[[HIGHLIGHT]]Delicious, cozy, and full of Ukrainian vibes[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Homemade food with soul, every detail matters here Wide variety of gluten-free options + varenyky & pirozhky for every taste A place you'll definitely want to come back to again

I was so excited to take my parents to this place. As lovers of pierogis and being of Ukrainian descent, this was a very special meal for us. The borscht was deep, hearty, and earthy (in a great way), and lovely with a dollop of sour cream. The pan fried pierogis - both savory and sweet - were everything that we could ask for. The dough was firm yet chewy, the savory fillings were well seasoned, and the sweet pierogis (especially the blueberry) rounded out the meal perfectly. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The interior of the restaurant was gorgeous, very calming and reminiscent of nature.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] And the person at the counter was very helpful in choosing between all of the delicious options. Ukrainian food is absolutely wonderful, and this is a great representation of the cuisine!

Absolutely delicious! A hidden gem I wish I tried sooner. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This quality, quaint, friendly-faced, homestyle Ukrainian spot is the best in every way.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Great atmosphere, amazing pierogi, mushroom soup & chocolate chip pistachio cookies.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The food is made fresh and the cashiers are super courteous. I will be back for more!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Very cute place. Totally hidden away. If you don't know that you're going there and you don't have the address you will never just happen to come across it.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Their food is good, but nothing amazing. I started with borscht. I ordered it cold, the way I prefer. It was fine, but nothing amazing. I've certainly had much better. It was filled with lots of shredded beets and a nice amount of potatoes. But pretty bland overall. Then I had their lunch special...4 potato and onion Pierogies, a kielbasa, and 2 pickle halves. The pierogis were tasty but unfortunately deep fried. I would definitely have preferred them sautéed. They came with some sautéed onions which were very good but they were really skimpy with them. The kielbasa wasn't bad but very over cooked. I'd say they have potential but they've open for quite a while now so I kind of think it is what it is. Not really sure I'll be back.

Love is the only word I can use to describe this restaurant. I miss my grandmother very badly. Not a day goes by that I don't think about her and this restaurant really brought my grandmother back to life for me. [[HIGHLIGHT]]From the warm, inviting atmosphere to the lovely servers and people working here this restaurant is a touch of charm that needs to be cherished.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]They have indoor and outdoor seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's not a very big restaurant, but even though it's small on the inside, it's large in heart and food.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I started with a beautiful bowl of mushroom soup. It was warm and creamy and so satisfying. I probably could've ate another bowl but if I did I wouldn't have been able to eat my dinner. For dinner, I chose the potato and cheddar pierogies and an order of potato pancakes. Both were amazing. My pierogies were fluffy and just slightly al dente with a lovely creamy filling of potato and cheese, sautéed in lots of butter and onions. My potato pancakes were hot, really, really hot and crispy. A little salt and pepper on top and it brought me back to grandma's kitchen. This place is rightly named for Baba's kitchen is exactly what this is. They also offer breakfast and a plethora of desserts. None of which I was able to try because I was too full, but I will be back and I will be eating more. I can't recommend this restaurant enough. I think everybody needs to spend some time with Baba and this restaurant does just that.

WOW - this was one of my favorite finds on our recent visit to Delray Beach! Baba Pierogies is tucked away in a bit of a back alley, but don't let the location fool you, the inside is incredibly cute and highly photogenic. The family running the shop were very friendly, and I loved seeing them cooking together in the kitchen. The potato pancakes and pierogies were both INCREDIBLE and presented beautifully. I can't tell you how much I have missed eating pierogies since going gluten-free, and after struggling to try and recreate my own family's recipe, these really satisfied my craving and made my happy. I absolutely recommend that you give Baba Pierogies a visit whether you're a local or visiting from out of town.

This was such a cute find. It's truly a hidden gem. The food was delicious, fresh, and there are options for everyone. The service was efficient and friendly. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There's a window into the kitchen and you can quite literally see the chefs making pierogies by hand.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I have dreamt of the creamy mushroom potato pancakes since eating them. If I find myself in the area, I will definitely be eating here!

If you enjoy pierogies, this is your place. They have so many delicious combinations (even vegan). We ordered a few to try fresh and some frozen to try later. They are made with love. I'll be back for sure.

Beautiful ambiance and very tasty food, but I wish the portion sizes were bigger for the prices. The kielbasa was the size of a hot dog, but tasted fabulous. I hope they get a little more flexible with switching types of pierogis though. We wanted to order some extra potato ones, but could only get them if we ordered with the kielbasa in the Baba's Special. It would be great if you could get any type of pierogis either alone or with the special. We cannot wait to go back and try the deep fried ones and the potato pancakes!

We got pierogis, gluten free pierogis, and gluten free potato pancakes. All of them were delicious, I can't believe how good the gf pierogis were. They're also safe for Celiac because they're prepared in a separate area of the kitchen - the reason why we stopped in. My wife has Celiac and she's Polish, so we didn't think she'd ever be able to have good pierogis ever again. She couldn't even tell that they were gf - and she's VERY tough to please with food. Highly recommend for anyone - gluten or gluten-free!

They are known for the brisket they smoke on the daily. They are a scratch kitchen restaurant so fairly popular with the locals. The casual nature of the restaurant itself along with the friendly staff make for a relaxing visit. Our server was Martha and she was a lot of fun! Hubby had the Açaí Bowl, my friend had the Smoked Brisket Melt, and I had the Chicken and Waffles. While the other two thoroughly enjoyed their meals, I was disappointed because they described the waffles in my dish as Belgian. If you know what a real Belgian waffle is, you would be disappointed as well getting a regular waffle that's just fluffier than normal. I dislike when restaurants do this - these are not Belgian waffles. The only redeeming quality is that they serve the dish with strawberry butter. Sounds weird but the taste was excellent. If you do stop by, keep in mind that the portions are fairly large so prepare to take some home with you or split a dish.

The vegetables sandwich that I ordered had so much oil but fortunately the bread soaked up some of it, so I just discarded the bread. My wife's salad with fish was very good. Also, the fruit served with my sandwich? Just perfectly ripe and enjoyable. One of the things that cracked me up here, being a laid back Texas boy, was over hearing all the incessant, noisy, nasal New York Jewish ladies whining, commiserating and ruminating with each other at the other tables. That was entertaining. I had thought about asking about the homemade desserts but the staff was slammed I guess cause no one came around to check on how things were going and if we needed anything else. Just as well. If you're ordering it as it's intended ( for an appetizer... ) share with a large group. When I went, we were just a party of two so we pretty much filled up on it, but it was so good. No one was complaining! In terms of entrées, their eggs that come with this cheesy hash brown casserole is so good. Strawberry and cream basil French toast also really good... to me, it probably didn't need the basil, as that can be a bit bitter- although it sounded great but I didn't love it... But still a really good dish. However, what happened to me there was the waitress dropped a drink on the floor which splashed up all over me. She right away got me some napkins to clean myself off and while I wasn't thrilled, it happens, whatever. I didn't think too much of it. But then the manager comes over and could not be more apologetic. She kept asking what she could do for us... And ended up, taking off our appetizer from the Bill which I thought was very nice of her. I left there so stuffed and will definitely return because it was great food and a good experience - even though I left smelling a little bit like a bar. 100% worth it!

There is always something on the menu for everyone! Ordering with a large group can sometimes be hard but Hampton Social has it down to a science. Our food and drinks came out exactly as ordered and delicious and timely! Our server did her absolutely best to make sure we had everything we needed even though it was packed for on a Saturday afternoon. Unfortunately, on our visit we were impacted by some WiFi issues when splitting the check and had to wait a long time for our checks to come back to us. Which is expected with a large group, but we waited over an hour after we had finished eating to close out. Not to mention while waiting on our checks for this amount of time the fire alarm had gone off and there was not much communicated about what was going on and no one really said anything other than "we don't know what's going on either". Which is kind of scary. I understand that some do these things are circumstantial but when things like this happen at a nicer place, I usually expect to be greeted and informed by the manager. Not a terrible experience but definitely turned a birthday brunch into a bit of a frustrating event. Would definitely return to Hampton Social in the future but not itching to go back.
