I came here for their Bite30 menu. Interesting place. Parking was a bit tight and going in it felt like you ordered at the counter and sat down, but no, it was table service and others seemed confused too. Casual for sure, but please at least get forks that won't bend in your hands! Looking at the menu they seem to have very creative sushi presentations. Cool, but what do they taste like? On the Bite30 menu I had the Fried Gyoza - Served with a side of ponzu to start. Very good. Then came my main of the Torched Yuzu Salmon Bowl - Served over garlic fried rice with crunchy onions & side of ponzu. Bowl? Well, not so much so. The salmon pieces were too big for single bites as well. It tasted great, but the presentation fell short. Where was the bowl? Unless you count the domed shaped serving of rice on the plate? The Mochi Trio was yummy but from the counter to my table it was already starting to melt. I think they could have done a lot better on that front too. Though the food was generally good, I wanted to like them a lot more than I did in the end.

What a fun and unique menu they have!! Flaming Cheetos sushi tacos, pizza, HOT DOGS!! come on now!! That's so cool. And everything was so delicious. The ambiance is fun and casual, it is quick service and takeout. 10/10 overall experience. I would definitely come back if/when in the area.

Wave has gone viral for their crazy sushi creations so it's been on our visit list for some time as sushi fanatics. No better time to come in, with Bite 30 menu as well. I ordered the fries, sushi burgers, and for the mochi, I ordered 2 matcha and 1 mango. They let you pick which 3 you want. Not listed, they told me I could get a seaweed or cucumber salad as well, so I opted for cucumber. My husband and I could have eaten off just one meal from the Bite 30 menu. The portions were huge, but luckily he just ordered the hot dog off of the regular menu. The presentations were very beautiful. The fish was super fresh. The fries were hot. Can't complain about the service either. The only complaint was that the mochi was a bit soft and melted, but they were really good.

Left to right: Shrimp Tempura Roll, Golden Buddha Roll, and the Orlando Roll (I asked for mine not to be fried!) delicious :)

Quick service, nice staff, and good food! Definitely will be back to try more especially the sushi push pop.

Bright, vibrant, and delicious that's the best way I can describe Wave Sushi in Orlando. The atmosphere is really cool and energetic, and it immediately sets the tone for a great experience. The food came out quickly, which I always appreciate, and everything I tried was genuinely enjoyable. I'd absolutely order it all again without hesitation. They also have a great selection of alcoholic drinks, which adds to the overall vibe. If you're looking for a spot with good energy, fast service, and food that delivers, Wave Sushi is definitely worth checking out.

I wish to give them 5 stars because the customer service was great, but there was unfortunately a little hiccup with my food. Please don't be like me and accidentally place a pick up order to the wrong location! In my defense, I highly recommend that Wave double check the information on their website and Uber Eats - when you're on the Wave Maitland location and click the website to order, it defaults to the Mount Dora location. On Uber Eats, the delivery defaults to be from the Mount Dora location, but the pickup defaults to be from the Maitland location. Totally still my fault for not double checking, but wanted to mention it! This is where the customer service (specifically Sophia) was amazing! After realizing my order mistake, she tried every way she could to get in contact with the bustling Mount Dora location and was able to get them to refund my order, which was totally unexpected and amazing of the team. They then offered to make my order at Maitland instead of the refund, which was perfect. Food came out quick too, and Sophia made sure to get my order exactly as it was online. She really was the best front of house person and I really appreciated her! The vibe inside is casual and fun, with a beautiful mural on the wall. I got the Meat Lover's Sushi Pizza - spicy and a large portion! The crust is its own little maki roll too. I also had the Sunrise Roll which was delicious with the lemon slices. It did have a lot of rice so I took some of that off. Unfortunately there was a piece of plastic that I found in my roll, probably something they used to wrap the roll in while cutting it. Simple enough to remove but shouldn't ever happen in case someone could eat it. I will be back and will not order to the wrong place next time!

I have been a big fan of Wave for a while now. I started going to their location in Mt Dora but was so happy when they finally opened a Maitland location (much shorter drive for me). The food is always so good and fun! The service is good and the ambiance is casual but colorful! They have a ton of yummy rolls to choose from but my favorite thing on the entire menu is the sushi hotdog! If you haven't been to either location, you must give Wave a chance. They also have a cool instagram page, so follow along and see what they cook up next!

My camera did not eat first this time, but WAVE did not disappoint. I never made it out to Mt.Dora to their original location, so I love that this is so closer! I ordered the ichiban roll, which I found to be inexpensive at $15 for the amount of sushi I got! Sushi was put freshhh and took about a 15 minute wait given not many people were there! Definitely have to come back to try some of their more popular items. Cute little spot with plenty of seating.

My first try of Wave Sushi, and I can honestly say I was not left disappointed. I will definitely be venturing back to try out more of their menu. On my first visit, I stuck with ordering my go-to shrimp tempura roll because I was not super hungry, but I knew I wanted something light to put on my stomach. The pricing was competitive with other local sushi eateries. The service was pretty good, considering it was fairly packed out for a Stranger Things Pop-Up Market. The overall space and ambiance were lively. As I didn't eat in the actual restaurant space (I took my food to go and ate at the bar next door), I cannot speak much to how the dining space is, but it looked as if there was a decent amount of indoor seating and some limited seating outdoors. As for the shrimp tempura roll, it was tasty. I definitely want to visit again to try one of their specialty rolls because they had a couple that caught my eye. They also serve alcoholic beverages, but I did not get the chance to try anything from their drink menu. However, pricing looked reasonable for those options as well. Nonetheless, my first experience was really good. So, I'll be back for sure!

I tried the hand rolls at Wave Sushi and they were so good! The seaweed was perfectly crisp, the rice was well-seasoned, and the fish tasted fresh. Each roll was made to order and packed with flavor. Great option if you're craving something simple, fresh, and satisfying. I had the spicy tuna, salmon, & yellowtail.

I have this odd and laughable obsession with food being shaped in the forms of different food. I visited the Wave in Mt Dora a few years ago and loved it! This Wave opened up way closer to my house so you know we had to try it. We placed our order online and took it to go. There is a decent sized parking lot as well as some seating inside and out. It's in a cute little plaza that has recently been popping (note to self to try other places in here). The krab rangoon mozzarella balls were delicious! It came with a great dipping sauce also. My poke taco and my fiancé's rainbow sushi burrito were both super fresh! It was clever how they made the outside of my taco crispy :) I'll definitely be back here especially since it's so close to my house. They have different daily deals during the week also which I snagged a picture of for anybody that loves a good deal.

There portions are huge and very unique!!! Tastes really good as well definitely worth the price and good quality I just wish the staff was a bit more educated in what they're selling.

I love finding great new sushi places in Orlando and this place is definitely at the top of the list. I wasn't sure how the sushi was going to taste as I've seen their videos on social media and wasn't sure if the great looking food was going to correlate to real life - and I can assure you they didn't disappoint. I was shocked at how fresh everything tasted. The crab Rangoon Fritz were my favorite and I could see myself coming here again just for those along. They're stuffed filled and have a great flavor. There's indoor and outdoor seating which is appreciated and staff was very nice. I can't wait to try more things on the menu.

So if you're a long time Central Florida resident, then you know that street is very walkable and super cute with the park nearby but also high end. I mean it has a Williams Sonoma, like casually. The restaurant is located at 525 S Park Ave, Winter Park, FL 32789. My boyfriend did get the reservation I think about a month in advance. It very much surprised me as one of my goals is to try new places in Orlando, and this was one that he had been to that I hadn't been to. So A++++ for him. So the restaurant had a super nice atmosphere but was very booked out. There were heart balloons at every table. So the decor was absolutely in the room with us lol. The service was very nice and I feel that they were very attentive and almost felt like maybe they had been trained to provide a certain feeling to customers. I'm sure they had been. Getting into the food, I'm not sure what the bill was. I wasn't allowed to look at it. I will say that I'm sure it was at least $100. I did leave feeling very full, but I do feel like that's a lot of money for me to feel full. We ordered the Misoyaki Butterfish, which was a Miso-glazed Chilean sea bass on a plate with ginger-sake eggplant, butter garlic sautéed spinach, and Japanese potato purée. It's a large plate and we did share, but it was not the whole fish. I think if I pay $45 for a fish, I want the whole fish. My rating is 8.5/10. It was incredibly delicious, but I want the rest of my fish. We also got the Kanpungi, which was fried Korean style boneless chicken bites smothered in a spicy soy sauce glaze. My rating of this is 9/10. I think it was great and was very filling for an appetizer. We accidentally ran into our friends at the restaurant, who had sent us a bottle of sake. The sake was great. We sent back a non-alcoholic cocktail they had and a sake based cocktail. I couldn't tell you what it tasted like, but the service presented and delivered back and forth between our table in a manner I can only describe as carrier pigeon-esque. They did great. I love fanfare. I think for a first date, this is a great place to bring someone you have been talking to for a little bit and want to show that you have a good stable job in this economy and like foods outside of American food. I wasn't on a first date as a note lol. My overall rating is 7.5/10. I mean I think everything was great, but that price stabbed me a little. My boyfriend did suggest to me that it would have been a higher rating if we had gotten one of the rolls. So that's on me. It is in a great walkable neighborhood though. So you are getting charged for ambiance.

The service was insanely quick and immediately after ordering our first appetizer came within five minutes. They really know what they're doing here. Whoever was on the aux this evening, 10 out of 10. The music was amazing and the vibes of the restaurant were immaculate. We ordered the cheezus, their signature wings, and the patatas bravas. I believe it was topped with a crispy quinoa, which was a really nice touch. I can't really do cheese so I didn't try the cheezus, but my friends loved it and said it was delicious. Our server gave me a rundown of his favorite chicken ramens and I ended up choosing the yuzu shoyu ramen. It was nice and full of citrus.
