I had no credit, my options were limited I ended up going there thinking the reviews meant the cars were all good. Unfortunately not the one I got. Their carfax are misleading and do not report everything that may have happened to a vehicle, assuming their own mechanic that they go to fixes something's up so as no need to report. That is my speculation. $16k+, two years in, with around $3.6k still to pay off, now the car is basically dead. I failed then to notice but the car has been a living hell. Now the transmission is done. The engine seems bad too now. All the suspension is shot, the electrical of the car is also a bit messed up. ObdII port not working to read codes. Only around 131k miles, still payments left to make and the car seems like it's totaled minus any car accident. I went to see if they would do anything but of course it has been too long. I wouldn't even want to trade it in for any other of their stock due to my now high distrust of their vehicles and business practices. Should you choose to buy a vehicle there do make sure to take extra care in examining and testing the vehicle of your interest. I certainly didn't do enough.

From the first call with Dan, then my conversations with Bryan, Premier Auto was the most professional. Dan provided the pictures requested within minutes of contacting him. The pictures were detailed, showing exactly what I asked for, and helped me make the decision to purchase the car. Once I arrived, the car was exactly as described, no surprises. Bryan gave me plenty of time to do my inspection of the car, and a test drive, and we wrapped up the paperwork in less than 20 minutes, once I checked everything out. After the sale, Bryan went out of his way to resolve a paperwork issue that wasn't his fault, including overnighting the documents that the MA RMV needed. And he found a second keyless fob for the car, which he sent over too. I've bought 3 or 4 cars online, from private sellers and dealerships, and Premier Auto is simply the best. Their communication was great, the car was exactly as described, the buying process was simple and quick, and they've been great after the sale. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Premier.

Mike has an energy and honesty that is rare! We only had a few days before my daughter had to drive the car back to college (1000 miles away). she found a car she wanted we test drove and were allowed to take it to a local mechanic. It checked out as did the carfax (odometer lined up with the carfax reports=important, because n=many cars DONT). Mike held the car a day an we bought it. The very next day, the engine light came on! It was the left side catalytic (an 1800 job). Mike was in no way responsible for this, YET he found a mechanic who could do the job in one day at $1200, and offered to pay for half!!! I did end up running 15 minutes late for my appointment, which is by my own fault. When I arrived, the service rep quickly came up to my car, got in the vehicle and informed me that he needed to hurry up and get the car back because they needed to leave. Again, somewhat understandable as I did show up late. Unfortunately, when I left the dealer, I had a check engine light on and the service rep didn't even mention rescheduling the air-conditioning vent repair even after I brought it up. Normally, this wouldn't be that big of a deal but the last time I came in to get weatherstripping repaired around my driver side door. They told me they can't do it because it's too sticky around the area. I'm still on sure what that meant but again I felt rushed, and as though they were just brushing off the issues. Charlene has been my service rep since before the dealership moved to a new location. She was not the service rep who assisted me the last two times. (This most recent time included.) She has been stellar. Before the move and assuming under new management they were my go to dealership in the entire state of Illinois superb service and they really made you feel like family. Since the relocation, i've been extremely reluctant to make extra drive there to get my vehicle serviced. I've owned five Volkswagens in the last 10 years and let's just say I don't buy the car for the dealership or service department experience. I've had during the last 10 years. But, if this is a reflection of how Volkswagen now treats it's customers, I'd be more than happy to take my business elsewhere from now
