I've had two taillights go out over the past 6 months or so. It's never too busy, so employees are quick to help. Everyone who works here is knowledgeable in car stuff, and can explain what I need to do and can assist me in doing so. I also had an incident where I was traveling through snowy conditions in the mountains so I needed chains. The people at autozone let me know my options and I ended up getting snow socks because they are easier to apply. I ended up not needing them so I was able to return them with no hassle. When I went in I also needed to get two engine filters while I was there for our cars. Everyone at the store was super nice and helpful. I especially want to thank Jake, he went above and beyond helping me check my battery, my alternator and then giving me a jump after everything (battery under warranty and will be replaced). I went to auto zone to find something to take wall paint off of my car because I hit my garage wall pulling out. I asked what they recommended and they insisted that nothing would get it off unless I went to a professional. This middle aged African American man and an old Asian man were at the register and I was mostly talking to the black guy. The Asian man stood there laughing and the black guy insisted that nothing would work. The only reason I'm giving 1 star is because the black guy let me borrow this compound to try after telling me they don't accept returns if I were to just try it and it doesn't work... I did a quick google search and found that Goo gone takes off latex paint and it removed all of it without damaging my car. Maybe they should be more helpful and less condescending. They seemed to know nothing about what I asked about, but if they read this hopefully they learned something and don't tell their customers that nothing can be done to fix a problem! :) I will not be going back there. read more

I recently ordered a caliper for my Dodge Challenger and there was no way I could drive to AutoZone to get this part . I called to see if I could just send an Uber up there to pick up this part and I asked the associate what details would need to be provided . The associate specified that all I need is a name , phone number, and part description in order to pick up . Moreover, I ended up just catching an Uber because I forgot to purchase some brake fluid . I get to the store and as soon as I got to the counter and requested my order , the associate ( tall black dude) asked me was I the on the phone earlier . I told him yes but I have all the details and confirmation on my email as I'm trying to present . Not once did I have an attitude nor was I being smart about the situation but he stated in a profound tone, " Dude I thought I told you on the phone to bring a master card and rules are rules " . I'm thinking to myself like number 1 we're not bros or friends lol just let me know there are rules and that's that you don't have to be rude about the situation . Secondly , you refunded my order without my consent all I said was alright and walked out I could've ubered back and got my card or whatever the case maybe .... Then when I ended up just using my Apple Pay and buying the caliper upon you abruptly canceling my order , I simply asked you what your refund policy was and you stated "idk man it's whatever your cards policy is "... like alright bruhI don't know what your issue is but that's highly unprofessional and that's a shame if you're the manager . read more

I used to come to autozone for small parts and accessories for my 1996 toyota rav4. I use to bring my old oil here for recycling. They'll help me from charging my car battery to placing a new one at no extra cost. I recently came here for my 2014 Chevy. My car battery died I had my roadside assistant jump start my car and came straight to autozone. They checked my battery. I bought a brand new one and they guy even insist on selling me the part to keep the battery from building calcium. Paid about $12 extra. Was worth it. He took about 5 mins to swap my battery. Start my car and let it charge while driving for like 30 mins and haven't had a battery problem since. read more

I came here after getting my car inspected by the dealership. I suspected there was something wrong with my battery because I saw corrosion and my car was making chugging noises, but the tests came back okay. However, I didn't trust the outcome. I had it retested at autozone with the help of Adrian. He explained that it was holding a 100% charge, which was odd for a 5 year old battery, but the test also said bad battery. This means that the charge test might not be accurate because of a bad cell. Adrian didn't pressure me to buy a new one, but I decided to not take my chances on my car dying on me. He helped me choose the battery, changed it for me and didn't get annoyed of me asking him a bunch of questions lol Thank you! I'll definitely be back! read more
