I took it into see about a warrantied replacement. And the cocky guy behind the counter got on the computer without wanting to see the vehicle or the tire, and said a new tire is $300. When I asked about the warranty he said you don't have a warranty, which was funny bc he just explained in detail their 3-5 year warranty for a set of tires to the customer ahead of me in line. When he gave me the price I chuckled and said that's the price for a brand new tire, isn't it under a manufacture warranty bc tires don't blowout after a year? He didn't want to discuss the warranty at all, he had a take it or leave it attitude and I said wtf, he told me I can't talk to him that way and ordered me to leave the store. At this point, I said well you just earned yourself a bad review on all platforms, and raised my phone to take his picture and he literally ran away from me and hid in the office. As I exited, I announced to the lobby that he had just lost a fleet account. Within an hour the same guy called me and tried to get me to come back and work out something. I told him that he had some nerve calling me after the way he treated me and that I didn't want those tires back on my truck if they were free bc I had lost faith in the tire brand after the blowout. I moved our fleet account over to Discount afterwards. Unfortunately, even though I've called Bell Tire and Auto my mechanic shop for years now, I'm done…read morewith them. While the owner, Dave, is still there, I don't think he really runs the place anymore and lets all these new people he hired run it. And it's so obvious that they're not doing a good job. It's like a different mechanic shop now, same name. They don't communicate amongst eachother and the new guy behind the counter has lousy bedside manner. When I brought it in recently, they broke the driver's seat and was hoping I wouldn't notice, I guess. I've also noticed lately that there's new scratch marks in certain areas inside my car and the bottom part of my leather steering wheel is frayed and peeling. How does that even happen on the bottom part? I've noticed other things too over the last few months or year or so since Dave let Irvy run the show. I also have to repeat myself over and over again. I told Irvy probably five times that the inside of my trunk is coming loose. And they keep forgetting about it and I got the deer in the headlights look from the guy behind the counter when I mentioned it again this morning! Anyway, I brought my car back in today so they could fix the seat they broke and another issue that they were waiting on parts for. Irvy told me to bring it in this morning and that someone would give me a ride home, no problem. I was supposed to be working in the office today and my manager let me work from home so I could get my vehicle taken care of since Bell Tire is no longer open on Saturdays. And I get there and am sitting there for over an hour while I'm supposed to be on the clock at work. And when I asked the guy at the front desk what's going on, all he could say was there was nobody there to give me a ride. So I just took the keys back and drove off. Maybe there's another mechanic shop that actually wants my business. Quick update (7/25/2026): I had just paid Bell Tire and Auto over $1,000 to fix an issue with not being able to fill up my gas tank. Well, I just went to get gas yesterday and the issue is back! Stay away from these people!
