They provided multiple excuses: 'not enough manpower', 'not enough experienced employees for a pool of my complexity' and of course my favorite... 'our bids are only good for 30 days' (this seems a little shady after waiting 4+ months for them to complete the excavation). Regardless, I realize the market is busy and payroll / materials are increasing at an alarming pace. I indicated more than once that I was ok with them adjusting their bid accordingly, but they continued to blow me off with their excuses. Owner/Builders beware of Kent and DSE.

She was happy to address our concern the the Hayword controler and scheduled the business owner (Joe) to come on site to look in to the issue at no charge, Joe was prompt in arriving, took his time to resolve the issue, and while at it he provided us with what you might call a (Pool 101 school). Hence, we're revising our previous review to 5 stars to reflect the excellent and prompt service we received from this local business (AZ POOL 360) this morning, we do highly recommend them. As for HAYWORD POOLS, the manufacturer of the equipment, we still stand by our previous rating and comments in regards to their atrocious customer service, we're still waiting a response from them for over a week now.

This is a great park with heated pool and hot tub & many other amenities. Great management and great crew…read more Had a pool pump stop working, and my normal pool guy immediately blamed a failed motor in the pump, despite it only being 2 years old and gave me a large quote to replace. I called Pelican for a second opinion and rather than just push new hardware, they did their due diligence to pinpoint the problem.They figured out that not enough power was being supplied to the pool panel and it ended being a bad breaker that was supplying too little voltage for the pump to operate. One new breaker later and I am back up and running. Thanks Pelican for being good people and not just pushing products.

But each time we got the quote or had service this company was efficient, on time, and had good communication. Once he balanced the pool he explained what he added and answered any questions. Grateful they could fit us into the schedule since we were on a tight timeline after new plaster was put in.
