I've lived here for two years before leaving MANAGEMENT: I experienced 3 different management the 2 years I lived here. High turnover rate usually isn't a good sign. BATHROOM VENTILATION: The bathroom fan doesn't work well. We had to buy a dehumidifier to prevent mold in the bathroom when showering. Ricardo, the new maintenance manager, verbally said he would come fix the bathroom vent but he never showed up. CONNECTED BATHROOM VENTS: The downstairs bathroom ventilation is connected to our bathroom unit upstairs. Yes, you can smell your neighbors taking a #2. Our previous downstairs unit moved out and the smells were most notable when they were reglazing the bathtub in the unit below ours. The fumes vented to our bathroom. Emergency maintenance said it was epoxy and that it was okay to breathe. Wrong, inhaling epoxy fumes is harmful, especially when it is still curing. It gave us headaches, chest pain, and nausea. You can smell the fumes even from 10 feet away from the building. Ricardo came and opened all of the windows downstairs and told us to open all of our windows to ventilate it. We left for a couple of hours but the smell was really strong when we came back, so we booked a hotel for the night just so we won't get poisoned. We asked management if they can credit us for having to vacate to a hotel or give us rent abatement but NOPE, nothing. TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION: Terrible communication. They don't respond to your emails. I emailed them about the water shut offs but they don't even take accountability for turning it off without sufficient notice (3/14/25). They bet on no one noticing. I emailed them about fixing the water sprinklers near our building because it was shooting upwards and hitting the side of our building, but no response (9/2/2025). They silently fixed it without any follow up. We emailed them to ask about the specific epoxy they used to reglaze the bathtub following the bathroom incident but they never emailed us back (9/19-9/30/25). They inconveniently shut off water the week I was moving stuff out and needed water to finish tidying up the unit. BAD INSULATION: The insulation is so bad. The windows are so thin, there is a lot of condensation during the colder months. Literal puddles on the window sill. Better wipe it daily and clean with vinegar otherwise your windows will be black and you will be breathing mold. BUGS: Lots of fungus gnats even though we pour vinegar down the drain and take trash out regularly. We luckily didn't have a cockroach issue in this building but I've noticed a lot of spiders, assassin bugs, leaf footed bugs, and occasional ants. Greenery looks nice here but it comes with bugs. SECURITY NONEXISTENT: Nonexistent security. My car got hit when I used to park it on the street. I asked if they had cameras facing the street because I parked it near the leasing office but they said no. (1/9/2025) Extra 25$ a month for a parking spot in the apartment complex. HOMELESS ENCAMPMENTS: There are homeless encampments by the field near the freeway, although they usually don't bother you. Once there was a big fire next to the apartments by the field from them (8/3/2025). You can feel the heat of the fire on the other side of the fence where the trail is. When we initially moved in, the gate to the trail was locked and only tenants had keys. The homeless people broke the lock for access so the gate never locks anymore. PRE MOVE OUT INSPECTION: They showed up late to the appointment time we booked for the pre move out inspection. I don't think anyone would have came if we didn't email them. We never even received the pre move out inspection report. SECURITY DEPOSIT: The security deposit came extremely late Jan 19, 2026. We moved out November 29, 2025. They mailed the invoice within 21 days of move out but not the security deposit (not even the check or email link). The email link came two months later, and it is not even from yardi (what they advertised what it will come from). They also mentioned charging everyone for carpet cleaning but they aren't allowed to do that. Look up AB 2801 FINAL NOTES: The interactions before we moved out left a sour taste in our mouth. Greystar is very shady. They have a bunch of lawsuits. I don't recommend living here. read more

Terrible management. I moved out more than 6 months ago and have not received my deposit back. They tried to claim damage, but I had pictures. It was clear they were referring to the wrong apartment. While they admitted the errors and promised a full deposit back ... they just keep saying they're trying to get "accounting" to cut the check ... that was months ago. Very disappointed, for the amount I paid in rent the property is far below standards in all sorts of ways. Going to have to sue to get my money back. read more

We have lived here since March 2015 & love it. The turn around time at Autumn Springs for maintenance, service, emergencies, etc is so much faster than our previous places of residency. What makes it even better, is the maintenance/office/admin staff are kind, responsive to requests, & on top of notifying their residents in a timely manor if needed. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! This was by far the worst apartments I've lived in... To start off their is a roach infestation although it's gotten better since the year and a half I've been here they're still there. My 120 pound package was stolen from my neighbor downstairs (which is conveniently one of the leasing agent) and she refused to show me her ring footage which is right in view where FEDEX left my package.... Day of move out the office is supposed to close at 6pm I had to call THEM and ask where do I live my keys even though I gave them over 30 day notice. They told me the office hours today is from 10-noon today and i need to hand them to them. If i didn't call i would've never known. If you like to live with extra tenants (roaches) and have you're $400 package stolen by the people who work here. then this is the perfect place for you!!!! read more

I would be extremely vigilant when you go to move out of this place. Without any notification of a remaining balance they forwarded the "debt" to collections. Despite me confirming with Autumn Springs that I did not owe any money at move out, their made up debt still went to collections, TWO YEARS later. This has been a total nightmare and unfortunately aside from forwarding me billing statements that confirms I never owed them money, they have not been much help. read more

Absolutely Terrible. Be careful this apartment complex has an infestation of cockroaches. Even pest control and management are aware of it, and MANAGEMENT WILL NOT TELL YOU. The onsite manager did nothing to hold tenants accountable for hoarding trash in units, but instead will recommended you move. Even when the pest control informed him that the surrounding (not just one unit, but several units) are the cause of the infestation. MANAGEMENT does not think it is a big deal living with cockroaches; in fact, he cares more about the people causing the infestation. YOU'RE NOT HELPING THEM!!!!!!!! In fact, you are dehumanizing people by allowing them to live like that. ITS NOT OKAY!!!! We had to have our unit treat, we sealed the baseboards, pack up our kitchen and most of our living room in totes for A WHOLE YEAR before it was finally safe to move without the risk of taking the bugs with us. I assure you this is not your typically, "it wasn't me" case. I get it apartments sometimes have cockroaches' but when management does not inform other tenants that there is an infestation in the building, they put all tenants at risk and THAT IS A PROBLEM. This complex is conveniently located near everything, fair price for the AREA, but is very small and has a huge COCKROACH issue. Just ask pest control. Save yourself the time and spend a little more money for a better place because this complex is not worth it. read more

I loveddd living here! I am not a huge fan of shared living however in order for me to finish out my nursing degree I had to live in an apartment for 2 years. I am so HAPPY I chose Autumn Springs. The property is clean, well maintained and QUICK to respond. Samantha Woehl was my favorite though. She wasn't here for too long and I think she might be at a different property now as she must have gotten promoted because she is AHMAZZZINGGG!!! I've been a tenant at Autumn Springs since 2015. Last year during the terrible wind storm, a tree crashed into our apartment. The management was very helpful. Luckily our insurance covered us staying in a hotel and related expenses. They relocated us, at no cost to us, to a different apartment temporarily. We were there for 7 months while our apartment and the one upstairs were repaired. We were finally able to move back into our original apartment yesterday and I am happy to say they are also paying for our move back. The manager, Guillermo, was truly a godsend and a tremendous help. I am grateful to be living in a community where there is caring management and employees. If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! This is going to be long but it is needed. The management staff was well aware of a massive bug infestation within the building I lived in and did not notify tenants. It was so bad that 2 other people within the building moved out because of it. About 3 months ago we started seeing bugs here and there we sprayed and set traps and then the bugs came out in full force. We notified the apartment complex on a Thursday to be told the pest control company only comes on Wednesdays. So we set an appointment for the following week and were told we would just need to leave the apartment while they were spraying we said fine. That weekend through the next week the bugs started coming out of everywhere. They were in our stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, pantry, in the bedrooms it was disgusting. When Wednesday finally came the pest control lady showed up and told me that we would have to be out of the apartment for 4 hours and that our kitchen and bathrooms needed to be packed up. She did do an inspection and told us that it would take months of multiple sprayings to hopefully get rid of the bugs. She also said that the apartment complex would need to replace the refrigerator, stove and dishwasher because that is where the bugs were coming from. The pest control lady set 3 traps in the kitchen to help out a bit (see photos below these were taken less than 24 hours after being put out) We rescheduled the first spraying for the next Wednesday and I reached out to the management staff. I informed them of the findings and requested that we be switched units because it was not a healthy living environment for my 5 year old daughter. They emailed back refusing to do so and they said I could break my lease but would be charged over $4,000 to do so. I was also told that the pest control lady reached out to them and said that spraying would not be enough and the apartment would need to be bombed but that it would need to be bombed multiple times over months and that I would need to have my apartment packed up in boxes during that time and I would not be able to use any appliance within the kitchen (yes you read that right). At this point we started doing research and contacted a lawyer. After doing so my husband spoke to the property manager and told him what our attorney had told us. Magically a few hours later the manager showed up at our door and told us that we could break our lease at no charge (go figure) he also explained that he was new and unaware of the existing issues with the building we lived in. We called out the apartment complex for keeping these issues hidden from the tenants and just hoping that people would not stand up for themselves and do their own research. Let's start by addressing the fact that I barely write reviews or complain and try to get things solved. I have been contacting people for months now and they keep stalling and doing nothing. Let's also mention my mom has ocd and an intense habit of cleaning so we clean our space everyday no lie. She even cleans behind furniture so hygiene is not our problem. We also mop with salt and pour vinegar in our drains and clean our shelves with salt as well to disinfect. We also spray multiple pest control things in corners and clean with multiple cleaning supplies, she has an obsession so it's not our cleanliness habits for sure. We also only eat on the table no food allowed anywhere else. Anyway, back to the problem, even if they do send someone in to help with anything they don't fix the problem. I was unable to attach photos but they are on google reviews and am writing this review fed up because they refuse to help us with multiple problems. What really pissed me off is when my mom went to the office to complain about them not coming in for the second week for pest control even though the appointments were made multiple times. My mom told him that we are going to leave a review and the guy told her "I don't care" in the most rude tone so here we are writing this review. To start off, we have been living with roaches, ants, spiders, and mice. I have photos attached of the ants and mice, roaches run away to fast and spiders scare me so I don't have photos of those. When I mention spiders I'm not talking about small regular ones or daddy long legs, I'm talking about huge fat spiders, scary ones. Pest control used to come in the lady is really sweet, but recently, as the problem has gotten worse and it seems that they no longer want to some in. We have always went in and simply told them the problem and they make the appointment and send us back but no one comes anymore. They asked us to clear out all the cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms, so we did, but it's been 3 weeks now and no one has come. She came in once and we asked her to come in one more time since the stuff is out already and during the past 3 weeks nothing has changed, I mean nothing has changed over the past year, but we have been waiting ever since and no one seems to care. I mean that's what the receptionist said, the person who claims to be the manager. We have just put our stuff back fed up and tired of waiting and shuffling thru the stuff constantly to find something. Our net door that leads to the patio/backyard is also ripped in the corner and we just ended up taping it since no one came in to help. In addition to that, the main door wood is all rotten and the screw of the lock comes in and out just by pulling and pushing it. We told them about that no one has come to help. Our bathroom light never turned on and they never came to fix that. The bathroom cabinet was hanging on one screw, the bottom one since we got the apartment and they never came to fix that. we temporarily fixed it on our own but it ended up coming off completely and tbh I don't know how to fix it properly so we asked them. Once it fell off completely, they came in to fix it, however the screws are legit poking out the other side, the side exposed to us. Thankfully we are all adults and know to be careful of it but if you have pets or kids, they can easily het poked (photos are below). Other than that our stoves also don't work right. Two of them never worked on the right side. the left two work however the one in the back doesn't heat up right. It only gets warm so the leaves us with one stove to work with. Our unit is problematic and we have tried to work with the two people in the office to work on this, however they don't seem to care. They are rude and send us away without proper help. I have been nothing but nice to them and did not expect them to tell my mom that they don't care in such a rude way. My mom has not been handling this situation and went in once and that is how they treated her. Honestly don't rent here and if you do, don't get unit 143! read more

I have lived in Autumn Springs since the summer of 2015. I have had nothing but great service from all the staff. I have not had many problems with the apartment. However, when something does go wrong, it is fixed the next day. Maintenance man Carlos is wonderful....he is usually the one who attends our apt when needed. I've read some of the other reviews on here and honestly don't know WHERE these people are living, but none of what they've complained about I have experienced. The pool is located behind the office (probably for a reason). I just have to say for those who complain about it being near the playground and kids running around. Guess what? That is what kids do...perhaps you would be better off in a "seniors only" facility. We have two assigned parking spaces, so we never have any problems with parking. I would highly recommend this apartment complex. read more

I've lived here a year and am quite excited to move. The apartments are fine despite the price. My biggest complaint is the fact that many tenants are not aware that their kids are extremely noisy in the community areas at all hours of the night. Luckily, the security team responds fairly quickly but obviously it's not much of a deterrent as the noise complains keep piling up. My apartment is also very hot during the summer and the ventilation is not great. Lots of bugs by the doors and in the light fixtures too. Management is kind and responsive, but the quality of the apartments just isn't all that great. read more

Ladies in the office are always friendly and available to answer questions and help. Very fast and reliable workers to help when putting in work orders. We had the absolute worst experience living here. First off this place is a dump and way too expensive for what you get(which is nothing great) secondly, the management and staff here (besides from the repair guys, they are very nice) are horrible. You have to make sure you get everything in writing because Ana Maria Herrera (the manager) and Gina (don't know her last name) lie through their teeth. They told us multiple times that we were applying to a 1st floor unit, that was something important to us and we weren't going to apply anywhere if they didn't have a floor unit available. On move in day, after we already paid all of the fees they take us to a 2nd floor unit! Of course we were extremely shocked and upset and they just denied ever telling us that it was a 1st floor unit. If your the leasing manager at an apartment complex how do you not know which units are 1st and 2nd floors?! We were also told over the phone that because of COVID we would be receiving a partial refund along with our security deposit after we move out and come move out time and they "don't remember" ever telling us that. Complete BS. Ana Maria also refused to give us her upper management contact info so we could take it up with them and when she finally gave me someone named Sherry Ramirez's email, I emailed them and they never responded. How unprofessional is that? They refused to offer any assistance or COVID relief other than giving us a discounted rent for 2 months. We've been out of work since March and they really think 25% off our rent is going to help at all?! We wanted to end our lease 1 month early because we can't afford the last month and the first girl I spoke to over the phone regarding this said "yeah I'm sure we can do that for you, no problem" but when it was brought to Ana Maria's attention, she refused to help us and told us we would end up being billed for the last month and for the 2 months that we were 'discounted', what kind of bull shit Is that? It feels extremely personal because I asked them if they are helping people out who've been financially impacted by COVID and they said they were but what are they even doing?! Because they refused to help us out, doesn't seem right at all. They obviously don't care about their residents at all and all they want is their money. No compassion or willingness to help at all. I tried to come up with a comprise but they just refused to do it. Just don't waste your time, money or sanity here, NOT WORHT IT!!! The apartment complex is also not very clean, the laundry room literally smells like a cat shit all over it and it's rarely ever cleaned which is disgusting. I've seen rats and mice running around, we kill probably at least 3 spiders inside our home daily. It's just gross, don't move here. read more

Worst place ever to live at! just moved, after living at AS for 16 months. Worst time of my life. The apartment is small and super dated. The exterior grounds are not maintained what so ever, the pool and hot tub are disgusting. After completing my 16 month sentence at AS they had the nerve to keep my entire deposit and only send me a check for $2.50. Keep in mind the deposit was 800 for a 2 bedroom 2 bath. So, I was desperate to move into a place and quick, due to a precipitous separation and divorce. I saw the small handful of bad reviews on Yelp and elsewhere, but did I say I was desperate? Well, that's exactly what Autumn Springs (and their faceless corporate masters, Braddock and Logan), prey upon. The apartments are poorly and cheaply maintained and dingy. My apartment had air conditioning, which to them meant a single air conditioning box shoved into the side of the living room area. I found out later that it basically only cooled a section of the living room, and the bedrooms all remained hot and uncomfortable during heat waves and required use of fans. When it was cold, the heating units were inefficient, and nearly burned my five-year old at one point. The "community facilities" (aside from the main area where the apartment managers have their offices) are rather sad, the pool is unheated and the jacuzzi was basically broken (with half the jets nonfunctional) the whole time I was there. The apartments are ridiculously overpriced for what they give you, and the apartment complex has zero loyalty to their tenants. When your lease turns over, they will mercilessly soak you for as much as they can (300-400 dollar increases) at a time. My girlfriend lives a few blocks away in a larger apartment which has it's own washer and drier, and paid 200 dollars LESS per month than I did, and that's even before my lease turned over!!! The laundry facilities are sad. The washers and driers are tiny and frequently are out of order, and the doors are nearly impossible to open if locked (but the windows are insecure anyways). People have had their laundry stolen while I was there. Want to warn you about the laundry card scam they run - so, instead of offering a coin-operated laundromat, they offer plastic laundry cards with refillable balances. Sounds convenient, right? Well, they're not. First of all, if you want to reload the key cards, you have to wait until the apartment manager's office is open, find an apartment manager who's free, and they have to reload it for you. Ironically, that means you have to load the card with 50-60 bucks worth at a time, minimum, to make it worth your while, as it's such a pain to refill the stupid things. But here's the catch - if you LOSE the card, they don't just issue you a new one. It costs FIFTY DOLLARS to replace the card. Yes, you heard that right - to replace a stupid f*****g plastic laundry card those criminals will soak you for 50$ !!!!! I, of course, lost mine in my last three months there at the facility. I refused to replace it and instead just used a local laundromat. In the end they charged me to replace the plastic card anyways, out of my deposit. Regarding the deposit - be warned. They will shake every last penny out of you. I did a walk-through with one of their apartment folks at the end of my time there (I was giddy that I was getting out of there, BTW) I watched him write up his report, and he said "oh, things look fine, we'll only charge you for cleaning the apartment and the oven." I asked him for a copy of his report and he said "oh, we'll just mail it to you" and refused. I should mention - when they scheduled the walk-through, the lady who set the appointment for for me scheduled it for 9am. They showed up at 10am. Big mistake on my part for not insisting on a copy of the report right then and there, and recording the walk-through, but I was already an hour late for work - it's almost like those bastards planned it that way. A few weeks later I got the deposit back, they soaked me for replacing "drip pans" and repainting the facility and all sorts of crap the inspector never identified. Unsurprisingly, I found out later that they probably acted criminally here - from how they scheduled my appointment, to how they refused to provide me with a written copy of their inspection, etc. I thought about contesting it - but instead, I decided to turn my back on these assholes for good. It's funny, as an aside, if you ever make the mistake of touring Autumn Springs to see their apartments, you should make sure you look the apartment manager staff in the eyes when they talk to you. I couldn't quite place the look when I first toured with them. Sort of sad, kind of vacant. Their smiles are there, but they're forced. Now I know why they looked that way - the staff (no doubt pretty underpaid) have basically mortgaged their souls to do the work they do. They work for a corporate holding company basically scamming the poor and desperate out of their hard-earned money under the guise of offering them housing. I feel sorry for them in a way, although I feel angry at them more. In short - stay away from Autumn Springs. Far, far, away. read more

I spoke with someone name Samantha everything was good I met all requirements. Following week i get a call saying I never did an application. I asked for Samantha the person who was helping me, she said she was out of the office. I asked who am I speaking with she said her name was Samantha, weird right. So i go to the leasing office and the lady who i was speaking with over the phone we are now in person and everything has changed, now im denied. And i asked why she had no reason said it was flat out denied. They discriminate against people with section 8. Said you have to make 3x the rent which doesnt make any sense because You wouldn't even be able to qualify for section 8 making that much. She clearly stated.. YEA THEY DO THAT ON PURPOSE . Now im really confused cause who is they. Please stay away. They are not good people. Especially this fake Samantha. As im leaving a man greets the lady as Lupe. First and foremost, a massive thank you to the amazing and attentive Autumn Springs leasing office Randy, Ana Maria, Estella, the maintenance guys (sorry, I never caught their names, and I hope I spelled everyone's names ok lol). What an incredible team to work with. Some days that I'd grab coffee at the office (they've got a Keurig) I would hang out and we'd chat sometime, so personable, and so real. Definitely going to miss this group! They helped us secure the apartment while we were on the East Coast, planning to move over to CA. Excellent communication and easy to get a hold of. They had an affordable 3-month lease available on a 2 bed 1 bath (incredibly rare and SO appreciated given my time visiting the area) that worked perfectly because we were in the area for a short period of time. Their prices were great compared to other units that we were looking at in the area, which were almost double the price (just for the added title "luxury condo"). The apartment itself was slightly old, but it was maintained well. It was definitely an old-school style (laminate countertops/cabinets, no microwave, older kitchen appliances, and the air conditioning unit is one of those window-box-styles in the living room). But we were in a great spot! Right across from the pool, the fitness center, the outdoor mail-hut, and the laundry room. And on a bigger scale, we didn't bring our cars to California, so walkability was important to us. You're right near the Park and Ride wheels bus stop on paseo laguna second (about a 10-12 minute walk - if you're a Laboratory employee, you can ride the wheels bus all the way to the East gate in about 15 minutes, & it's about a 30 minute ride to the BART), within a 15-minute walk from The Portola Shopping center (Lucky's grocery store, Panda Express, Starbucks, and a couple other restaurants), and about a 20-minute walk to downtown Livermore. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT, run down units. Save yourself the trouble and go up the road to Diablo Vista in Springtown. They have new appliances, in unit washer and dryer, and management that actually knows how to run the place. read more

I have been living at Autumn Springs apts for 4 months now. Since the beginning when I took tour Gina was very helpful from start to finish. Gina was able to explain everything in detail as this was my first apartment I have had to rent in 28 years. My unit was perfect and have not had any problems . Hope it stays that way , although am confident should anything arise it will be handled quickly. read more

BEWARE! We lived here for almost 3 years and I have nothing positive to say about this place. Why 3 years you might ask? Well in 2012 when we moved in we did not have any children and as divey as this place was $1300 a month was not bad-you get what you pay for. Cut to August of 2015 if we would have signed a new lease our rent would have gone up to $2000!! $700 increase in 3 years in highway robbery. Not to mention all of the other ridiculous things you have to put up with: 1. They never fix anyyyything. Mold- they said open your windows to ventilate. Really?! In winter? Laundry- the 3 years were there there was always a washer and dryer broken and like other ppl said some *bleep* would always be using all of the remaining ones.AND the doors are sticky it takes like 5 minutes to get the door open. Towards the end it was so bad I couldn't even get it open I had to go back home. I told them about it, did they fix it? Of corse not! 2. Neighbors- most of them were friendly but we had the neighbors from hell under us for 2 years. Cigarette butts all over the common walk way, constantly parked in our spot, their kids and creepy friends would sit on the stairs that led to our apartment and not move, and the worse part was the noise at all hours of the night all days of the week-their kids screaming, hanging outside on their balcony, loud music, and their subwoofer so loud it rumbled our apartment. I'm not kidding sometimes until 4am on a Tuesday. I complained about them more times than I could count. Usually they would say did you call security, did you call the cops? So I tried that numerous time, told them about it and-revert to #1-they didn't do anyyyything. When these people moved out a bunch of frat boys moved in and the noise was a problem once again, but by then our lease was almost up and I knew management wouldn't do anything about it anyway. 3. These are the biggest money grubbers I have ever seen. Everything everyone is saying on here is true about the water, garbage, and laundry being expensive and inconvenient. Also I thought it was super hilarious how they put so much $ into making their office look nice when the apartments are a dump ( don't let the website photos fool you). Old everything-cabinets, washer and fridge that were falling apart, and dingy carpets, closets, and balcony. As I said before the constant raising of rent but no improvements to the outdated apartments. OH and a few months before we moved they got rid of the dumpster right next to our apartment so we had to walk hella far to throw trash away and since now a ton of ppl were using it it was always overflowing..all to make a profit by raising everyone's rent and saving themselves $. And the worst part, when I really saw their true colors was when it came down to deposit. I knew we most likely wouldn't get our entire if any of our deposit back because when I had my baby the dog started going to the bathroom on the carpet and as hard as we tried to clean it up there were stains. However, the carpet was not new when we moved in. When we get our 'bill' they were not only taking our full deposit but charging us $1800!!! The break down was the most insane thing I had ever seen- charging to refinish the bathtub, drip pans for stove- which we peeked inside and saw they had replaced stove altogether!, charged us for blinds, and $100's worth of paint?! When I brought this up they pointed out in our contract that we had to live there 3 years to get out of paying for paint- we were 2 mos short and they wouldn't budge! I argued that why should we pay for all these improvements on your apartment? They are the ones making a killing on rent each month. I pleaded that I've been on maternity leave for 4 mos , we had to come up with deposit for our new place and this was a burden we couldn't take. They wouldn't budge. Finally I leveled with them and said I'll give you $500 but that's all I can afford. You can either take that or nothing. They wouldn't budge. 0 costumer service, 0 integrity, 0 loyalty to great tenants they had for 3 years ( oh my bad 2 years and 10 mos ). Bottom line you can do so much better than these scam artists. You can spend a little bit more and get way nicer apartments, or spend a lot less and get the same crappy quality but at least you won't be paying as much. Someone on here said they are the cheapest apartments, they're not, keep looking. read more

Moved in June 2011, moved out July 2011 because of cockroach problem. Orkin came to my appartment every week and then every other day. The guy admitted this problem is hard to treat because it runs in the neighborhood. Management is not very responsive and does not take full responsibility. Reasonable rent 2. Decent place & plenty of parking space Bad: 1. Cockroach infestation...for every one you see, there can be many & many more hidding and multiplying behind the walls 2. Skunks roam around neighborhood at night & spray foul odor 3. Very noisy from freeway and kids running around 4. Dirty/old cabinet and dish washer (good hidding place for cockroach) 5. Run down washer and dryer...so filthy you don't want to put your clothes in there 6. Hidden costs: garbage, water & renter insurance ($60-70/month) 7. Place does not feel safe with many bums wander If you don't mind these troubles to save some bucks, rent this place; otherwise, avoid at all cost. read more
