I asked if the flat could be covered under the tune up from last week and he gave me immediate attitude saying that tune ups and flats are two different things. I kept trying to ask questions to understand and he kept cutting me off and giving me attitude. He was very nice the other day when I came in so maybe he was just having a rough day but he was incredibly disrespectful.

They have a nice selection of electric, road, mountain, hybrid, gravel, and even kids bikes. They also have in house maintenance and repair services. When you buy a new bike from Global Bike, you have the option of purchasing a service for life contract for around $90. One thing I love about this place is that they hold free clinics that teach you how to maintain your bike. They also offer daily and weekly rentals. The service has always been great here!

Had to have my entire frame replaced so came back to Landis to have it done about 1.5 years ago…read more Granted, yes, its been 1.5 years, however, when I tried to take it out this past weekend, the handlebars were super wobbly and the neck was loose. Took it into another bike shop and they tightened the screws. I called Landis and they told me they usually check every job a few times, which for sure makes sense. Woman on the phone said that my screws came loose. I am not entirely convinced that my screws came loose as they are screws that are laid in and require a special too to tighten them. The lesson here is to make sure you check your bike before leaving the shop. Yes, it could have been that the screws came loose on the neck, but not likely as the guy at the other shop basically had to tighten them a lot. They just were barely screwed in. It was actually kind of dangerous as I was riding up and down hills and it was a bit terrifying.

James and Keith worked with us to dial in the bikes. My bike had a slight tick and squeal once we rode them at home. Keith was great at adjusting it today and test rode it twice to make sure everything is working properly. Everyone is friendly and helpful and they have a nice selection of bikes and accessories! They are worth the drive.

The employees at this location are extremely rude. Was told when I dropped off on 11/1 that the…read morebike would be done by 11/7. Ended up calling them on 11/9 to check on status and the person answered yelled he was backed up and to check on Tuesday. Called on 11/12, said again was still backed up and he was next in queue and would be done next day. Since I do not live close by, I called an hour before they closed to see if ready, the person who answered yelled we're backed up and all these phone calls from every customer is not helping, told me the bike was next in queue. Yesterday I called again an hour before they closed and got yelled at again, said he didn't want to throw shade but they are busy and he hung up on me. If they had contacted me by text or email giving an update, I would not have called but they literally had the bike for 13 days when it should have been ready in 6. The worse customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I would not take your bike here. I am not one of your buddies that you can talk to with disrespect. I am a customer and you are a business. I will NEVER do business with this place ever again. P.S. when my husband picked up the bike he heard someone in the back say "yes get this bike out of here" not even sure if they did the work they said they were doing. They didn't go over anything with him when they picked it up. However was nice and polite to everyone else. They actually have sale prices which is rare in this day when all other shops just sell everything at full price. The staff was super nice and walked me through all the different bikes and features. They set up the new bike and thoroughly went through everything on it with me watching which was awesome to see. The other shops just rang them up and pushed us out. They had the best prices for quality bikes. I highly recommend and will be a continuous/future customer. Thank you for being a great company and putting the customer first! From a past in retail, it was definitely noticed and appreciated!!!
