He was very friendly and professional, said the service work would take about 2 hours, it only took 90 minutes, bonus because I was waiting. While waiting, you have access to snacks and beverages. When my vehicle was ready, Brody explained to me what was done, explained recommended service intervals and answers all of my questions regarding future services. In the end, he also informed me that since this was my first service on our new vehicle, it was performed as a courtesy. I was somewhat surprised and very pleased. Midway and their staff totally met my expectations when we purchased and todays service experience. Prior to purchasing our vehicle, I was told by many local Hyundia owners to stay local, this is a family owned business and they treat their customer great. I was not disappointed and will surely tell other of my experience

I brought my 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe to this dealership for service and was told my transmission,…read morethat was replaced 3 1/2 years ago- had a case half leak and required full replacement at a cost of approximately $4,500. I was pressured to consider the repair and was even offered a partial "goodwill" discount. Because the diagnosis was so serious and expensive, I sought a second opinion from an independent mechanic I trust. That second opinion found: * No transmission failure * No case half leak * No need for transmission replacement The actual issues were: * An overfilled transmission * A drain plug O-ring * A hose clamp Had I not gotten a second opinion, I would have paid thousands of dollars for an unnecessary repair. That is deeply concerning. I was told the pink siliconesealant that showed in the blurry. Pictures was a leak and it's not. I'm sharing this so other customers know to get a second opinion before authorizing major repairs from this dealership. Based on my experience, I no longer trust their diagnostics.

Do not shop here...the place sells junk , the owner Keith lies and when u catch him he lies more…read more We unwind the contract which states both parties return everything u gave. In my case I gave 1000.00 and he only gave me 800.00 back claiming paperwork cost. Yes I could sue him. I don't want to give this AH a other minute of time. DO not shop there u will regret it. On my review on Facebook he sees he offered to fix stuff. He already knew about the bad ujoints cuz I took the idiot for a ride. Then there was a throttle sensor that was bad..he knew about that too. When they ran it on a diagnostic machine it showed the codes for it. And he claimed he runs a diagnostic on all his cars first. Bs.. he's a liar and lower than a worm and runs a shifty business.

I traveled 3 hours to pick up the vehicle and it was filthy, no fuel and I could not get it to come out of park. The owner got it to unlock and made some excuse about a sensor being hit with someone's foot. He made mistakes on the paperwork also and I still can't get it registered. I broke down 2 weeks later. $650 for a new alternator. Then 2 months later I am back at the repair shop. This time it's $1000 for 2 sensors because they put the wrong oil filter in when they changed the oil! Do NOT buy from this.place! Their motto of selling affordable dependable vehicles is a joke. Bunch of crooks!

Well where to begin. Me and my wife bought a vehicle from them that when we test drove it all…read moreseemed well and working fine once we signed the paperwork my wife drove over to Costco to go get gas and well the check engine light came on. Worried that i had been screwed over i took the car to auto zone and got a code read on it and it was the catalytic converter which the part alone would cost almost 900 dollars and the transmission started to act funny as well. Reached out to the online portal and was told to bring the car back and they would fix the issue and give me a loaner to drive while that was all being handled. They have been working on my car now fixing all of the issues involved with the vehicle turns out it was multiple things not just the CC. Eli and the crew have been generous enough to go through it and fix all the issues that it had when they didnt need to and i am thankful for that. It has taken sometime now and hopefully all will be well when i pick up my car on Saturday Lee

We spent 1,200 on a new battery and the time it took a dealership to sync the battery to the car. Contacted the company and they had us bring the car in for them to do their diagnostic on it. They had the vehicle for almost 3 weeks and hardly any response from them when we tried to find out what was going on. We didn't have the car long enough to even license it. We finally just said we were coming to get the car. We took the car for trade-in and the dealership pulled up a car fax that showed this car was a lemon and worth only 2100.00 at auction. We were given 2,500.00 for a trade-in for a vehicle that cost us 11,000.00 and 1,200.00 for a new battery. Our loss was 9,700.00. Stay away from this company. They are crooks.

The people are nice when selling th.e car to you. But once you buy it and have problems with car…read moretheybureat you like shit. When I was buying my car I noticed the coolant level was down. when I was purchasing the car they wanted to sell me an extension warranty. I said I didn't want it and I went in to sign papers I noticed that the warranty was on the total sale I said I didn't want this. the guys excuse oh sorry we must have missed understood you or didn't hear you which is b******* they knew what they were doing their crooks. I went ahead got the warranty anyways my car after the first few days was leaking. I looked in there and I was pretty sure the water pump was bad which it was it took it in to get repaired. The guy that did the work at the automotive place was very professional and got authorization from the warranty company to repair. I was going to take it to the auto credit but the salesman said are service guy is on vacation for the week so that's why I went to a different place. Then they were mad at me and said that the guy never got authorization which he did and he sent an email to the guy at auto credit that said there was not any email saying that it was authorized. so basically he was saying that the mechanic fixing the car was lying I had the mechanic call auto credit and talk to them and the guy ended up did finding the email showing that it was authorized. The mechanic that fixed my car I called in and asked if he ended up talk to him he said yeah wow what a dick he was. so all I'm saying do not do business with these guys they put on a show and they're nothing but crooks.
