I have taken my oversized suits, formal dresses and gowns to get them altered and you would think I bought it that way. Incredibly professional and such a delight to visit. It can be pricey but I think when you are altering very expensive clothing, it is worth it. Especially with the way clothes are made so by heap nowadays. I'll live without the quarter but it was more annoying because I had to break another bill since I was one quarter shy...now I have $4.75 in quarters sitting until I do laundry at a laundromat again which is rare lol. I also want to make a special mention that Naki was there for me during Covid19. They followed proper distancing rules, they were on time, they were friendly and considerate. Poor communication with the point of contact (a hotel where I stayed) for drop-off, as well as unresponsiveness to me, resulted in items necessary for surgical recovery being stranded on the other side of the country for over a week. Self-righteous unwillingness to admit error upon having this pointed out resulted in a tirade about how much of a favor this guy felt he was performing by simply getting things where they needed to be after the poor communication mentioned above left things in the wrong place. Apparently he was so blinded by said self-righteousness that he was unable to distinguish between the point of contact (again, a hotel with which he deals regularly), and myself, when all of this was pointed out. All I received was hostility and abuse directed at "you guys" - entirely inappropriate as well as inaccurate. In terms of value for money, I can't speak to the quality as I have yet to receive my items. In sum, use this service if you're okay with not interacting with a human. I ended up going to Clean People as they're close to a favorite lunch spot and I almost never have change, so I liked the fact that it was card-based. I honestly barely knew what I was doing, but the staff were super helpful, everything worked great, and after about an hour or so I was out of there with a cleaned and dried comforter. It was a nice relaxing time reading a book and waiting for everything to be done, parking was easy, if you're looking for a laundromat, it's a hell of a lot better than the ones I remember when I was younger.

Most recent drop off was the regular-learned-the-hard-way-not-to-wash clothing items and hubby's fave à la Mr. Rodger's cardigan. Stretched out button holes, it had become incapable of keeping him snug, cozy. $8 per to tighten them = snug, cozy. I truly would have messed up this repair. ALL items cleaned with care, packaged appropriately ready to be worn this coming fall/winter. Short term drop-off/pick-up parking at entrance off of Westwood Boulevard and Holman Avenue. We usually walk to Sterling Cleaners for drop-off but pick-up via our car(s). Made the mistake at pick-up by parking in an employee only zone. Fortunately, thanks to efficient staff, I was only in an employee's space for mere minutes. Whew! Check-in on Yelp but there's no longer a discount along with it. When I mentioned this we were given a 25% off neighborhood courtesy. Sterling Cleaners now prefers a Google review but I'm gonna stick with Yelp.
