There was a possible safety issue in that we had the emergency bypass activated with the gear shifter, my husband brought it up ahead of time and tried to explain it, but she became actively hostile at that point whereas she previously had just been brusque and unfriendly. We would've been happy to know they couldn't help, and then gone looking for other options, no harm, no foul. Sooooo I headed into AutoZone to see if they lived up to the ratings hype. I see where they score points. Service is prompt and knowledgeable. They double checked to make sure the application was correct so I left with what I asked for.
