Took my fiance here for the first time today and everything was great... UNTIL we got our food and we got to our chicken bowl... some of the chicken was still pink and RAW!! Like so bad I had to take it back, I hate doing that but my fiance was not going to touch it and I did want him to try everything... Took it back and I was at the counter waiting to be attended and an Employee saw me standing there but he avoided me. Mind you it was NOT busy instead of asking me if I needed help he walked past me THREE times then went to just stand somewhere else, doing nothing until I had to call out to someone. I waited about 10mins for my bowl to be made again and I DIDN'T get it until I went up and asked for it... 10-15mins later. Also, my fiance's ABC burger was missing the teriyaki sauce on it.. that's the whole point of the burger!!! Instead of making a another fuss we just used teriyaki sauce from the teriyaki fries we got. My fiance liked the food at the end of it but we were disappointed with the service and having to send back a untouched bowl and for it to go ti waste because the chicken was very pink and raw.. let me also say this isn't the first time they served me raw chicken at this location.... please make sure they cook it well done.. or make sure your expediator knows when NOT to serve someone pink chicken.. it wasn't even busy to rush some chicken like that . And also make sure your staff that worked 12/23/17 at 5pm is more attentive and polite to your customers and make sure they make orders correct and not miss anything to where I have to do it myself.. read more

Tried a burger there the other day for the first time because my wife wanted to eat there and I was in the mood for a burger instead of my usual teriyaki bowl and I really loved it with the teriyaki sauce! B-Man's! I've been going here since I was in elementary school. The ABC burger is divine, as long as you have spare napkins on hand. The curry is also yummy. Great place. I love the plain old Chicken Bowl with Skumono (the pickled cabbage) That and the charbroiled chicken are great. The curry fries are great - big portions and thick curry sauce. But c'mon b-man, why you so skimpy on the teri sauce? Why you charge extra for it? Just put the sauce in a large pump and let people add extra on their bowls. i used to like this place right after it opened. the food was really tasty and there was always a line. this is place is slowly going down the drain. i was there last night and my food was not good at all. the rice was bland, the beef was so-so, but what really got to me was seeing one of the cooks drop a piece of lettuce on the floor, walk to the counter to drop something off, walk back, pick up the lettuce and continue cooking without washing her hands! yuck!!! i dont think ill be back read more

Once we started getting the ABC Burger here, we stopped going anywhere else for hamburgers. With the curry fries its a perfect combination.

My experience didn't match all the great reviews. Mini ck bowl should be called "micro"; very little rice and 4 slivers of ck. Gelatinous overly sweet sauce, tsukemono was bland (just raw cabbage). Side of mac salad tasteless. Very disappointing. read more

Not an easy thing to do considering all the traffic to get here. If you are in the area, it's good and affordable. If not, don't make a special trip. The curry tastes the same as I make at home. This place kicks some serious tastebud ass. I love everything on the menu. I've been there so many times I've pretty much have had everything. I'm surprised the Subway next to this teriyaki joint isn't out of business honestly. B-Man's is pretty good: the chicken is quality and the burgers are great, but the custom teriyaki sauce is really why it's special. Sometimes I'll buy their fries and use the teriyaki sauce as ketchup. They have relatively traditional options and a lot of fast-food + teriyaki options. I hate giving this place two stars. I've been here a few times and this will be my last time. The teriyaki bowl was not good at all. The meat was salty and did not taste fresh. No teriyaki at all. I tried this place but was super disappointed ! They took forever and were rude to me. The place wasn't clean. The chicken was dry and the rice didn't seem to be cooked right. It wasn't good at all. Okay, this is a great place to pick up a quick teriyaki bowl and a burger. Their gyoza is the best. Yada, yada, yada. This place probably deserves 5 stars, but I gotta tell you - B-man's is starting to lose some of its luster and that's a little disappointing. Remember, I really like the food here... but the dining area is getting messier and the workers (most of them look like thugs now) are not quite as friendly as they used to be. The prices have increased as well but that's not something I hold against them as long as its reasonable. I just hope they haven't started sacrificing on their quality now that finances are hard for everyone. Keep it together, people! read more

I have been going here for years. My regular is the Beef bowl. The last three weeks the quality has gone WAY down. The beef is so so, but something happened to the Teriyaki sauce and it's not good at all. I have been very disappointed in my last three visits. I thought it might have been a one time thing but apparently that is not the case. I will search out another rice bowl place. The employees are pretty friendly and will remember you if you come by frequently. The food is also ready fairly quickly. I know it's a fast food restaurant so it's supposed to be quick but compared to many other fast food restaurants I've visited, it's on the speedier (as well as healthier) side. yuck! most gross place ever. To start off the service sucks, they took my order and the girl did not understand my order of the number one combo and she literally screamed out my order! Secondly, when I had gotten my order the workers starred like if I was someone famous, as I got home I checked my food and what do you know?! I do not eat fast food, but I think this place is a healthy alternative, and I love that everything is grilled. You have the option to order brown rice, sauce on the side, and add or 'sub' veggie. The vegetables are steamed, and they have real tsukemono. My faves: - Tofu skewers (yum!) - Garden burger, no dressing, with avocado - Mahi Mahi Bowl (excellent) -Chicken teriyaki -Hamburgers (my husband likes these) Notes: There is no skin on the chicken. The bowl is thigh meat unless otherwise requested. (The thigh meat is better than the breast meat). We've had good and bad experiences with the Korean ribs. Good price too! read more
