    I would like to start by saying that I will never ever go back to any AutoZone store because of the terrible experience I had at this store located at 1795 e main st, El Cajon. I went in to buy an AC service bottle for my car and when I got home i realized that they gave me the wrong item which didn't fit to my car to add AC Freon so I went back to return it and get the right item that fits on my car. I spoke to The clerk "Aron Delgado" (manager) which helped me the first time. Shockingly and Unfortunately this manager was very unprofessional and told me that he can give me a different brand that will fit my car which was about $11 cheaper than the one I bought at first. I told him sure I can return the one I bought and get the one that's cheaper (that fits my car), however "Aron" did not want to make a refund for the first item I bought and just wanted to swap both items even though he is giving me the $10 cheaper one. So I told him that's fine but then I realized that he did not want to give me $10 difference between both brands. I was very shocked that he was trying to keep the $10 even though I didn't even open the first item I bought because it didn't fit on my car anyways. I told him that's not right and that I wanted to speak with his supervisor and he was so rude and said that no one is going to help me. I was so disappointed and humiliated of the way he spoke to me in front of all the customers that were there at the time. After that I refused to leave until he either exchange the item or return the $10 difference and I take the cheaper brand, he then tells me that he called the police on me, so I said great because I would like for them to come so I can explain to them that he is trying to keep $10 difference even though I'm returning or exchanging the product with another brand. I wasn't going to let him rob me with $10 so I called the corporate while I was there waiting for the police and I explained the situation. The corporate apologized and called "Aron" and told him to swap the item and give me the $10 difference. Then I was surprised again when I heard "Aron" telling the corporate that I was lying and was assaulting the customers there. At the end, the police never showed (Aron was lying about calling them as he lied to the corporate that I assaulted a customer) even though he was bothering the customers and had asked at least 3 people that came in for their full names and phone number as witnesses. Then I went outside to my car and decided to take the item and receipt and go to a different autozone store. I walk to my car and I see "Aron" following me to my car and took pictures of me and my car and license plate". The way he handled this situation and humiliated in front of the customers and the time he made waste was not acceptable for me or any other person. I ended up going to another autozone store and told them what happened, they were so kind and professional and apologized to me and returned the item within seconds. I then decided to go to "oreally". The time I spent writing this long review shows how much this situation had gotten to me and how disrespected and humiliated by this UNPROFESSIONAL SO CALLED MANAGER "ARON DELGADO". No one should go through something like this. I hope the corporate and as many people as possible can see my review and understand how terrible this manager dealt with this matter. I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO AUTOZONE!

    I usually really like this Carquest, but not today. I checked to make sure they were still open…read more(til 7pm according to their website and the sign on the door), got there at 6:50 and the door was locked. The counter employees were still there, and pretended they didn't see me until I knocked on the door. Then they shrugged their shoulders and refused to honor their business hours. I had planned on spending several hundred dollars on chemicals, so I went down the street to o'reilly's and spent it there instead. I won't be back, since they can't even stay open during operating hours I expect they won't be in business much longer anyway. Edit: the guy who looks like Jerry Garcia is the asshole who shrugged his shoulders rather than take $200 of my money. Management, if you're reading this: this is why your business isn't profitable.

At the counter, the two older gentlemen were very nice and helpful. But Mr. Jay had awesome customer service, welcomed me and my daughter in and spoke to us with respect. I thought my car starter wasn't working so he walked out to run a test. Turns out my battery was bad. Got all my car information and found they had my battery in stock. He installed the new and disposed of the old. We were in and out of there within 15mins. We will definitely be back now that we know we will be treated like family. Thank you for getting our car back to normal and safe working order for me and my kiddos!

I went in…read moretoday and needed cab and regular air filters for my truck and had intended to pick one up for my wife's car. Milan acknowledged I was next in line by saying very sternly "you paying with cash or card", I said card. He then gestured for me to walk up to the register to which I said I also needed the filters. He asked me some questions about the car, then he asked about whether it was manufactured before or after certain months in 2013. I said yeah man I have no clue when the truck was manufactured, he replied he couldn't help me without the info. Having grown tired of his attitude and really just being around such a miserable person I said don't worry about it I'll get it somewhere else. He rung me up for coolant, then said out of the side of his mouth, "I can help you find it, I just need info". I didn't reply but I'm thinking in my head "yeah you really look like you'd love to help me." Milan has no business being in leadership for any sort of customer service retailer. He gives off horrible energy and really seems to dislike dealing with people.
