This place is the worst car dealership ever!!

I would never recommend this place. The salesman and the Manager Noah are unprofessional. Didn't care to address my needs on the car especially when all of this is on writing. I purchased this car for my son and the tpms light is on. We signed a contract that I would buy the car if they fix the tpms. I brought it there 4 times and they said we changed it when got the car. So, now they're saying that is not my problem anymore. But yet they still didn't fix the problem even it on the contract. Noah the manager said there's nothing he can do. I'm going to go and go to claims court and fix this problem. I told them to just buy new tpms and I will install it and they said no. It's only $40. They can't even want to buy that. This place is horrible. And the salesman promised me that it will get fixed. I'll see you in court.

I had a wonderful experience getting my first EV, a 2021 Tesla Model 3, here. Jesus and Chris took wonderful care of me; they worked with my very limited finances and treated me with dignity and respect. Jesus washed the car and charged it up as I finished my paperwork. I highly recommend this dealership if you're looking for a car!

Noel, Sam, and Shawn all helped make my car buying experience a positive one. These guys provided value & care at every step and worked hard to help me get my first car. I'm happy with my Prius and the experience I had with these guys. I will be recommending them to family & friends in the future :)

This was the 2nd car dealership we drove into for the day & salesman, Tod greeted us. He knew about his cars on his lot and was able to get the application process run smoothly & swiftly. It was very fast & my boyfriend got approved with the 2nd bank. Finance Manager Nol was very informant & also gave us advice on keeping up with his credit score. We were hesitant at first but left very satisfied and the choice of car was awesome. Prius was a great choice; drives smoothly, very spacious & comfy, and it saves us money on gas. Thank you so much for helping us out!

From the very beginning, she was honest, transparent, patient, and incredibly thorough throughout the entire process. She never made me feel pressured and took the time to answer every question I had. Buying a vehicle can be stressful, but Wineska made the experience smooth, comfortable, and exciting. Her communication, professionalism, and genuine care truly stood out. I also want to recognize Juan and William for being so helpful, welcoming, and professional during the process. The teamwork between all three of them made this one of the best car-buying experiences I've ever had. Thank you all for going above and beyond -- I absolutely love my Lexus RX 350 and truly appreciate the outstanding customer service!

If you don't already know, Canadian roads are VERY hard on cars/trucks and often have rust problems. I almost fell into this trap. I was very close to buying a truck from them, but wasn't made aware the truck was imported from Canada until I was almost done signing for it. There must be some sort of law that mandates dealerships to disclose imported vehicles. I stopped the signing process and went and looked at the under belly of the 3 year old truck I was about to buy and it was completely rusted out. No deal! It would have been nice if this dealership was more up front about this. It felt sneaky. I should have done a better job of looking at CarFax instead of trusting the inspection report that was provided to me. It felt like the finance manager was trying to get me to rush through the signing process so I wouldn't notice or question anything. Later that night I went on their website and saw that almost every one of the trucks listed have been imported from Canada.

Decided to also replace front wiper blades while I was there. Burien Chevrolet charged me a WHOPPING $141 to replace the front and rear wiper blades! Front: $63.83+$48.71, rear $27.46! They also charged $113.44 to replace the cabin air filter, not a big deal. I left feeling uneasy at the high cost. After paying, I'd asked the tech, MIke, if these GM blades came with an add'l warranty given the astronomical price and was told "No," just the standard 1 year warranty." When I got home, I went to Burien Chevrolet's web site and saw that the cost to replace front wiper blades was $69.95 (see screenshot) so I called to ask why I was charged 2X what their web site listed. Mike said I need to come in to resolve the issue with the Parts Dept as he "'doesn't control parts pricing." #1: I don't understand why I have to make another in-person trip (and deal with freeway traffic) to resolve a simple parts pricing issue when the Service and Parts Depts are right by each other. #2: There is simply NO excuse for parts pricing that is double what the company list as its prices, both on the web site and over the phone. Note: I'd called Burien Chevrolet 3 weeks ago to compare service pricing among nearby Chevy dealers then left for a trip out of the country to deal with a family health emergency. I just found my notes after stewing over the outrageous wiper blade price I paid! #3: After reviewing the bill at home, it looks like Burien Chevrolet didn't do the tire rotation either as it wasn't listed as a line item the invoice

All the t's were crossed, i's were dotted and I'm out the door. Of course the next day my check engine light comes on. I naturally go to oreillys to get it read, and it's the catalytic converter sensor. So I arm myself with that info, call the Kerrie and he says to bring it in. Swears it's the gas sensor and he'll fix it. I pick my car up that same afternoon. No light? Check. Next day? It now blinks EVERYtime I drive the thing. Smh. I've bantered back and forth with the owners, and he won't budge on allowing me to trade it in, get my money back, nothing. Lovely. I'm paying on a car that I'm scared to drive and am taking the bus in the wintertime. I gave them one star just for the receptionist and her bubbly personality. She seems nice enough, but even she gripes about her boss and job. Dually noted. Would I trimmed anybody come here? No. I would likely give them a bus pass and tell them save their money.

I purchased a Kia EV6 from here. After the purchase, no matter how many emails you write, they don't respond. You try to call, they will say they are busy. Washington state has a sales tax exemption act when buying used EVs under $30k. And the tax exemption process has to be initiated from dealers. My purchase is eligible for this tax exemption (I checked with DOL/DMV. They looked at this VIN in their system and told me that the dealer is supposed to refund the sales tax). I called and called and called the dealership. And they told me "we don't deal with that. You have to deal with it by yourself." which is different from what DOL and DOR told me. I checked online and Department of Revenue ALSO states clearly that dealers have to be the one who initiate this refund (attached images in this review). I know this not only because I asked DOL and did my homework, but also because I purchased another EV in WA before and I got the WA sales tax refund from another dealership. The process was directly from the dealership. Unlike what this location told me. Furthermore, the sales staff Kyle Gaylor lacks training even to their own company's policy on EV sales. I asked "what does your Hertz 12-month warranty covers on EV" and he said "well you know what, our 12-month warranty only covers mechanical breakdowns. EVs don't have engine nor mechanical components, so if you didn't buy our additional warranty package, your vehicle isn't covered by our included 12-month warranty". It was a shocking response. I then checked Hertz Car Sales company website and it clearly states "Hertz also covers EVs with their 12-month warranty. Not only covers the battery but also the motor and related components. WHAT? YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOUR COMPANY DOES and you are a sales? They are just NOT PREPARED and NOT EDUCATED to sell EVs. Perhaps because no EVs were under 30K for a long time so they just didn't care. But now with a lot of used EVs priced under $30K, PLUS that Hertz's new CEO strategy on dumping EVs, you can't just ignore all this and pretend you are selling traditional ICE cars like before. I am a local reviewer, and I cannot recommend buying cars from this business.
