Had to have my entire frame replaced so came back to Landis to have it done about 1.5 years ago…read more Granted, yes, its been 1.5 years, however, when I tried to take it out this past weekend, the handlebars were super wobbly and the neck was loose. Took it into another bike shop and they tightened the screws. I called Landis and they told me they usually check every job a few times, which for sure makes sense. Woman on the phone said that my screws came loose. I am not entirely convinced that my screws came loose as they are screws that are laid in and require a special too to tighten them. The lesson here is to make sure you check your bike before leaving the shop. Yes, it could have been that the screws came loose on the neck, but not likely as the guy at the other shop basically had to tighten them a lot. They just were barely screwed in. It was actually kind of dangerous as I was riding up and down hills and it was a bit terrifying.

If they had contacted me by text or email giving an update, I would not have called but they literally had the bike for 13 days when it should have been ready in 6. The worse customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I would not take your bike here. I am not one of your buddies that you can talk to with disrespect. I am a customer and you are a business. I will NEVER do business with this place ever again. P.S. when my husband picked up the bike he heard someone in the back say "yes get this bike out of here" not even sure if they did the work they said they were doing. They actually have sale prices which is rare in this day when all other shops just sell everything at full price. The staff was super nice and walked me through all the different bikes and features. They set up the new bike and thoroughly went through everything on it with me watching which was awesome to see. The other shops just rang them up and pushed us out. They had the best prices for quality bikes. I highly recommend and will be a continuous/future customer. Thank you for being a great company and putting the customer first! When I checked in the guy at the…read morecounter did a search on the computer and said the tire I need starts at $45 and they'll call to confirm before ordering. I said anything up to $60 is approved without a confirmation. A set of two well-reviewed tubeless tires is $50 online, see image. I was charged $60 for a single solid tire, which is far worse, as explained by YOUR check-in rep. You took advantage of my pre-approval to order the most expensive tire approved. I ordered a tubeless tire FROM THE OEM for $35 including delivery, see image. So now I need to spend $50 for Archer to install a crappy $60 tire plus $35 for the correct tire and another $50 to have someone other than Archer replace the brand-fing-new tire that I didn't want. Minus a star for a misleading statement.
