When I went to pick it up I was handed a bill for nearly 850! I pointed out he had quoted me just under 600, he reran the numbers and said he made a mistake and had not included the diagnostic. I pointed out that customers depend on estimates to make decisions. 600 is not even close to 850. He claimed he was being generous and took 100 off the extra 250 he tried to bill me. I told him that I have not done business with a different dealership that did the same thing to me 20 years ago. I was not disappointed with the car service, but terribly disappointed in a business that does not honor its word. I will not be back unless Findlay makes this right.

They had the vehicle for almost 3 weeks and hardly any response from them when we tried to find out what was going on. We didn't have the car long enough to even license it. We finally just said we were coming to get the car. We took the car for trade-in and the dealership pulled up a car fax that showed this car was a lemon and worth only 2100.00 at auction. We were given 2,500.00 for a trade-in for a vehicle that cost us 11,000.00 and 1,200.00 for a new battery. Our loss was 9,700.00. Stay away from this company. They are crooks.

Actually was able to get a Irwin to get a oil change, tire rotation and air filter. Super nice and friendly, they got me in and I decided to hang out and wait. Which was nice to get back on the road. Bottom line? If I'm ever out running around again and needing kind of dealership, this one will be on my list of places to stop.

Came inside and spoke with Kayla about it, as usual she was energetic and willing to talk to me about whatever. Left with 2 cars- Im sure they have more great sales-people but time and time again Kayla was the one there for me.
