Their snow cones are amazing! Add some cream and you won't be disappointed! Will definitely use them again!

Located on 6th Street, Jim Jim's is surprisingly accessible with parking spots available out front and just around the corner. It's not a sitdown place so keep that in mind for your stop, but the line does move fast and they are very efficient. There's a good variety of flavors and things they serve from italian ice to ice cream and shakes. We opted for a strawberry italian ice with condensed milk on top. From the first bite we were in heaven. The flavor is very thorough which is not always the case for Italian ices where it can sometimes be a bit muted. Every single bite of this was packed with flavor. They also carve out a bit of the middle to put the condensed milk which makes every bite much more equal than if it was just placed at the top. This was by far one of, if not the best, Italian ices we've ever had. We would very much recommend it to anyone in the Downtown area looking to cool off.

By far, passion fruit was my favorite out of the 3, the other 2 were refreshing, but not personal favorites. If your particular about flavorings the definitely have some artificial taste to them so choose wisely. It's a cute hole in the wall shop for a grab and go water ice. So many flavors to choose from, hope they open back up soon so I can try some more!

I was PLEASANTLY surprised by the texture! It was smooth and melted in your mouth- not just the way ice does but in such a soft and interesting way. It was not a crunchy snow cone but like eating real snow. We absolutely loved that! I did like the idea of the snow coming in a carton rather than a cup but it did make eating a bit messy. I'd do it again though! Aside from the delicious texture of the sno, I really loved the thermal spoons! Color changing spoons are a cool addition to a treat- I hope they never get rid of them! The woman working was very kind and quick with service. There were quite a lot of bees circling in and around the sno cart but given the sugary syrup it's understandable. I do think there may be a hive very close nearby. Sno Ride has been our favors snow cones experience so far and I can't wait to go back! The flavors we chose were delicious and they weren't even our first choice so we will definitely be back to try some more! I might even add some glitter and sour spray too.

I think it's now called Snobox actually since they served their shave ice in a take out food box. The flavor selection was just OK. Being from Hawaii I always want to see stuff like guava and passion fruit, which they don't have...but the mango and coconut was refreshing. The tiger blood was good too. The key to good shave ice though is no ice chunk and this place shaves it very smooth! $5.99 for the regular was a little high (considering the size) but I didn't mind paying that in the middle of a park. Since it was pretty ordinary, I just gave it 4 stars. But the kid behind the counter was really nice and when the shave ice of the person in front of me, fell over, he made them a new one free....
