I had a live bird in my oven range vent pipe. Chris spent quite a bit of time on the roof trying to get the bird out. Tony and his crew have taken care of me since 2003. He is thorough, reliable and does an amazing job. Pests are a thing of the past. And I have one of the cleanest houses in the neighborhood, because of tony. In addition if a pest situation arises during the quarter period he will be out to eliminate it....even if he was just there. For instance. Tony had done the yard and the outside of the house and a week later I found mice In The garage. I called him, and pleasant as always he was out within the week to fix the situation. They were everywhere- even crawled through a crack and were in my bedroom. Tony came and sprayed the inside and outside of my house and I haven't seen an ant since. Azevedo's has been servicing my home for a little over a year now and I have no real complaints. I do get a few pincher bugs in my home but beyond that, I can't complain about anything. I called them because we found a dead mouse in our home. I found this company on yelp and called them for an appointment and they came out the next day. Turns out the poison we had already put out was exactly what they would recommend. Chris was very honest and told us we would be paying him to do the same thing. So we didn't officially hire them for anything this time but when we have another problem with bugs or something else, this is the only company we're going to call. Azevedo's Pest control was recommended to me by a friend that had a great experience. I'm not that lucky. I called Azevedo's originally because I have a beetle infestation around one of my trees. Tony and Chris came out , was very nice sprayed my house and said nothing of the infestation. I mentioned it and they went back to spray the tree. Didn't think anything of it. The next time a gentlemen comes out, I'm watching him, he comes out and spray the house and again didn't spray the tree or around my shed. He tried not to knock down the spider webs. I talked to him and he did what I asked. THEN I called about a rat infestation in my attic. First time the guy puts traps up, check them one time , caught rats and never see him again. I called again about the rat problem. Chris comes out and spray the house no mention of the rats. My husband talk to him, he put up traps and told me he was at my house to long and he had to go. He came out a few days later and walked around the house and my husband actually found were they were getting in. Chris did not have time to patch the hole he had to go. He told my husband that he would be out on Friday to check the traps but a no show. IN MY OPINION there a good company BUT lack communication among each other and good since of customer service. I contacted Mr Azevedo for pest control service. We both agreed and scheduled an appointment for 05/ 10/17 between 8-9am. Azevedo pest control arrived at 8am sharp. For $85.00 they spray my residence within 35- 45 mins. Not even two week later I notice the presence of 2 spiders outside the house, my daughter also discover 2 spiders inside the house. I called Mr. Azevedo on regards of my issue. He said his guy could be back to my residence on 5/30/17 between 8-9 am. On this date it was after 8am (it was 8:15am to be exact) and I contacted Azevedo pest control and he said his guy should be here at my residence between 10-11 am. I didn't like what he said at all since I had plans for this time. Well, it past 11am and the pest control person didn't show up, So I called Mr. Azevedo and he said that his guy probably running behind "or something"Which at that point I tried to explain to Mr. Azevedo that I didn't agree at all about their time management. Instead of Mr. Azevedo apologizing he stated and I quote " you have to be pacient" I explained to Mr Azevedo that I was more than pacient waiting in the morning starting at 8am then waiting for a whole hour from 10 to 11 am. His answer was and I quote again"you know, we don't really need to go back, we do it out of courtesy, that's all, we don't warrantee that you' ll have more issues with bugs or not". I tried to explain to Mr. Azevedo that there are out there several businesses I could deal with but I wanted to give it a try to a local business. Instead Mr Azevedo interrupted what I had to say and stated "hold up, hold up, I think my guy is on the other line, hold up", and the connection got lost. This is my experience with Azevedo Pest Control, I would not recommend this business to my friends or my family.
