Before you notice your order can pass $50! Then choice wisely haha But except the price their sweets and foods are fresh and tasty and stuffs were thoughtful and caring. Went here with my family while visiting the area. Outdoor seating was perfect for the morning and the kids enjoyed watching the birds. The coffee was perfect and the food was delicious. We tried lots of different things. The kids loved the ham and cheese croissant and enjoyed the pancakes (but got everything on the side). The egg sandwich was good, but I wish I would have chosen a quiche because I think that was more their specialty. The host was very friendly, but the server seemed to want to be anywhere but working. Seemed annoyed that we were in his section and I felt like we were bothering him which is why I only gave 4 stars. I would go back, but maybe try take out or hope for a different server. read more

Came on Sunday for lunch, we set right away, kinda luck because a few minutes later all outside tables were taken. Ordered the arepa fritters, very yummy! Went there this morning at 7.25am to have a simple breakfast knowing that before 8 they only serve coffee , croissants, pastries. The restaurant looked closed, but it was not. A young lady came to the table to tell us that they were only serving coffee. I asked her if we could get a croissant , she told us that we couldn't. Only coffee. We had to leave to get breakfast at La Crema at Miracle Mile that openes at 7 and serves complete breakfasts. Use to go to Bachour couple of day a week, but it has changed a lot. Went for brunch. The food was mediocre at best. We got the burger, guava pancakes and the tequeños with the mini arepas. The food was bland, and the mimosa was just okay, nothing out of this world. We were a big group so we got a good table that sat all of us comfortably and there's definitely a lot of table space. The service was good and our waitress was friendly. It looks pretty in pictures but not worth it in my opinion. We didn't finish all the food and left a majority of it. I wouldn't come back but I would say if someone wants to go id encourage them to go and hopefully have better luck than we did. read more

I been going to this place for years. The food is good but nothing out of this world. I find it a little pricey for breakfast but we still go. My family and I love their desserts which we think is something very special. Today I went for lunch and service is usually good. Today they took forever for two cups of black coffee. The young male waiter did not bother to come back to our table to see if we needed anything after our food was delivered, which we did. We had to ask another waiter to assist us. The displays themselves are a work of art as well. And there's some thing for every pallet. My favorite is the banana cake but I've never been disappointed with any of the other items. For breakfast a great option is the avocado toast I added a poached egg and it made for the perfect meal. For lunch I've had the steak sandwich and a high-quality ingredients are apparent in every bite. The ambience is modern industrial yet welcoming. The staff is top notch. Best brunch I've had in Coral Gables! Bachour is mainly known for their baked goods but their brunch is just as delicious. I discovered the restaurant through watching Food Network Baking Championship, where the pastry chef was a competitor. I got to the restaurant at around 11 am on a Sunday and there was a wait line to sit inside, but know it is worth the wait! There was also outside seating, which is what I opted for. I ordered the avocado tartine which was amazing. The bread was sourdough baked in house. The portion is huge and can easily be split between two people. There was probably two whole avocados on that slice of bread. They season the avocado with a bit of lemon which added a great tartness. The avocado toast is served with a side salad, but if you'd like they also have breakfast potatoes. For dessert, I ordered the Bachour Rocher. I was looking forward to trying their red velvet croissant but they had ran out by the time I ordered. The Rocher dessert was played beautifully, with a touch of edible gold leaf. The flavor was amazing and so creamy. I highly recommend Bachour for your brunch and baked goods cravings! read more

Let's start with the service: from the moment you walk in till the check comes- the service is spot on perfect. Our server Ligia Carolina- really was spectacular. I suggest you ask for her. The vegan option (not options) is basically the avocado toast- which is by far the best in town- maybe anywhere. I suggest you order a side salad with tomatoes and ask for the bread to be not toasted. Why? Because the bread is so spectacular and flavorful it's best eaten in its natural untoasted state. Excellent coffee too- if you prefer your lattes super hot when served I suggest you ask for it that way. Otherwise it will come hot and creamy but not extra hot. Plenty of outdoor seating, plenty of street parking. And this place is easily Miami's Best Brunch spot. I love it! read more

It appeared that they were re-stocking the retail display directly from the fridge/freezer. Poor choice to give a bad experience... I would rather have been turned away, to come back for an excellent experience at a later date. By looking into the pastry kitchen (beautiful open concept), it appears all of the artificial or powdered flavors were on full display, top shelf... yuck. This place is amazing! Antonio Bachour is an award winning pastry chef so we came with high expectations. It did not disappoint. We came at 1PM and waited for 20 mins to get a table. Out of starvation and desperation we got a pistachio croissant at the bakery bar to eat outside. It had pistachio cream filling which was good. I wish we got a little cake instead, because after our meal we were too stuffed to eat anything else. I got the guava pancakes. It comes in a stack of 3 solid yet fluffy pancakes layered with cheese and guava jelly, all the meanwhile sitting in a pool of syrup. I took 3 bites and was full. This would be a good dish to get and share with a group of people. I took the rest of my pancake to go and it still tasted good later that night as a snack. My boyfriend got the burrata heirloom tomato salad. I loved the basil seeds and olive oil they used. This was a light but filling dish and I would get it again. The first time I came here it was with my mom and her boyfriend. She was raving about this place and I wanted to see what it was about. I had ordered the salmon eggs Benedict and it was amazing. The place is always packed and that just shows how amazing the food is. The other times I've gone I ordered the tequenos and they were so delicious. As far as the desserts they are as amazing as they look. Each one is made with such good quality ingredients. In the photo, my mom ordered 4 desserts and they were able to put happy birthday. My favorite one was the one on the bottom left. It was a rich chocolate dessert with almost like a mousse. I would definitely recommend this place for brunch and for any desserts but make reservations so you don't have to wait. Wow? I had no idea this place existed, but I'm so happy my friend introduced me. This place is the chicest French bakery with an incredible breakfast/brunch and lunch. I think they recently started serving dinner now as well. I ordered some macaroons and a pistachio pastry that was NEXT LEVEL! Also, if you're lucky enough to get one before they're gone (they bake fresh each morning and once it's gone, it's gone) is the mascarpone stuffed croissant. The magic that this pastry chefs creates is out of this world. For food we ordered the arepa fritters, the Bachour egg breakfast sandwich, a salmon tartine and an egg benedict. I learned about Bachour through a friend that suggested meeting here for brunch on a Saturday. I did some research to find out what was good and I knew that I just had to try the guava and cheese pancakes. The plate is massive and it's good enough to share with someone else. What I really liked about it was the abundance of guava and mascarpone cheese on the plate - a good balance between the two and just enough sweetness. The pancake was soft and fluffy. My friend and I also ordered the smoked salmon eggs benedict, another wonderful option, and it helped balance out the sweetness of the guava and cheese pancakes. I respect the hard work of the kitchen staff because both dishes were presented immaculately and with such finesse. As far as ambiance and service, I must say that I was happy with it all. The staff are really nice and serve as a great resource for diners. I've had my eye on Bachour Miami down in the Gables for a while! I actually didn't find out about Bachour til I moved to San Antonio (bummer I know) but I knew once I got back home for a while I had to try it out and what better time than my sister's bday?! Upon arrival they were slightly busy but well worth the wait. As you walk in through the front doors you are greeted by a HUGE flower wall that is just breathtaking. Such an elegant and upscale, but warm welcome for guests as they arrive. Our serve was extremely nice and made sure our visit was everything we wanted it to be. We started off with a larger bottle of aqua pana water (I'm a sucker for aqua panna don't judge me), I had the burrata heirloom salad, and my sister had the Cuban steak sandwich. The steak sandwich was seasoned really well, But nothing over the top. The burrata was extremely delicious but man... we came here for the pastries and we were NOT disappointed. I had looked through this menu at least a million times and kept seeing the Valrhona dessert and it kept calling my name. I thought I'd get something that was lime based but couldn't stay away from the presentation of the raspberry ganache. It was extremely light and airy, with a sweet and slight tart flavor, on a Streusel. The streusel was extremely crunchy but not hard, the perfect bite. We also had a real berry tart which was beautifully presented with fresh raspberries on top, covered in powdered sugar with a key lime tart. Creamy, sweet and sour. Perfect mixture 150% going back and I already know what I'm getting. It's not often you find a place where the food out beats the taste when the presentation is drop dead gorgeous. read more

What a delightful experience. I have family that is visiting and a friend of theirs suggested that we do brunch at Bachour. Looking back, I hadn't noticed I had this place on my bookmarks, and I was quick to notice I was in for a treat. The service was absolutely spectacular. Bruno made sure to be on top of everything that we ordered, and offered several suggestions, such as the arepa fritters, to start us off. He also mentioned that you can select any of the croissants that are available as part of the Croissant Basket, as long as they have them. We chose five different croissants, but I only had three of them, as the ham and cheese, and chocolate hazelnut ones were hoarded by those who ordered them (I'll see you guys soon for payback), but the standout was the croissant of the day, which was pistachio. It was delicious - the outside was flaky, with green strips, and the inside had an awesome creme filling. We were told the Strawberry Mascarpone croissant was the most popular, and while amazing in its own light, the pistachio one was by far the best. As for main courses, one thing I noticed is that the portions here are huge! I was able to sample the bread pudding, which unlike most places, is made from a croissant (I believe it was Red Velvet), and it was perfect. I also tried the Avocado Tartine, and even though I am not the typical avocado toast eater, I will admit it was the best breakfast I sampled. For myself, I ordered the Chilaquiles (not pictured - must have been consumed by the love for the Tartine), and the presentation was beautiful. The chorizo crumble was very tasty, and it had the perfect amount of cheese, and the egg was fried exactly the way I like it. My only gripe was that there was too much salsa verde on the bottom - after eating a few of the chips, everything started to taste too much like salsa verde. If it had a little less, it would be spectacular. For dessert time, one of the guests ordered a Strawberry Coconut petit gateaux, which was presented beautifully with its own mini-tray. I had the milk chocolate and passion fruit bon bon, and I should have gotten more. I am still craving some. The place is exceptionally clean, and the outdoor seating would have been perfect as well, as the weather has been cool. There is a Christmas tree placed right outside that adds the perfect accent for the season. Add this one to your list. I'm sure to return, and I will also check out their new dinner menu. read more

So we visited Bachour in Brickell and I was disappointed by super intrusive service and croissants from world wide chef which are butter less we decided to check the spot in Coral Gables in case if there croissant are going to be better and plus to try other interesting gâteaux. Paris Brest has classic pistachio ganache and is tasty, rocher is amazing chocolate-hazelnut gâteau, the main course which we decided to get the most expensive thing in menu - steak. It is steak, eggs and fries we asked for chimichurri and it took 20 mins to bring it, steak got cold (my friend said that it looked like chimichurri from grocery). We asked to heat it up, it took another 20 mins‍ people were walking to ask the waiter to pay. We took croissant to go (turned out to be butter less either). The check was about 90.13$ with minimum tip. The most interesting part.... WAITER MADE THE CHECK BE 96.13!!! (After we left most likely the waiter added a little hatch to make a 0 to be a 6. My bf checked the bank account and was shocked because he perfectly remembers the numbers always) what the hell Bachour? If the service wasn't good, we leave the fair tip.
