Dude doesn't want to help me find the fuse cause how can he know which one it is. Then he does the check engine light and sees that the car has a knob on it which my wife who was at home put on and berates me about how it's illegal to have a knob on the wheel in Virginia. Like it's not even my car and certainly not your job to care about something so simple that they also SELL at autozone! Lmao. If you hate steering wheel knobs so much take them off your damn shelves. The other younger kid inside found me the fuse in like 10 seconds. It's not that hard to look at the fuse I have and find an identical fuse in your store without attitude.

Once the battery was in the car still wouldn't turn over. I called him back and he immediately said I needed an alternator, he said he could tell how it sounded that's what the problem was. I immediately called my mechanic and I didn't need an alternator. He's always honest. My issue is with sales people that just lie about anything just to get a sale. I won't be going to any auto zone again. I'll just wait for my diagnosis to come from my mechanic.

He was doing routine checks and saw me stressed out in an aisle trying to figure out the best way to self start a battery. He proceeded to change it himself, run an alternator check and give me advice on what may have caused it. I was good to go! I also witnessed the interactions with other patrons and he had excellent rapport with everyone who came in. I was there for less than a half hour and watched him and the other employees solve a dozen problems. I'm so grateful!

So today he picked up the wiper blade and asked if they would install it and the woman working there said that they NEVER install wiper blades! The only reason we go there is because they ALWAYS install our blades! I take it to the dealership and they tell me its the battery, they said its no good. I tell them there is no way because I just bought this battery from Advance auto parts a year ago. I take it back to Advance auto parts and they tell me the battery is good and they dont know why the dealership is saying that. If I drive my car everyday all is fine, but if I dont drive for a day the car dies. I finally take it to another place and they say again its the battery , the battery is bad. When I purchased it here they said it was 3 year warranty and after a year is wasnt working right and they didnt want to honor the warranty and replace it. I would not buy a car battery from this place
