First off, the apartment is the nicest I've ever rented. Modern amenities, brand new appliances, clean from ceiling to floors upon move in. I don't hear my neighbors at all and I'm living on the third floor so I have people above and below me. Every neighbor I've met so far has been so sweet and welcoming. Lots of young people here which I love because I'm old, but young at heart so I don't want to look at people like myself! Situated smack in the middle of Main Street so you have restaurants, bars, grocery stores and movie theatre's literally right out your front door! The bldg is tight as far as security. You need a fob or phone app to get into this place or you're out of luck. Everyone picks up after their doggies. The staff from porters to management (shout out to Thy for being amazing) are all wonderful. Always a smile and a hello from the staff when you pass them. Such a great change from living In the last apartment community I just left. Good riddance. I'm happier than ever living here and can't wait to enjoy the roof top pool as soon as I'm done unpacking!

The residents pay luxury prices to live here but are treated like a problem vs a resident. Pool/ hot tub should be open till midnight, not 10pm. Security personnel should be friendly, instead they are aggressive and treat you like it's an emergency evacuation. They've ruined the fun perks of living here.

After living in a 2-bedroom here for a few years-I knew that this complex was where i wanted to stay simply because I felt safe and I knew a majority of the "longer term" residents as well as all of property management and maintenance. It really felt like "home" to me. I ended up renting a 1 bedroom on my own next to the leasing office after my husband and I separated for a year. My father had just died and i was in Livermore by myself during the fires that would cause Northern California to be out of power for days (me included). Jennifer, Kristi and Joaquin took care of me like their own and I did what i could to support them in turn. I visited the Property Management Office almost daily and/if not then weekly (pre-Covid) just to pop by and say "hi" but, really it was to keep me sane and to avoid being lonely. Short Story: Thank You to the Property Manager Jennifer, Assistant Manager Kristi and Joaquin in Maintenance for making this apartment feel like "home" for me. Your caring and quick response to any issues and/or concerns I had with the unit or property were more than appreciated. They have central air and are literally right off of the 580 freeway and Portola Avenue. There are 3 several buildings in this complex with Portola Meadows road dividing them. They are conveniently next to a supermarket/shopping area with several restaurants all a stones-throw away. Tip: If you're a responsible and respectful tenant then these are the apartments to check out. They are dog and cat friendly and all the residents on my side of the building were very quiet. Note: You will hear Portola Avenue Traffic if you choose a street side unit (which we did initially) but, I didn't mind it. When I lived by myself- I chose an apartment behind the leasing office and felt super-safe.

It's a safe neighborhood, I'd walk around and had no issues. Kristi & Brian were so kind per usual :) the views of the stars & sunsets were such a perk! Some issues were the rent prices (who is a fan of rent?), the wear & tear of the apartment itself and ventilation of the upstairs bathroom. With all of that said, I would recommend & if I were to move to Livermore again, I would highly consider!

As soon as we spoke with him, we canceled all of our scheduled tours at other apartment communities because we knew we had found the right place. Kyle was absolutely phenomenal. From our experience at our previous community to helping us through this move, he made the entire process seamless. He communicated every step of the way, was always responsive, and genuinely made sure we were taken care of. It felt like working with someone who truly cared about making our transition as smooth as possible. We also want to recognize Viridiana, who was equally wonderful throughout the process. Together, they made leasing our new apartment an incredibly pleasant and stress-free experience. Exceptional customer service like theirs is rare, and we're so grateful for everything they did to make us feel welcome in our new home.

From the beginning, Daisy gave us a tour of multiple units and we actually retoured again with Darren the very next day because we were interested but wanted to know more specific details before making a decision. We ended up loving this place so much that we applied and moved in within 3 weeks! I want to give a shoutout to Darren for going above and beyond for us. We mentioned wanting a washer without an agitator when we were touring and we were interested in a specific unit that had a washer with an agitator. Darren surprised us on our move in date and had the washer replaced for us! They also left us a thoughtful welcome gift when we got our keys. The small little details is what makes me believe that we made a great decision choosing this place to stay. Everyone here was very nice, friendly, and professional. Our experience with the maintenance was very positive as well. I was not home when Freddy came to fix a couple of things, but my partner mentioned he was very quick and efficient. We submitted a work order the night before and he came the next day! Overall, all of our interactions with the staff here are very positive! I can see us living here for a while (: Thank you Daisy, Darren, Ashley, and Freddy for giving us an awesome first impression of our new home! Great location with a walking distance to downtown right next to a lot of shops, grocery stores, etc. I definitely recommend Mill Springs!

************************UPDATE*******************************…read more Stay Far Away from Maralisa Meadows - Rodents, Roaches, and Corrupt Management! Living at Maralisa Meadows was beyond disgusting. Rodents were running across my kitchen counter, and despite months of complaints, management failed to find or fix the source of the infestation. I was the one who discovered a large hole in my kitchen, which they had overlooked the entire time. Even after multiple reports to management, they never properly addressed the issue. The Public Health Department (Vector Control) and the Livermore Housing Authority had to step in, placing the property on abatement due to the severe rodent problem. By the time I left three months later, the property was STILL under abatement, meaning they never fixed the infestation. When they inspected the roof, they even found rat droppings! To make matters worse, they stole over $8,000 from my deposit, which included the interest I had accrued. The property manager is inept, a habitual liar, and completely untrustworthy. FPI Management as a whole is unscrupulous and disgusting, showing zero accountability for their negligence. By the time I left in January, roaches had joined the rodents. My next-door neighbor killed five mice in his kitchen in a single day. On top of all that, many tenants don't even pay rent and feel entitled to enter your unit without knocking. So, if you enjoy living in filth, dealing with dishonest management, and sharing your space with rodents and roaches, then Maralisa Meadows is the place for you! Otherwise, run far, far away.

Recently, we had a leak coming from one of the bathtub pipes and when we reported it, it was addressed immediately and prioritized! I've never seen a group of people come together so fast in getting a leak repaired! Everyone worked in sync. It was absolutely Amazing! The staff and contractors worked hard to ensure the leak didn't cause extensive damage. Sabrina and Kayla kept us well informed of every entry that the contractors and maintenance needed to make. They were prompt, professional, thorough, and very respectful of our home. The staff and contractors even accommodated our work schedules to make sure we were home each time they needed to enter our unit. I'd like to give a shout out to, Nikko (maintenance) who quickly identified the problem, Sapna (property manager) who gave all the directives in getting the ball rolling, and Nikko, Kayla, and Sabrina for coordinating with maintenance and the contractors on scheduling the repairs. I'd also like to give a shout out to Caesar (maintenance) who prepped everything for the contractors. Everyone was absolutely Amazing, including the contractors! The contractors did such a phenomenal job! They did so good that it doesn't even look like anything happened! We want to express our deepest thanks and appreciation to everyone! The Ironwood staff are quite Awesome! Keep up the great work! With gratitude, HD & AJ

I am writing this to warn anyone considering moving to Ironwood Apartments. The management here,…read morespecifically Sapna Goel and Kayal Elizondo, are completely negligent and have zero regard for their residents. Recently, management authorized a tow of my vehicle from my assigned parking spot simply because of an expired tag. Here is why this is unacceptable: Prior Communication: We emailed management multiple times--both before we moved in and again six months later--explicitly informing them that this vehicle was non-operational (Non-Op). They had this information on file. Zero Warning: Despite having our contact information and our previous emails, they failed to send any courtesy notice or communication before authorizing the tow. Financial Impact: Because of their "hand-off" approach, the towing company charged $480 just to get the car back. With daily fees climbing, the cost would have reached $780. Forced Loss of Property: Because of these predatory costs and management's refusal to take responsibility for their lack of communication, we were forced to surrender our vehicle to the tow yard. It is heartbreaking to lose a car because management can't be bothered to check their emails or pick up the phone before calling a tow truck on their own paying residents. If you value your property and want management that actually communicates, look elsewhere. They will not support you; they will only cost you money.
