Chicken Shawarma Roll Up, Side Hummus, Side Baba Ghanoush, Side Grape leaves (3 Pieces)
Salma S.

I really enjoyed my dinner in Azama Grill. Being Arab, I am very critical of Arab food, and it has been rare that I've found good authentic food from my culture in Boston - but this place was great. Everything was made fresh and tasted delicious - the shawarma was incredible, and the sides were also bursting with flavor. The hummus and baba ganoush really tasted like they were authentic and from back home. The place is very small and has a fast food vibe, but it's comfy. The server was so lovely - she was very sweet, and she was also the person who made us the food - so a huge shoutout to her, she was awesome. I really enjoyed Amaza Grill, and I'd return again!

The falafel shwarma

Fantastic place, they were super nice, the food is great and absolutely a nice environment. Would go again

Updating my review because I had the chicken shawarma and lamb shawarma plate and this place is amazing! The meat is perfectly cooked -- very flavorful without having a raw gamey taste other places often have. Service is solid. I can attest this is definitely one of Boston's hidden treasures and entire menu is Halal. Can confirm there is sitting area -- definitely casual. Will be back very soon, I want to try other parts of their menu.

Beef kabob plate
Shamayla I.

Had a takeout of their beef kabob rice plate. The kabobs were good, just a little bitter from the chars on the side. But it's good. Their fries were okay but their toum sauce was brilliant! The rice was literally 40 percent cooked. :( I had a small hair in my hummus side (I look forward to this the most :( )

Chicken shawarma

Came here after a late night out with friends. The chicken is shawarma and hummus hit the spot!! I was irritated because I lost my jacket tag, but I found this shop to wait in and it was brightened my mood! Pita is crispy and shawarma is super tasty!! Would definitely come back

Such a good place to get a shawarma roll up. I know this place for over 8 years now. The taste of the food never changed. It is still the same rich flavor that they always use. I just became their regular again. I stop by 2-3 times a week. I would recommend you getting the baklava. It will melt in your mouth. The kebab dinner is great as well. The only negative experience you may have is that there isn't a private parking lot (there is one but it belongs to the hardware store next door. You can use it at your own risk). It's street parking only. Daniel K

Pretty good late night spot. Food is slightly pricey and lacking of spice. Fries are some of the best around. Would recommend

She was so excited when she found Cafe Bonjour because they had several gluten-free options on the menu. We took an Uber there right after we landed and were able to walk right in and get a table when they opened, which worked out perfectly because the place started to fill up! It's a cute little spot with plenty of seating inside, and they also had a nice outdoor parklet that would be great in good weather. We asked to sit at the bar so we could watch the cooks in action, which was really fun. The menu had all the classic breakfast favorites like eggs and French toast, along with some lunch options like hamburgers and chicken wraps. The staff was very friendly and attentive. My wife ordered the gluten-free eggs benedict and absolutely loved it. I had the Bonjour omelet, and it was delicious. Overall, this is a fantastic breakfast spot with great food, a fun atmosphere, and solid gluten-free options.

Waiter didn't bring out water, didn't offer any cream or sugar for coffees, and was difficult to flag down to ask for extra plates/utensils. The inside is quite cramped and we were shoved into a tiny little corner. Overall a meh place for brunch. The appeal is the convenience of the location. Other than that I'd stop somewhere else for a brunch.

We ordered the cheese topokki (soft rice cake, fish cake, vegetable, & mozzarella in Korean spicy sauce) & the beef bulgogi bowl (fried marinated beef, vegetables, steamed rice & side of soup). The cheese topokki was just as good as we remembered - chewy, flavorful, comforting, & a little bit weird. The cheese was poorly distributed, but it was still very tasty. The beef bulgogi bowl was really underwhelming. Firstly, it was very little food. We were promised vegetables, but there were only a few scarce onions & zucchini pieces mixed in. It was also dry. It was devoid of moisture & sauce, so we added some from the fridge at home. The side of soup was a joke. It filled only about 2/3 of the container & looked so sad, we wondered if it was the sauce that we we so desperately needed. Nope, just a meager amount of watered down miso soup. So the conclusion - great topokki, sub-par bulgogi, non-existent soup.

Both were delicious, as was the homemade pita that came with the stew. Lots of food - probably could've shared one entree between the two of us. Friendly suggestion to restaurant- the veggy stew was piping hot (heat, not spice). Even after letting it sit for 10', was still crazy hot. Maybe don't need to cook it to that temp. I came here for lunch and ordered the foul al-shams, chicken vegetable stew, and a side of rice. Unfortunately the stew appeared without chicken and foul al-shams was so delayed that we told them to cancel it. The chicken vegetable stew was piping hot and full of flavor. The shredded chicken was tender and the stew did not feel too heavy to feel bogged down. The bread that came with it was also big and crisp but still soft inside. Together the two made a complementary meal that was satisfying. Despite how hard it was to track down our waiter, we still enjoyed the part of the meal we had. The upstairs definitely feels like the waiters are more on top of it and there is a more airy ambiance. The downstairs wasnt the most ideal and while good for big groups, youre still very aware of dining in a basement.

Sultan: The lamb was stewed for a long time until incredibly tender and melted in your mouth, with absolutely no gamey taste. Although it's called "sweet lamb", it didn't have a strong sweetness; instead, it had a typical mild, complex flavor of onions, cumin, coriander seeds, and other spices. The Yellow Rice was likely seasoned with turmeric and saffron, making it very flavorful. The basmati rice grains were distinct but not too dry, perfect for mixing with the sauce. The White Garlic Sauce wasn't overpowering; it mainly added a touch of acidity, which, along with the cool, sweet corn, helped to cut through the greasiness. Actually, it was completely different from any other Moroccan lamb stew I've had. It was more like Yemeni Mandi, but with more layers of flavor and a more universally appealing taste. As a fusion dish, how can it not be considered a success? This restaurant offered self-build options, but I was rushing to the World Cup Fan Festival and didn't even have time to look at the menu carefully. The staff quickly recommended dishes and adjusted the ingredients based on my preferences. Excellent service.

The beef was very soft, the mixed beans side was served cool but also quite good, generous sauces. Quick & friendly service and I think a reasonable price for the portion (1 order ~$15.50 fed two people for lunch). The menu is entirely online but food came out quickly after we ordered. Dishes we got: - beef laghman: spiced well and chewy noodles! I liked it, although I was a bit confused if it was Uyghur or Chinese because it tasted very similar to Chinese food to me - Pork dumplings: delicious, you have to get these. They look so boring. They're SO good and there's so many. - Mapo tofu: my mouth was very numb eating this but the tofu was silky smooth. I can only assume it was good but I didn't have much spice tolerance left in me after the laghman.
