The service here was very friendly and there were lots of options. The food came out very quickly and was hot. However, the breakfast burrito just wasn't great. I opted for the breakfast burrito, with double egg instead of the meat option. Sadly, it lacked flavor a lot and the eggs and potatoes tasted off. Came at noon and (small, it's small) place was pretty packed. Line moved quick. Cashier not friendly, just looking at us, waiting for order. No hello or greeting or even "what can I get you?" So there's that. She told us they had run out of avocado but, in a midsummer miracle, our #16 came with avocado. Sandwiches (also got the #5 daily special) came out fairly quickly overall. It's a really good soft bread roll...that's the winner here. Sandwiches were tasty and made as we asked (even avocado!). They're not huge / long but filling. Maybe slightly pricey for what you get. The biggest letdown was the DIY fountain drink Coke mixer thing which was out of 2/3 of the drinks, including all sugar free or diet drinks. So it's rather no-frills overall and they might or might not have what you're looking for. Rolls are pretty great, though. read more

First and last time i try this horrible place. Walked in, cashier just glances at me with the nastiest "what do you want" glance, not even greeting or a hello. while ordering refused to even look at me like it i wasn't even there. I mean it was like if she was being forced to work there and for some reason all the girls making the subs behind the counter have the same exact attitude. I had to change my order since i wasn't familiar with the menu and i had seen something that caught my eye better the lady making the subs gave me a side eye and sighed like it i had ruined her precious day (because apparently they are closely listening to what you order to get it out of the way faster instead of waiting for the order to be finalized so if you change something it messes up their day) i mean the entire vibe from all of them is so disrespectful and it makes sense why not a single soul was there when I showed up and not even a single soul showed up in the 45 minutes i sat in my car to eat. Thats how bad the service here is and how passively aggressive they let you know that you are not welcome. Apart from the fact they charge $25 for ONE footlong sub with chips and a drink you would expect fine deli meat and fresh ingredients. Thats incredibly outrageous to charge for ONE footlong in itself, but no $25 gets you a sub with the cheapest deli cut meat from walmart and rude staff that can care less about their job, because they know that being so close to the airport they will get business regardless so they could care less about customer service. read more

The cashier's job apparently is to glare at customers as they enter and tell them not to talk to her but to use the super confusing kiosk to place their order. I have been gluten free for over 8 years and have never found a sandwich shop that offers a GF subway roll so it was exciting to come across this place that does offer one. I ordered the hot pastrami on the GF sub roll and it was quite delicious. I also got the potato salad and it was good. I am definitely going to be ordering from this establishment again!! Horrible customer service . They completely messed up my entire order, then McKenzie the manager didn't want to refund the money and argued with me about giving me a refund, then on top of that was being discriminating against me and was being very racist, and made horribly rude comments to me the entire time she refunded the money and threw away the food and was walking back to the office. Shame on that manager McKenzie , I honestly cannot believe businesses are allowed to run like this with managers that act like this, & as the person dealing with customer service issues. I come to this place all the time, it is super convenient being across the street from my work. I went today and ordered food and beverage and asked for a a water. I am 31 weeks pregnant and wanted a water cup while I waited for my order and they refused to give me any water. Unfortunately I will not be coming back, I think it is absurd to not offer water to a paying customer while they wait for their beverage that they ordered. read more

I came here on a whim and will absolutely be back. Customer service was lacking a bit but hey, we all have off days. I got there about 11:45am on a Friday, the place was packed but I ordered and received my food to-go in less than 5 minutes! I got the kale sausage soup and Italian bombshell sandwich (or something like that). The bread was chewy and delicious, not dry and spongy. The soup had TONS of flavor and was an unexpected surprise. The sandwich had just the right amount of everything, no ingredient was overpowering. I don't know why the overall reviews aren't higher, this place is incredible! I ordered a turkey and bacon wrap through Postmates. I was very specific to what I wanted on the wrap and ordered very carefully. However, when the wrap arrived it literally had everything that I specifically requested not be on the sandwich. Although I was bummed, I get it. Mistakes happen, especially during a rush. The biggest disappointment was when I called the store. The young lady that answered apologized but then asked ME to call THEM back in 20 minutes because they had a lunch rush they had to get through. Ok, but I still didn't have my lunch, either. She didn't take my number and I had to ask if she wanted my name. I had to go back from my lunch break at work and was unable to call back. I just got off work and I wanted to sandwich. I Work at the airport so I thought I'd give this a try. I would change the name if I were them instead of Arizona sandwiches I would call it gouging sandwiches. I wanted a 12 inch sandwich and their price for a 12 inch sandwich was 18.50 There's no sandwich shop that I'm aware of that charges $18.50 for a foot-long sandwich. This place may have good sandwiches I don't know but there are total rip off. And just out o of principle I will not ever pay that much money for a sandwich. I would encourage everybody to boycott this place until they get their prices in line. Don't let them rip you off. read more

I ordered from here via the Yelp app which then sent Grub Hub. Awesome experience with Grub Hub. Order was here within a half hour and they kept me updated. I think this place was ok. Sandwich was soggy and who puts mayo on a philly cheese steak? My mistake for ordering a hot sandwich to be delivered but not with the mayo. I've been to Philadelphia many times and to Pat's and Geno's. This was not a Philly Cheese Steak but it wasn't horrible except for warm mayo, yuck! The steak wasn't the shaved type it was thicker not bad just not what I was expecting. I'd not recommend this item but it was a decent sandwich or I was hungry. I ordered a side of potato salad and this was good. Redeemed the sandwich. Had bits of egg and paprika. Just needed a wee touch of salt. I'd try them if in this area. read more

Sitting at work and need some food. Just on Uber eats and see this place. Now I ordered 2 sandwiches because at $6.50 a sandwich and going by the pic I was thinking yeah they gonna be small. Holy Jesus I was wrong. They are say a 6-8" sandwich but they are filled with meat. Ordered the pastrami and usually they pastrami is cut too thick and you have big chunks of fat which grosses me out. Not the case here. Now I have another sandwich I guess for dinner lol. Only thing i can say was I would have order deserts if they were on the Uber eats menu. But this is probably a good thing anyways. Just lost 40 lbs and prob should stay away from deserts lmao. This is one of my favorite places around the airport for lunch. They have great customer service all around along with having fast service. Never had a bad sandwich from here for both hot and cold items. If you need a quick bite around the airport, this is the place to hit up. This place was once an easy 5 star. Then it changed management. The food is tasty, service is great, prices are nice and portions are nice. One could easily go to a subway instead. But I've been a customer here for years because the "Cheers-like" environment it had; as a small local business should. They once had great teamwork and personality; not anymore. I would come in and see the manager in the back doing the dishes, turn his head and great customers with the rest of the team. The current manager literally stands and hovers over team and does nothing. If you're hiring, please let me know where to apply. The majority of the key pieces are there. It's always the same girl - she never smiles she never greet you ask you how she could help you never says hello nothing. Today was especially fun. The sandwiches here are really good! The bread is nice and soft, and they load em up with meat. The only reason I wouldn't give them five stars is because of their customer service. Most of the time, the person taking your order isn't very friendly. Also, sometimes when I try to place an order on the phone, nobody will answer, and their recorded message says sometimes they don't answer the phone during the lunch rush. Totally understandable. But I went in to the store right after I had called (several times), and I was the only one there. Kinda frustrating. So I tried this sandwich place 3 times. I gave it the benefit of the doubt. Time #1 i ordered a grilled chicken caesar wrap, it comes to me with chicken salad..so not the same thing. Time #3 I order the same Sandwich, and it arrives, a completely different sandwich!. I call to ask why I order the same thing and it comes completely different, and their answer is ...you ready...its OUR FAULT. My boyfriend introduced me to this company via the Tempe location. I instantly fell in love with the large portions, great options, delicious dressing & FRESH ingredients. The staff isn't very friendly, but they get the job done. Also a LITTLE over priced for my budget, but I enjoy going when I can afford it. REVISION2/22/2018: I've been back to this place several times. Everytime I come here the guys are friendly and fast. The food is awesome the place is clean. I loved the sandwich I got here. But my visit there was, well... First of all, I called their business number, five times and received a message that says they were busy. I figured it was just after lunch so maybe they were still busy...(which I'm usually good with, because it means my order will be made fresh)So I decided to actually go there and get take out. When I arrive there's no one there, besides four workers. An older couple walked in after I did. Three customers in the store, that's all. As soon as I walked in to the store the clerk says "Just to let you know, I'm out of bread." Before he even greeted me. Not a good thing for a sandwich shop. They just had a huge order that cleaned them out of bread. Great. He said he could make wraps or he had one more croissant left he could use instead of bread. I opted to get my sandwich on the last croissant. The older couple walked out since they couldn't get what they came for. After I ordered I thought I'd ask him why he couldn't run to the other location to get some bread. He said they were too busy. Bahaha! The irony almost killed me. There were three guys in the back plus the counter guy I was speaking to, no customers and they had no bread. They couldn't be too busy if they had nothing to make their food with and no customers to make it for! Oh the irony! Anyways I got my sandwich, made on a croissant (which he so graciously said "I won't up charge for the croissant"...Why thank you sir, you're so kind) and my drink and potato salad. And went back to work. As I said the sandwich I ordered was actually very good. I just had to share my (mixed) review PS. I also mentioned that I called several times and the voice message said the line was busy. He said the phone hasn't rang at all recently, and checked for a dial tone. Wow! Great sandwiches! I had the philly steak sandwich and potato salad. The sandwich was very good. The steak and cheese is as very good. I would have liked a little more onion and bell peppers but not enough so to take a star away. The potato salad was fresh and the potatoes were perfectly cooked neither hard nor mushy. Great sandwich spot with awesome people who work here. We use them for catering orders for 20-30 people every couple of weeks, and they have always come through without a hitch. Personal favorites are the croissant sandwiches (chicken salad on these soft, buttery rolls is over the moon) and their wraps (the veggie is jam packed full of vegetables). The cashier on the other hand was less than desirable, lacked professionalism and seemed irate. She got up from her meal didn't greet me and seemed more interested in going back to her meal and phone. Didn't try to up sell me a drink or chips was content w her minimal effort.
