Mario was very, quick, friendly and straight to it when it came to repairing my garage door. Called him and stated the issues with my garage. Gave me an estimate and agreed to have him service my garage door. I had a problem where a cable had come undone on one side, and a wheel was off the rail, and the garage won't close unless the button was held down. The following morning he called to let me know he was close by and arrived in a very timely fashion. During repair he was informative of the problems about the door letting me know what and where problems were. He repaired the door very quickly to taking around 30-45 minutes. The 1st place came out & fixed the panels on the door but then charged me an extra 404.18 for fixing the motor of the garage door opener. Needless to say, the door wasn't working right, even after giving this company a 2nd try. I also didn't appreciate being bullied into paying for something I didn't need. (A whole new garage door!) Then I called B & C Garage Door. They came out to access the problem. Ordered a part for the motor and their total bill was $175. Mario came to give an estimate and offered a few potential solutions and patiently explained the options and estimate. Mario came and did the repair, when done he explained that the seal was not as perfect as it could be and without hesitating said that he would come back the next day with a better part. This attention to detail is rare, in my experience. Often I find I'm the one that has to point out that there could be improvement but in this case Mario proactively offered to make it perfect. One of the side wires on our garage door became detached and the door became lopsided. One side pulled up while the other side sagged. We also knocked some of the brackets off. Usually used another Garage Door service but today was emergency case and that guy was busy. I called many other Garage Door Services and none of them had availability today. I was recommended to B&C garage by another garage door company that couldn't come right away. The garage door couldn't close, and they came while I was away, fixed it, and left me a bill. The garage door worked fine for about a week and then started making some noise. When I called them back, they came back immediately, fixed it, and with no additional cost. The reason for the noise was that they had to replace a track which is no longer sold, and they had to work with another track which didn't quite match. I would definitely recommend them. read more
