    I had a very disappointing experience at AutoZone while trying to return a vehicle part that was…read moreunder warranty and either get a replacement or a refund. Earlier in the week, I came into the store and the staff members wearing red shirts were friendly and helpful. They advised me to come back on Friday morning when the supervisor would be available to assist me with the warranty claim. When I returned as instructed, the experience was completely different. Instead of receiving help, the manager/supervisor became rude, raised their voice, and yelled at me while I was simply trying to resolve the warranty issue. I followed the directions given by the store staff and expected professional customer service, not to be treated disrespectfully. The employees I spoke with earlier in the week were courteous and helpful, which makes the supervisor's behavior even more disappointing. No customer should be yelled at for asking about a warranty replacement or refund. I hope AutoZone addresses this issue and provides additional customer service training to its management team. Based on this experience, I am very dissatisfied with how I was treated.

    Waited a week for the guy after all the excuses because he sounded like an honest man. He tells me…read morethe tow truck will come tomorrow and then shows up out of no where 30minutes later. He then tried to bait and switch on the payment after offering $250. The tow truck driver "only has a check." Recycling companies are notorious for paying with check that bounce. All they need as the title signed and they got all the leverage. He said "just take picture of my truck" which I could not find the company on google maps. The guy acts like he is leaving then bust out $225 cash and said that's all he can I offer. I say no the offer is $250. He then pretends to leave again and then comes back with an offer of $225 plus $25 check but at this rate all trust is gone. Every one of these companies use the same shady tactics. Edit: updated with google review response. My phone records all calls and gives a transcript of the conversation as well. I told you how companies like peddle offer checks and they end up bouncing and you said that's fine cause we pay cash. Look at the sass and disrespect in his response. This looks like a dishonest man caught in a lie to me. This is the man y'all are doing business with. I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

Very friendly , very reliable, honest and trustworthy. Through whole process they were only speaking the truth which you can rarely find nowadays in general but especially I found that junk yard bussiness in very dirty in every way . Finally the older gentleman helping customers was free and looked over at me stone faced, saying, "come on up man don't just stand there holding a battery." He clearly looked annoyed about something. I had ordered parts online and told him so. He immediately cut me off with, "if you ordered over the phone, I have to look that up" okaaaay good listening, sir. A few key punches and deep sighs later I tell him I had ordered the parts three weeks ago and hadn't had a chance to come by. He looked at me and said "well...it may not even be IN HERE ANYMORE." I picked up the online order confirmations off the counter and said, "okay, I'll look somewhere else." That's when the attitude suddenly went away. He told me at first angrily to calm down. I hadn't snatched the paperwork or raised my voice. He then quickly found the parts, said something about additional discount he gave me, and I got a free five-gallon bucket. I literally did not speak the rest of the time yet there were s lot of smiles and "how's that, sound?" In gleeful tone. He did apologize "if I made you upset." Bottom line though, lazy, unhappy staff, miserable experience. I won't be back after two visits. I'm sorry you guys work here but I saw no one with a gun to your heads. If management or franchise owner would like to respond to the review, then they are quite welcome to shove it.
