They're pretty great. Traditional Mexican food - big plates of lots of the same stuff. They make pretty weak margaritas but you can't go wrong with much on the menu, and they have daily specials, and a great lunch deals. They're pretty efficient too and attentive service. read more

It's very over priced and so are the drinks! The food lacks flavor which sucks. The waiter wasn't the best. The "hot sauce" was not hot. It was a mild spice. My boyfriend never got a refill on his drink and we sat there for about 10 min and decided to go. How sad. read more

Called in take out order for elderly relatives. They don't honor superbook Buy a meal get a meal free unless you dine in-for some elderly people that is very challenging so please consider changing this! No tortillas for either order of fajitas for elderly relatives so it turned a fun meal into a disappointment for them. I had to make a second trip back for tortillas after they had already eaten and instead of a coupon for a free meal or something logical they gave us an extra set of tortillas. This place has amazing food if their service wasn't so shitty it might be a great place for dinner. We have tried this place 3 times thinking we just came at a really busy time... But this has not been the case, and its a fail on customer service every time. You get seated, then ignored, then drinks, then ignored... Tonight it took 2 seperate servers 10 minutes to take our dinner order... One wouldn't stand at the table long enough to listen, the other one seemed to know her job but no communication between the two... Unorganized poor customer service... I stopped while on the road for work under a recommendation from a co-worker. Upon arriving I was not acknowledged by the host he was busy making marks on a pad for the waiters. When he finally saw me he sat me in a corner which was good because I could see into the kitchen. The place is decorated reacher oddly, it has the cheesy Mexican decorations. Modern Latin American art and western. It was very confusing and couldn't fin an identity. My waiter was always in a hurry he just asked do you want a drink? Not greeting, specials, recommendations, then he ran off. He came back after awhile to take my order. My food did arrive pretty promptly. It was very average and bland. Just like every other Mexican restaurant in the area. The food is just okay but we only need so many around here. I do like the decor and the updates that they did however. My husband and I went here for lunch one day, got there at 2 pm and on the window said margaritas happy hour 2-6 every day. We asked the waitress if it started at 2, she said yes and we proceeded to order two large margaritas but when our bill came they were full price. Loved our meal here. My wife and I arrived, were seated in 5 minutes, our server arrived within another 2 minutes, and salsa and chips were right behind him. The presentation was great and we loved that they gave us our salsa in its own jar. The place was full with what seemed to be happy customers. My wife ordered chicken fajitas and I ordered the mocajelte which comes in a lava rock bowl. We were incredibly satisfied with our meal that arrived in a timely manner and tasted great! Nothing to really write home about. Food was mediocre but was really disappointed in there Margarita which I think is what they are supposed to be known for.....There tequila. The service was not up to par. I don't think our server understood English when I said Chicken Fajita and he question me and repeated "Shrimp?" So I repeated back to him "No Chicken" and when my order came out I was served shrimp. Dont let the tacky exterior, cement donkey and butler sculpture fool you. The interior is amazing artist created decor with blue led's and a stainless steel agave sculpture topping an indoor cobalt tile fountain. Rough hewn timber balconies and back lit stained glass windows. A huge Aztec theme wall mural is enough to keep you inside, but if you sun seekers must, there is a street side outdoor patio to dine on. Service was friendly and talkative about the area when asked...and yes, virginia....they are english as a second language staff, so have a little patience for christsakes. Salsa bar with three salsas, one mild tomato, one tomatillo, one salsa served with chips, pico, shredded chihuahua, lettuce, chopped tomatoes and black olives were complimentary. You could literally make your own veggie nachos. The combo fajitas were huge and roasted well, served sizzling and DOMINATED by meat with little matchstick shreds of onion and green peppers. The burritos were unique with little green onion and chives on a cream sauce. Soup was served in a huge bowl with at least a quart of soup and sides. Our neighbors got the double fajitas for 21.99 and they literally brought them five pounds of meat and shrimp on a tray that covered their whole table. The waiter said it feeds 3-4 people, I got the single fajitas. I am a big guy and has to share with someone to finish. My spouse at the nachos grande for her meal and it looked like an appetizer for eight people. Kids menu included a quesadilla that was buttery, crispy and it amazed me my granddaughter ate it and left chix nugget leftovers. $58.67 for four adult meals and a kids meal. Awesome flavors, huge values, cool decor and gracious wait staff. We will be back soon. read more

They did nothing to help and when we asked for a manger they said there was not one working on a holiday weekend. We just had dinner here and I do believe some of the reviews were a little harsh. The food was very good. It was hot, fast, plentiful and tasty. Not unlike other Mexican places around here. They have a nice bar where we found several people enjoying a cold drink. I will say that the staff could have made more of an attempt to appear friendly. The hostess looked like she would rather be anywhere else. However, our waiter was pleasant and earned his tip. The menu was actually a bit overwhelming. There was a lot to read to figure out what was what. Maybe a few graphics or photos would make it easier, especially for those of who know no Spanish, or the names of Mexican dishes. We used to love this place, but tonight was a disaster! After a very busy weekend, we opted for carryout. My husband ordered by phone, waited 5-10 mins, then drove the 10 mins to pickup our food. He waited there an additional 25 minutes for our food. When he finally got is home, it was all quite cold. My poblano dinner was only one chile, no beans or rice, our son got two orders (though we only ordered one) and again, no beans or rice. When I called to explain the errors, I was told there was no manager on duty. We were told there were only two cooks in the kitchen, and a rather young girl was taking phone orders, filling drinks, running the register...seems quite understaffed for what the websites say is one of their busiest days. read more

Tried this place twice....both times, service was slow....very friendly, but slow. The rice and beans were flavorful, but the chorizo tacos were gushing grease...and exceptionally salty... I really wanted to love this place as I understand a good number of the staff came over from the old Cozumel....but unfortunately....it didn't stand up...:( UPDATE: I have been back, and apparently they have worked things out!
