I've been searching for a great Italian restaurant for years. Finally, I've found Baciami! The atmosphere is welcoming and the decor tasteful. There's a friendly crowd at the bar ... and the happy hour specials are delicious. We were a group of nine friends meeting for dinner on a Wednesday evening. From the moment we were seated, our server, Sean, was attentive and seemed to anticipate our needs. When asked for recommendations, he suggested Antony's Sunday Gravy as well as the Fra Diavlo. Both were a big hit with us!! It's evident that Sean knows the menu well, and that his attention to detail made for a perfect evening. The portions are extremely generous and the flavors reminded me of being at my Grandmother's home for Sunday dinner. The meatballs and braciola (yes!!) were heavenly. We came again tonight and my guy had the claws again and I did the Sunset Menu. I started off the mixed green salad which was very good with the sharp provolone and soppressata. I then had the chicken rollatinni which was very tasty but came out warm. The crab claws seemed bigger this time but they were not cracked that well. My guy was having a hard time with them. This was our second time here for them and each time they were like this so I do prefer the claws at Prime better. This time also little lower in rating because our waiter was not as good as the first time there. Tonight's waiter was very slow in serving us and waited a bit in between drinks and refills on claws compared to the last time we came. We couldn't figure out why because it was less busier then it was a week ago. All said done.... We do like the place and atmosphere and will be back and will probably try the happy hour deal. read more

Just picked up dinner this evening. Hubby wanted bouillabaisse....and I ordered penne with asparagus ! Bouillabaisse was an unappealing mix of shrimp, scallops, clams, laying in a pool of some thin broth. No fish as noted in the description, the penne dish was also totally unacceptable . I have had penne with a vegetable in lite olive oil at the chain Italian restaurants that I can give 5 stars to. $65.00 before the $10 gratuity I gave. Shameful at best. I know food prices are high..but really gauging your customers with high prices and underwhelming food and small portions is totally unacceptable . Won't see me again. read more

We have been here at least 4 times, food and service is very good but the music is unbearable! You can't have a conversation, we asked each time if they could lower it and the waiter said that many people have asked but management won't do it, he even said that he has trouble bearing the orders from the patrons. I would suggest if you like atmosphere and friendly service you will love this place they have seven different bar bites during their happy hour $7 bucks each And you'll get a good idea what to expect for dinner. A little pricey for dinner but the service is excellent I found their Tomato sauce the little sweet for my taste but good, I had stuffed ravioli I believe it was on the special that evening my wife has the steak which was very good and well prepared to her liking. We had cocktails and a few hors d'oeuvres from the 7+7 menu I have the egg plant Parmesan and we had the fried calamari which were very good I would definitely go there again for their happy hour very pleasant atmosphere. read more

I had a reservation that needed to be cancelled so I called the restaurant and the man who picked up yells "what?" with a nasty attitude and says he can't help me and before I can get a word in to ask a question, he hangs up on me. Very rude and so uncalled for. Just because of this I'll gladly pay the cancellation fee and not step a foot and spend a dime in this place. Really poor customer service. read more

We have been a few times in the past and it was good. We went tonight and it was not good. The waitress was nice and the meatball app was good. He ordered the lasagna and it was frozen solid in the middle. They claim they have no freezer so they did not know how that could happen. I ordered the tuscan chicken. It wss luke warm and bland. They took his back and he ordered the surf and turf. His lobster and steak came out cold. Very disappointing. We will not return. Maybe new owners or something. If they charge those kind of prices they should try harder. read more

If it were not for the fact that the food was good, I probably would have only awarded 2 stars because the service was pretty bad. My server was friendly, polite, and brought out the correct food from the kitchen. The kitchen was very slow between courses which thankfully I was in the mood to sit and dine for 90 minutes. The server was pretty slow too. I only asked for ice water and my meal so the ordering was not too complicate. My salad was brought out and it looked good with plenty of marinated roasted red pepper slices but underneath, the lettuce was looking kind of old and some pieces were brown on the ends and wilted at the other end. My server told me he was going to get some bread and special olive oils for the table but that never materialized. My lobster was fresh and hot and since it was not de-shelled, it was a little messy and I could have really used one of those wet napkins that the other tables got after their lobster dinners. The only thing the server was pretty quick at was bringing my check to the table. I think the server is a really nice guy and has lots of friends, BUT, he really is not a great server. read more

Went for my wife's birthday tonight. Wasn't very busy but music was so loud that you could hardly have a conversation. Drink order was incorrect and it took 40 minutes before my wife got her drink. We sad over an hour before our food order was taken. Food arrived in a reasonable time after that but one meal was not what we ordered. Carpaccio appetizer was great, so was the Seafood Pasta. The Veal Picata was overcooked and the Boujabaise was lacking seafood and had little taste. Service needs major improvement and the fact of a 3.5% operational surcharge does not sit well either. We come here fairly often and their specials (lobsters, stone crabs) always great. Pizza is a never fail yummy. There was a waitress I never saw before (maybe just my timing) but to call her scattered is an understatement. Forgotten drinks, forgotten orders and we were dining with three young girls that ordered the ice cream for dessert. I will say it was delicious but the fact that she had no problem taking the $9.50 order for each girls GIANT bowl of ice cream was a joke. Two giant men couldn't finish one bowl.- hello $30 order of gelato. I question if she was just trying to up the bill for a better tip or was she too clueless to appropriately direct out order since of all people, she should know the size of the bowls of ice cream they serve. We accepted, so ok! - 3 caesar salads charged $2 each for anchovies, without warning - "operational" fee of $11+ added to bill without warning w no explanation. It shows up on menu but thats too late because we have $150 deposit Melody: Our table was under an outdoor speaker playing nice mood songs/music. But it was loud enough that we had to raise voices to have a conversation.When waitress was asked to have volume lowered, she replied, i will but they always refuse. So we amplified ourselves over the noise music. When the manager/ maitre d'hotel checked on us, we advised that the food, wine and service were great but could they lower the music volume. He promptly agreed, left quickly, never returned and never lowered the volume! That was disappointing and rude. We will all enjoy good meals elsewhere. read more

Always ordered pizza from here but husband and I finally decided to dine at the restaurant, and we had a wonderful time dining here! From the hostess to the chef, everything was excellent with attentive service. A very special shoutout to Alex, our waiter. Thanks to him, we enjoyed all of his recommendations. My first time here, was assured by the hostess who graciously confirmed our reservation that since the weather was iffy we could be safely distanced inside. Our Halibut was overcooked, dry and tasteless and the server impatient. We discussed this with the manager. He refused to listen; grabbed the credit card off my hand and would not return the card until I signed it. He charged me a $27.46 for "Operations Fee." I've no idea what that fee is. I believe it may have been a gratuity charge which I did not approve. I am unaware that a gratuity is compulsory, at least not in the USA. When I complained to the manager regarding the meal, he began to yell and screamed at us to "never return to his restaurant," This was heard by all the diners. In all my years dinining out, I've never encountered such a rude and uncooperative manager, who was very angry and made a fool of himself in front of his patrons. read more

My husband and I decided to try Baciami's for happy hour today & what a great decision! We were greeted by Jared, the GM, very friendly & welcoming. Upon learning it was our first visit, he proudly gave us the "grand tour " of the beautiful new restaurant & bar. Elvis was our bartender, who served our delicious cocktails. The food was amazing! We started with stuffed mushrooms & shrimp oreganato, both delicious. Then we ordered a "works" pizza (1/2 price at happy hour). Sausage, pepperoni, eggplant, roasted red peppers & mozzarella, to die for! We also had the pleasure of meeting Chef Anthony (a fellow Rhode Islander) what a nice guy. Kudos to Baciami, our new favorite local Italian restaurant. What a great addition to East Boynton Beach! Now we need to try at dinnertime. read more

Great atmosphere and Great food . Great fra diavolo. Poor service . Robotic waiter and someone stood by our table with bread on a cutting Board with no expression and and didn't put bread on the table. One of my friends took bread from him and he walked away . Got check, tip included ( don't mind that but don't love it ) and "operations charge " on bill as well. No one said thank you or good night except a great young guy ( looked like a kid) who I found out from a server walked in and asked for a job there . More professional than anyone else there . Complimented the kid and said he'd go far in life . Would I go back ? Yes. The food was great, but hopefully service will improve and manager will see this . read more

We arrived 10 minutes early on a Saturday and were seated promptly. Our waiter Alex was very professional and took our cocktail and appetizer order. The cocktails were subpar and not made according to the menu. We had to ask for the cherries that are specified for the Frank's Old Fashioned. We ordered from the Sunset Dinner menu and our salads arrived prior to the appetizer we ordered a 1/2 hour before. I will say that the salads and calamari were good. Our meals did not arrive together. My father waited at least 20 minutes for his pork chop to arrive when the rest of the table were nearly done eating. That is also when the wine arrived, which should have been brought prior to our meal. I had the Pomodoro, which was over cooked and I was lucky to have (maybe) six pieces of Rigatoni. My husband had the Vongole, which was cold. My mother had the Filet Tips with Risotto and it was mostly mushrooms, barely any tips. My 10 year old son's pasta with meatballs (1 meatball) was a dish of sauce and barely any pasta, which led us to ask for more and was charged for 2 dinners (over $25) - also overcooked and took 20 minutes to arrive. We waited another 20 minutes for our dessert order to be taken. We knew about the operations charge in advance but we are also small business owners and have had to spend a lot of additional money to put Covid protocols in place but have never passed that charge onto the customer - appalling! Especially when you are spending $300 for dinner. All in all an awful experience and we will not be back. read more

Terrible experience tonight at happy hour here. Two of us who ordered the same thing were served first. Fifteen minutes later someone else's food comes out and almost 10 min later the last appetizer. The manager made it very apparent that they don't care about happy hour patrons by saying "Oh we just bring out food on the happy hour menu as we make it." So my friends and I have to eat separately? That's ridiculous! Also when my friend complained about her caprese appetizer she said sorry. Never even asked what was wrong with it. That's fine dining? Not in my book. You ask a patron what can I get you instead? All in all quite disappointing and have no desire to go back Ever. read more

Having eaten here before, I expected the service (today, on Father's Day) to be somewhat lacking, and this time met my expectations. This restaurant definitely has a problem with service, with employees seemingly running around not knowing what they're doing. When we arrived, we were to be seated at a table, but then asked if we could sit at a booth that was just vacated. The person seating us said the table would have to be cleaned and he would take care of it. We waited for at least 10 minutes, nobody showed up, so we decided to sit down anyway in hopes someone would see us and realize we needed to be waited on. A young man finally took pity on us and set the table, but informed us he was not our waiter. For Father's Day, this restaurant was conspicuously lacking customers. Many tables were empty. A waiter (Scott) finally showed up, and he did an admiral job helping us deal with what could have been a disaster. Our daughters had the Bronzino, and liked it. My wife ordered the Father's Day Special, consisting of a filet plus Maine Lobster. The steak was very good, but the lobster was not. My Scarpiello was good, but not nearly as good as the first time I had it. I had been looking forward to enjoying this dish once again, but was disappointed. One other irritant. The outside sign, as well as a promotional card on the table, indicated early bird prices on drinks 4 to 7, with no mention that it was at the bar only. Our waiter was not even sure there was an early bird drink special on Father's Day. We didn't argue and paid the regular, high price for a cocktail. Two words can sum up our experience. Arrived 5 minutes early, seated 25 minutes after the time of our reservations and only because they were reminded that we were still waiting. Server came within a few minutes to say he would be back with water and a drink order. That took 10 minutes. Our caesar salad was ok although our friends Baby Arugula was not. The fish entree, Grilled Branzino was good but not "great" The Veal Chop was only half finished. The Chicken Parmigiana along with the Baked Eggplant just so, so. Nothing to write home about. On a positive note, the Carrot cake was excellent. To spend almost 3 hundred dollars for a less than good dinner for 4 is not my idea of good value. No reason for us to return. read more

Well the place is cool looking. The lighting is nice super friendly staff however the food wasn't that great for the price honestly. Calamari was on point prepared correctly favor thru the roof. But my meal lacked flavor. Pizza was pretty good. Sunday gravy was pretty good at least my friend said it was looked better then my chicken pesto. LOVE THIS PLACE. Cant say enough good things about this establishment. Warmly greeted as soon as we walked in. Wonderful ambiance and crowd. Bar is a good size, couches and chair area for larger groups. Happy hour selection is phenomenal. Nick took care of us tonight and was awesome. All servers and hostess are on point and attentive. We ordered several small plates from the happy hour $7.77 menu. The food came out so quickly and was cooked to perfection. Shrimp, calamari, 3 cheese and meat plate ($17 and worth every cent) bread and choice of oils with bread. The well selection for drinks was filled with choices. My parents are in Florida 6 months a year. Can't wait to return in late 2017! Thank you all so much!!! read more

Before I discuss the delicious food let me begin with customer service. The GM, Jared, goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. His warm personality made us feel like family from Day 1. The servers have all been great and helpful in their recommendations. Anton and Marjorie have stood out in our recent visits. The happy hour is a great deal with all menu items being $7.77. This special runs EVERYDAY! Besides drinks it includes several appetizers like calamari, meatball sliders, and the pizza of the day. All are wonderful. Desiree, Stephanie, and Elvis are great bartenders who make awesome drinks. They recently began a lobster special which I had the pleasure to enjoy tonight. Three whole perfectly cooked 1 1/4 pound lobsters are yours to enjoy for $49.99. My friends thoroughly enjoyed their clambake dinners. The clam cakes (fritters) and chowder were truly remarkable. I hope they remain a staple. Dessert is a wonderful finish and the tiramisu and carrot cake cannot be beat. This is a fabulous addition to Boynton Beach. If you want fine Italian food and not the cookie cutter available at the other restaurants come here and feel st home with Jared and company. You WON'T be disappointed!! read more

It was my first time at Baciami, and we sat at the bar, where I admired the cosy decor, thinking that this place looks great. The bartender asked me what I wanted and when I asked if they had Apothic Red, he said no, that's a Walgreens wine. Thay was a bit rude if you ask me! Their happy hour wine choices are a tad pricey. No wonder there weren't many people there. My pizza was warm, not as hot as I had hoped, and this was Monday night so the place wasn't exactly bursting at the seams. The manager didn't once come to see how everything. was, despite checking in with the few other occupied tables. My friend enjoyed her shrimp appetizer (all 3 shrimp!) but I have to say that I won't be going back. They should encourage the locals to come out (run a Monday & Tuesday night special?). It should have been buzzing and I was hoping we'd found our new go-to restaurant. Also, be warned, they won't let you do separate checks if you're a large party. We were apparently lucky that we could split ours. Oh well, back to the Two George's! Sorry guys! read more

seven friends went for dinner 4 hasD all you can eat stone crabs (expensive $99.95) but then again what isn't. stone crabs were frozen, when served thawed and watery but good. we arrived at 5;30 pm and left at 9:45 over 4 1/2 hours. service was terrible 10 minutes between service of crabs we asked for water refill never got refills no mater how many times we asked took time for bread service 3 of ouR friends had the sunset menu order veal chop nice chicken and veal parm not good they did not send back. WE complained to manager he said he would look into long service time we asked for coffee and it took over 20 minutes to get and tasted burnt that I sent back and didn't want anything else Neither did anyone else in our party We were there last year and it was much the same we figured due to staff shortage and Covid. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK. IT WAS a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE , ESPECIALLY FOOD SERVICE 41/2 HOURS WAS RIDICULOUS. read more

Lovely restaurant. It's built for high capacity with an intimate ambiance and incredibly friendly, attentive staff. The energy is that of an old-school, sophisticated Italian restaurant. Great music, a good mix from your Frank Sinatra classics to Lisa Stansfield from the early 90's. I celebrated my birthday here last night and it happened to be my first time at this restaurant. The food was fantastic, drinks were great and my favorite element from the evening... our waiter Randall. He's just fantastic! Randall comes fully loaded with a bursting personality and sense of humor coupled with an attentive attitude and sense of urgency to ensure we were wholly cared for. We've been here a handful of times since the grand opening a few weeks ago, since we can walk right from our apartment...super convenient! The food is stellar! Amazing meatballs...big as your head, pizza is outstanding with a variety of interesting combinations. We're from Chicago and this thin crust pizza is pretty incredible and does not disappoint! When I see that the patrons like myself are middle-age it would be great to converse at happy hour and the music last Thursday night was at a club level. Now that that is out-of-the-way... This restaurant is absolutely gorgeous inside and you can see that the owners put a lot of money into it. It is such a welcome addition in Boynton Beach, the waitstaff is stellar and the food is top quality. The nicest surprise is that at the happy hours during the week 4- 7 PM, there are mixed drinks and happy hour food at $7.77! Went there for New Years Eve. Loved the look and the feel of the place - great big bar, warm atmosphere. That's when it went downhill. Waited an hour and 20 minutes to be seated. I lost it at that point and almost walked out. Probably half an hour for the first course (salad). Dinner was passable at best. Took dessert to go because at that time we had lost patience and just wanted to go. They were horribly understaffed & unprepared for the covers that they did that night. They were half empty at 10:30 when we left and still hadn't gotten their act together. It's a shame, it really had potential. read more

Newly Opened Italian Restaurant with Excellent atmosphere, especially with Sinatra music in the background and hand painted murals on the walls. Our Host/GM Jared was Gracious, Helpful & Witty, along with our Waiter/Assistant GM Jonathan, whose service was quick and very attentive. Our appetizer, Caesar salad, was well chilled and not over dressed. The (Imported Italian) Wood-Fired Pizza Oven produced excellent rectangular Italian Tomato Pie, with a softer charred crust that is still making my mouth water.
