The menu is very concise with just a handful of options which I kind of liked. You order at the counter and can either sit at one of the few tables they have or get it to you. We ordered their tacos al pastor and a carne asada torta and seated ourselves. Service was really friendly. Food came piping hot and was delicious. My husband's favorite is pastor so he's kind of a snob about it- this one definitely got his stamp of approval. Their salsas were really flavorful as well. The bread on my torta was amazing! Good char on the beef, lots of yumminess all around. A tiny bit on the pricey side but food is fresh and great quality. We'll be back for sure!

Surprisingly, even though my husband and I usually go for carne asada tacos, the carne asada ones here were our least favorite. They were quite dry. We are used to ones with the meat being fattier. The chicken one was okay. Definitely slightly less dry, but I think I would've liked it more if the chicken pieces were cut up smaller or maybe even shredded. My husband and I enjoyed the pork and the al pastor one the most. The tacos seem to be reasonably priced, but do note that carne asada costs $0.50 extra. The sides are a little pricey. I guess my husband and I are pretty picky when it comes to tacos, but I would say that it was definitely worth a try!

It was so big I cut it in two and save half for diner. I definitely would have lapsed into a food coma if I ate the whole thing. It was filled with rice, beans, cheese, sour cream, guacamole, and some tasty carnitas. The chips were fresh, crisp, and nice light brown color to them. They gave me a red and a green salsa which were loaded with fresh ingredients and a little spicy. I wish I had more of that salsa, I enjoyged every bite. This is definitely one I want to revisit the next time I'm in town.

I have no issue with the fee itself. My problem is that the sales tax is calculated on the total after the fee is added. The credit card fee should have nothing to do with the tax amount. Additionally, the suggested tip amounts are also calculated based on the total that includes both the sales tax and the credit card fee. Most customers expect tip percentages to be based on the pre-tax cost of the food and drinks. As a result, you end up giving a lot higher tip than you intended to. Because the payment screen does not show an itemized bill, it's very difficult to verify the charges or calculate a custom tip unless you remember the exact prices of everything you ordered. I hate when a restaurant's billing practice isn't transparent to customers.

They have a variety of breakfast burritos, specialty burritos, tacos, taquitos, and tostadas. They also have grab-n-go burritos pre-made for people in a hurry. There were some mexicans eating there (always a good thing) as they know good mexican food. I ordered a tostada al pastor. It took a long time to get my to-go order. It wasn't that busy. They have 1 cook making food and there were a couple of orders ahead of me but it still took 15 minutes. Maybe that's why they have grab-n-go burritos. I've been here before and it was always super slow to get your food. The tostada as "ok", not great. There was hardly any salsa on it and that's not unusual because most mexican restaurants usually include salsa in small plastic containers in to-go orders. But there were no containers of salsa. :) I'll probably go back a 3rd time and try something else. It is conveniently located and parking is usually available.
