House invaded with Ants from the outside..this morning headed for open bag in kitchen.. Called Jason...he answered right away and his Brother was over here in one hour Spent almost one hour including answering all our questions professional and respectful...never felt rushed... My neighbor recommended Jason when I had a crazy amount of ants in and around our house. I called him and he immediately gave me an estimate over the phone. (And gave me a referral discount too!) He's based out of Murrieta but he services the Corona/Norco area. I showed him some pictures and a video I recorded via my iPhone and instead of coming the following week, he came in 2 days!! That was a relief since I was ready to spray Raid everywhere! Over the phone, Jason warned me not to spray the outside so that he could come and look. He was prompt told me to turn off the sprinklers and then went off to spray the exterior of my house. He also sprayed the backyard. The next day, ants were noticeably gone, with only a few remaining. After a week, I can honestly say I have yet to see an ant in or around my house. He also sprays for spiders. His rate is based on a quarter, so I'll have 3 visits from him over the next 3 months. Our house was suddenly overrun by what felt like a million ants and all their friends and family on Thursday evening after business hours. The ant traps we had placed were not even fazing these guys and there was a huge sudden onslaught and I was completely grossed out. Our neighbors sold their house next door to us. They started loading stuff in their garage and throwing stuff in garbage pails on Friday. Friday night we started seeing a couple of mice in the laundry room downstairs. On Saturday, we saw a few more. We called B.O.D.S. this morning and spoke to Jason. He set up a time to come to the house tomorrow. About an hour later, he called back and asked if we'd be home since his brother was working in the area. His brother, Lowell, was at our house within the hour. We told Lowell exactly where we saw the mice and showed him the sticky pads and bait traps we had already put down. He went through the whole house, inside and outside, to check for entry points, including the attic. He set traps in what he saw as the most active areas and glue traps in other areas so it would be safe for our dog. He also put bait boxes outside. Within 1/2 hour we heard a trap go off and a few hours later another one went off. The traps will be checked on Wednesday and anything caught will be removed. They are very prompt and courteous and explain everything they are doing and why. We just put them on contract for the year for all pest control and they're cheaper than the company we had which wanted to charge additional for the mice for 60 days. read more

We live on property in the 'country' and started having some major rodent problems a few years ago after clearing out some really old growth.
