I have. I bought my new truck, which I spent a lot of money on, at GMC West in Golden, CO. After I bought the car it was like I was useless to them, and nothing but a burden. I was told to never contact the dealership again. Worst car buying experience. Phone calls to the Autonation store as well as corporate were NEVER returned. Bought a used car and drove it off the lot with a "we owe you" stipulation because the car was not fully ready. We called our salesperson and the store manager over 20 times and not one of those communications was ever returned by them. After 6 weeks of calling we finally got an appointment. Dropped the car off and they had it for almost 2 weeks to perform what we were told was a 20 minute fix. During those two weeks we again called several times without a return call. They didn't even call when the car was ready. As if that service wasn't bad enough they never sent our title to the DMV. Had to call them to let them know and they finally sent in the paperwork, less than a week before the temp tag expired. During all this we even contacted corporate to try to get assistance with these problems. Corporate never returned the call. read more

Worst service department in town. Worst customer service in town. I bought a Seirra Denali HD late in 2014. I have taken it to Autonation GMC for every service. I have yet to have a good experience. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to a different dealership. Last time I spoke with the manager about my dissatisfaction and was told to leave. It is very obvious the problem starts at the top. I have witnessed a very high turnover rate in the service department, Huh imagine that. It took 4 appointments to change my oil pan gasket underl warranty because it was leaking. Finally had it fixed under warranty and it still leaks. Had radiator fluid leak fixed at the same appointment. Paid 600$ to replace 1 hose and it still leaks. Had to replace front rotors due to heat cracked. Still on the original brake pads so I figured they would warranty them. Nope they said they would talk to the service manager about it and call me it been a week and no calls. Seems like the only thing they do well there is take your money. My last service on a vehicle that is less than 2 years old was over $1200 and the best part is they fixed nothing. Same problems. Just 1200$ in the whole. Somebody has to finance their negligence. Don't take your car here to get looked at, the blindsided me with a $400 bill after I told them I couldn't afford that cost. They called me with the price on a Friday and I specifically told them I couldn't afford it and I would see what I could do but to hold off, she said that's fine and to give her a call when I was ready, on Monday they called and said the car was ready to be picked up, I figured it was just them being polite and asking me to get my car off their lot, when I showed up they told me I owed $400 and held my car for ransom, told me the only way to get my car wa sto lay even though I told them I didn't want the repair done. After forcing me to pay for my car the service director Chris told me he admits there is no recorded phone call of me giving approval, they have 0 signatures from me and he can't prove I have him approval and there's nothing he can do and he doesn't want to go in circles with me, then mark the general manager told me he flat out doesn't believe me and doesn't believe anyone would ever bring their car in to get diagnosed and turn down the repair cost as if everyone is as apparently rich as he is. He kept insulting me and questioning "if you didn't have the money how did you pay for it" well Mark some people have to budget and save their money while they may have $400 in their bank account it is supposed to be spent on groceries diapers and a car payment. No one should work with shady people like this who patronize their customers. read more

My experience today with AutoNation service department was exceptional. When I arrived for my appointment this morning, I was greeted immediately and checkin within minutes. The women who checked me in was pleasant, efficient and informative. She had me in and out in less than 10 minutes. Brian went above and beyond to help us with the repairs of our truck. My husband works out of his truck and our schedule can be tricky. Brian and the service technicians worked it out to have the vehicle finished today!! They even finished earlier than originally expected. When I went to pick up the vehicle, I was again greeted immediately with a smile this time by Jacob. He was a pleasure to work with as well, and had me on my way in no time. We had a horrible experience here, from beginning to end. We called and told them there was a noise in the AC, a click in the steering, and jumpy RPM's when driving with the AC on. Also needed an oil change. We brought the car in, and immediately the AC noise was there, both my husband and the tech heard it. They kept the car to do the rest of the work and check on it. Got a message that night, around 5:30, that they needed to order a part for the AC and they hoped they could find it. They told my husband to leave it over night and if he was to take it home, to not run the AC because it would mess up all the other systems. We didn't pick the car up and assumed they would update us next day. This is when the serious trouble started... We couldn't get a hold of them until 5pm the following day. Between endless loops of unanswered calls to the service-parts-sales- etc, (over 10 times we tried to call throughout the day) and leaving various messages for the service manager, we were beyond frustrated. We finally got in touch with him around 5pm that day. He told me 1) he was surprised the car wasn't picked up that morning and that 2) they weren't going to fix the AC because they couldn't 'recreate the noise'. He also went on to explain to me, like a child, how cars shift gears and that the jumpy RPM's I heard were just 'the car hunting for the right gear'. The tech ended up taking my car HOME to his HOUSE that night and drove it back the following morning in effort to 'recreate the noise (the one he heard when we first brought it in!) and drove it over the toll road TWICE that I paid for. Awesome. The next day (day three at this point) we went through the same circle of looping unanswered calls and leaving messages, to no avail. Finally we got a hold of someone. They ended up telling us that they 'moved some hoses around' to help make the AC work better but didn't replace the part; told me the steering was no big deal and again downplayed the RPMs. After three full days in the shop, endless phone calls, borrowed rides and moved car seats and rearranged schedules, all we got was a pricey oil change. Poor Service Department... does not warranty their work! I have taken my 2012 GMC Yukon Denali into AutoNation Buick GMC Park Meadows on 4 separate occasions over the past 6 months to fix my squeaking brakes. The first service call, they replaced both the front and rear brake pads and machined the rotors. No sooner did I drive home and the brakes were still squeaking. I drove the vehicle for a month or so with the brakes still squeaking thinking that maybe they just needed to "wear in", or possibly it was a brake dust issue that would resolve... it didn't. On my second service call, I was told that there were "hot spots" on the rotors that were causing the squeaking along with the front brake pads were "starting to glaze". This time they replaced the rotors with brand new ones and deglazed the front pads. When I arrived home, the brakes were still squeaking! I continued to drive the vehicle with squeaking brakes again for another month, because I don't have time to keep taking my car back to them to fix an issue that should have been fixed by now. Upon my third service call for the same issue, Travis Busby replaced the front brake pads at no cost for "Guest Satisfaction". I was told that due to the semi-metallic compound that the pads are composed of, that intermittent brake squeaking is a common trait of the pads. Interesting that during the first 5 years and 70,000 miles of owning the vehicle, the OEM brakes never had any intermittent brake squeaking.... hmmm, seems like GMC knows what they are doing when they build cars, but AutoNation GMC service department can't get it right. The brakes have still squeaked for the past 2 months, so I took it back in again today. Now, on my FOURTH service call for the same brake squeaking issue, I am told that the front rotors have "hot spots" again. I asked if they were going to warranty the new rotors that they installed just a few thousand miles ago, and they declined. However, they were quick to point out other repairs that should be completed. THANKS but NO THANKS! I'll be taking my vehicle somewhere else for all my future repairs. read more

There are more reputable and trustworthy dealerships out there than AutoNation. I've noticed other negative reviews concerning their service department and I back them up 100%. I'm not sure what changed with them after becoming AutoNation but they lost my business. They quoted me $150 to unlock an OEM stereo which was replaced in my vehicle. I called another dealership and they quoted me a $60 flat fee. This was after AutoNations service department told me I could easily unlock the stereo by calling a 1-800 number, which was false. read more

I had a terrible experience with the service department. It took 4 phone calls to get an appointment as they never return calls. When I finally got in, on a Friday, they told us we needed over 3,000 worth of work on a vehicle with 60,000 miles on it. We declined and told them we would pick the car up on Monday. When we arrived on Monday the surly woman in the front told us the car had to be reassembled, and it would take 15 minutes, after 50 minutes I went to ask what was going on, but couldn't find anyone to help. When I finally found the customer service person he tried to charge an additional $26 for shop supplies in addition to the $175 diagnostic fee. After he took that off, he told me my car would be in the front lot. It was not. It was in the back lot and was hot inside, with no paper on the floor, which makes me think no one even looked at it, and they didn't need to waste an hour of my time "putting it back together". I brought the car to a private mechanic, who said each repair, except for headlamp replacement was unnecessary, and he said it was "borderline fraud" that they suggested the repairs. I had the headlight replaced at another dealer for $120 less than they quoted. A few days later they sent an email to see how my service was, I responded with this story. Not a word back. They could care less about customers. Drive to Castle Rock if you need your Buick Serviced! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT, THEY ARE DISHONEST. read more

I made an 8 am appointment to have my stereo looked at since it had a multitude of issues. I wrote down all the issues to make sure I explained them and the fact that I had had it looked at from an outside vendor who said it was a computer issue that the manufacturer can fix. The technician just wrote down "Stereo" and said they would need my car for half a day. 5 hours later I called and they hadn't even looked at my car. The receptionist said they had 70 walk-ins but I had made an appointment. After two more hours they said I just needed a new iPod cable. When I explained that the issues had nothing to do with my iPod and asked why none of the issues I had explained had been looked at, they said they didn't know since none of them had been written down. Final straw was when I emailed the Service Manager, Marc Bellacosa, to ask for an explanation of a) why my appointment time was ignored for walk-ins and b) why there was a complete disregard for the issues I explained, he never answered me - even after following up with him a week later. I was completely blown off. Never taking my car there again. read more

Took car in for oil change and tire rotation. Upon exiting my vehicle I noticed I picked up a nail in the left rear tire. Chose not to have nail repaired. When got my vehicle back looked down at the left rear tire and the nail I spied earlier was on the same rear location, meaning the tire had not been rotated. Went back in and asked the service advisor Cindy she indicated the tech had marked it as a completed service. When she brought the tech out, he acted as if he had completed the work, going so far as to back up the truck to verify there was not a nail inf the front tire as well. Finally after several minutes he admitted he didn't rotate the tires and cited the nail as the reason. I asked Cindy if I had paid for the rotation and she validated and promptly refunded the charge for the rotation. My issue here is the level of deception and the fact I'm not even confident at this point the oil was changed, especially given the oil life indicator was not reset either. read more

Extremely pleased with my recent visit. I recently bought a new Buick from another dealership and the service department was awful (MedVed of Castle Rock). I decided to switch to this location after seeing it off of 470. I called and was able to get an appointment when I needed, 2 days out. I worked with Matthiew who was absolutely wonderful; extremely caring and informative on the services I was receiving and the services that were available to me-things that were not discussed with me before. He even had my temporary plates put on my car. The waiting area was clean and the chairs were so comfortable that I didn't even notice how long I was there for before everything was completed.
