We went as a family on a Wednesday evening. Seated right by the kitchen and bathrooms with sun in our eyes, in half full dining area. Service was attentive. Hubs built a burger, med-well with sweet potato fries with a bad daddy amber ale and raved. Girls had kids meals: slider and grilled cheese with fruit. Fruit was generous portion (grapes were cut in half?) and tasty. They both ate their sandwiches without complaints. I had an all American burger (replaced American cheese with cheddar) which tasted just like any other all American burger only colder, also cooked Med-well, with house slaw. Slaw didn't have any taste ( added s&p, still couldn't taste the dressing) but I ate it just to get the cabbage in! The slaw was a decent portion though. No heinz ketchup! Rated 3 stars for my hubs but I'd give it 2, just cause I've had better elsewhere. read more

Food was decent. Nothing spectacular as far as a burger goes. The most memorable part of the meal was a dipping sauce for the french fries. It was a smokey barbecue sauce that was quite tasty. My wife and I were also a bit distracted by a TV that was showing "my 600 pound life". My wife and I thought that it was an odd program to have on in a restaurant. A couple who were seated next to us asked to have it changed and it was promptly done. I kind of doubt that it was intentionally put on, but if you have multiple TV's going it may be a good idea to know what it playing on them. read more

Definitely have had better. We ordered the nachos for an appetizer and they forgot the queso?? So the waitress had to bring a side of queso to our table. I ordered a burger for my meal and asked for it to be medium well but it was clearly well done. Also, just had water for a drink but had to request new water twice as there were things floating in the water! To top it off, service was extremely slow. We were there on a lunch hour and it wasn't too busy but everything took way too long to come out. It's a shame because I had heard such great things about this place. read more

Visited a couple weeks ago and thoroughly enjoyed the food. Everyone ordered something different and they all enjoyed what they had gotten. I ended up with the nachos (the one with chili on them). I ordered them without olives and when the food was being brought out, mine was not with theirs and our waitress explained they put olives on it and she was having them remake it. I was greatly appreciative for her as most servers wouldn't have caught that and ended up bringing it out to the table. Will definitely be back. read more

We came here before a movie and there was a 25 min wait. We told the host that we had a movie to get to and he said "it will be tight". Never did he mention that they had an upstairs with open seating. We found that on our own. My burger was decent even though I ordered it medium and it came well done. Sorry Bad Daddy's (Southglenn location) but 3 different incorrect to go orders shows me that your kitchen just doesn't care. The first time we chalked it up to whoever answered the phone not taking the order correctly. We were craving burgers again so I thought if I went in and ordered to go from the bar they would get it right...unfortunately I was wrong. Most recently we had friends coming over and they insisted on picking up Bad Daddy's on the way (we have a newborn and they wanted to treat us) and when they got here we realized that the kitchen gave my wife the completely wrong sandwich...she ordered a "make your own chicken sandwich" and they gave her a beef patty instead! This location is 3 for 3 on messing up our to go orders and I seriously doubt there will be a 3rd visit. read more

Good service, amazing sweet potato fries and regular fries, loved the sauces and the fresh ingredients. The Sam I Am was cooked to perfection and the special Wagyu burger would have been perfect had it not been over cooked. This is probably one of the best burgers I have ever had and I'm from Texas btw...for sure ranks right up there on my top 3my husband got the all American Burger and devoured it! I chose to build my own which was AMAZING and if you do make sure you get a fried egg on it! Delicious!! Parmesan Truffle Fries were excellent and so were the fried pickles that we got for an appetizer. The staff was very friendly but the only thing that was a bit awkward was the seating. I normally visit the establishment in southwest plaza which is awesome and wonderful with great customer service. THIS establishment however, I walked in for the first time to be met by a nothing but rude hostess. Her salutations to us as we walked in was, "and how many do you have?" With a VERY snoody voice as if we were disrupting her SAT's. After telling how many she stated,"Ugh, fine, I guess you'll want to sit at the bar." After telling her no she stated,"oh my gosh, ok, well it's gonna be 15min then if that's what YOU want." It was at this point we turned around and walked out. Not impressed.... I ordered take out and they didn't get the order and then made it seem like it was my fault. I ordered loaded tots and paid for everything extra and only got cheese. Nothing was hot, even after waiting 40 min for a medium burger and nachos. Bartenders were kinda rude and didn't seem like they cared whether I was there or not, seemed more concerned with either shift exchange or trying to close early. Really disappointed. read more

Not terribly impressed. We waited 45 minutes for a table; while spending $30 at the bar. Once seated the waiter didn't appear happy we had kids. 4 adults, two kids. We all ordered another round of drinks. I ordered a big ass burger medium well. It came half raw and half medium well. Kids ordered the slider for $5 each. It came with one small cheese burger and a bowl of fruit. Both kids were still hungry, so we had to order two more sliders at $4. Burrito burger had alright review. Mushroom burger was advertised with fried morels. It had canned mushrooms on it, disappointing at best. Last adult had chips and queso with an order of chicken tenders...hard to mess that up. Waiter was seen few and far between. I had to ask twice for a booster seat. In the end I would have rather given my $130 to another restaurant in the Streets of Southglenn complex. I don't think I'd go back or reccomend, even if I had a free meal....1/2 a star at best!! read more

I must start by admitting that I do not eat beef or pork...but the salads and chicken here are really very good. Tater tots might be slightly addictive. Handmade cocktails could use a little help but overall this has become my go-to place for making my own salad. read more

What can I say, I have eaten here on numerous occasions. The food is great, with that being said the service as usual was horrible. Our poor waitress was working probably 15 tables on the patio while three others stood inside twiddling there thumbs. It took 45 min for us to get our second round of drinks, we asked our waitress if we could speak to a manager not because of her service but because there were other wait staff standing around doing nothing. The manager came out and we voiced our concerns and we received an obligatory "sorry" and she walked away, you would think that the service would have improved slightly, for about 5 minutes it did and then yet again a 45 min wait for 2 drinks. I have given this place so many chances and every time the service more than disappoints, I Am a very patient person and I understand places being busy but when you have wait staff standing around and doing nothing it's just bad management. Not sure that I'll return to this location, the food isn't that great to warrant waiting 45 min for a drink read more

I enjoy coming here to Bad Daddy's because of the wonderful service and great food we normally always get especially when it's my husband and I on our date night. But after tonight I'm having second thoughts. We sat upstairs and our server was Jessie R. In the beginning it was a wonderful service but it took our server 15 minutes to get drinks and as soon as she dropped them off she walked away towards the bar and stood there on her phone talking to a co-worker when we waited to order our food after drinks were dropped off. About 10 minutes later she got our food order and walked away. She never came back while we waited on food to check on us to see if we needed a drink refill of any sort. We waited for our food for 35-40 minutes. Food came out incredible and definitely always enjoy the food we order but still drinks had not been refilled. After awhile she dropped off the check and did not acknowledge us and once again saw her on her phone by the bar waiting another 15 minutes to pay out and leave. Our food as always is spectacular but the service we got tonight was awful. My husband and I will either be finding a new place to have date night or they need to train servers better on customer service. read more

I'm trying to figure out why Bad Daddy's keeps getting good reviews. We had eaten at the Cherry Creek location around Christmas and had such a great experience and great food. Therefore, we were very excited when we found out this location was opening much closer to home. However, our first experience was less than wonderful. Service was mediocre and my salad was terrible. Everyone who had burgers enjoyed theirs however. I wrote a friendly review suggesting that people order burgers and not salads and received a response from the manager, apologizing for my salad. He offered to return for two free entrees. I was very impressed by this and definitely wanted to give it another try. So, our entire family went again last week. I let the waitress know that we had the two free entrees and that was apparently my mistake. I should have told her at the very end because she was visibly annoyed that we were getting two free entrees. I had always planned to tip her on what the full cost of the meal was, so I am not even sure why she would have been annoyed about this. Overall, service was terrible again. She was very inattentive and seemed irritated by us asking for extra napkins. Food was mediocre at best. Last time for us. Too bad because it's close by and fun atmosphere but certainly there are better places to get a burger. read more

Held out for 20 minutes for french fries. Was not busy and the bartender ignored never giving a reply when it came to wanting my check etc... Was weird, hahahaha... Like super weird. Had to ask while his manager was next to him. Was the oddest thing ever. They tried charging for a drink and fries. Asked them to take off the fries because I never received them. None of the three including the manager said a word to me. So weird again. I've come to place before and tipped 10 dollars overtime except on takeout just 3 bucks. Was the craziest experience slash funniest I've had at a restaurant. Left thinking wt#$@% did I smell or say something they thought was something else. Bartending down the street I've sent people to em plus I understand dealing with folks can get exhausting, but I was pretty nice and left without anyone really knowing how annoyed I was, plus this whole ordeal took 40 minutes of life from me when it was all said and done.
