I made the biggest mistake by taking my car to autos international , they have had my car for the last 4 months and everytime i call about the progress the people can not even give me any information and keep telling me that they are working on it. I can not even describe how angry I am with this company, the people are very rude and have no idea what is going on. I always get the same answer , let me check and see whats going on with it. . my god people , I had to go out and buy another car just to get to work thanks to this so called repair shop. I have discoverd by googling Autos international that this repair shop has an excessive amount of complaints and others have or are experiencing the same problems with this shop. I guess I should have did better research before i took it to them. I have had no choice but to get a lawyer now and will be suing this shop for the cost of the repair and my loss of income thanks to their inability to repair my car. My car wouldn't start and I needed to get it towed somewhere to get checked out. Found Autos International on AAA's list of approved repair shops. Diane was my contact and she made the process very easy, which was much appreciated during a stressful time. Luckily I didn't have to be present for my car to be received so I was still able to go to work and get updates throughout the day. The customer service was outstanding! Diane even left a message to confirm my car made it there. Turns out I just needed the battery replaced. It would have been difficult for me to make it there before closing after work so they arranged it so I could pay on the phone and pick up the car after hours. They were very clear about the charges from the beginning. As a AAA approved shop, you get 10% off labor (not parts). It may have been more expensive than if I had just gotten AAA to replace the battery, but it would have required me to do more legwork and miss more time at work. In the end, I think it was definitely worth it. I would come here again! read more

Gary and his staff are HONEST, KNOWLEDGEABLE and always give you the best deal they can. That is so rare in this business. They have people from 3 generations coming back to them. Who else has that? This is the best shop I have found. Mike and Gary were honest about what needed to be done to my truck and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I was driving across country hauling 2 horses, and my air conditioner stopped working. Instead of trying to sell me a new AC system, it turned out to be a bad AC relay. The mechanic, Mike, explained what they checked and how they checked it. Every one was very helpful and very professional. I have recommended this shop to my family and friends. Had a blown radiator hose at 2:30 on a Friday afternoon. AAA towed me to Autos International. Rusty in the office was super helpful, got the needed parts (from San Ramon) and completed the repair, as well as a pressure test of the cooling system to ensure everything was safe, and got me out at 4:50, ten minutes prior to closing. The technician spotted a couple of issues for future repair, that the shop I usually go to hadn't caught. Price was reasonable and they gave a 10% AAA discount. read more

These folks were so kind. They were so nice and helpful after I dropped the car at night but had to have it moved the next day. I was out of town and had to have my car towed home. I got towed to Autos International on AAA recommendation. Gary and Anna were very helpful and kind. Gary was honest about the fact that my car could not be repaired and did not try to sell me anything. He let my dead car sit on his lot for 2 months while I got a duplicate title from the state so the car could be disposed of. read more

Incompetent mechanics, took my car to have the timing adjusted since it failed smog, and after that it ran so bad! I decided to have my brother in-law (a licensed smog guy), adjust the timing and it ran normally again. Best off all it passed after that. These guys are fools and overcharge for crappy work.
