Waited over 20 minutes after being seated before a server came to our table. After our order was taken we waited another 30 minutes before another server came to our table to tell us that the original server promptly quit. We left and will not be returning. Too many excellent food choices in the area. In reading other reviews this appears to be all too common at this location. read more

Went here on a busy Saturday night and I must say that I'm impressed with their food and service! We were told when we arrived that the wait will be about 30 mins but we weren't even there for 15 mins and got seated. The interior is your typical burger joint. Similar to burgerfi. I ordered a customized burger topped with cream cheese, mushrooms and bacon. The burger was delicious! I ordered it well done but it was still very juicy! I don't remember what burger my sister ordered but it was very good as well. I ordered a side of sweet potato fries and she ordered garlic Parmesan fries. The garlic Parmesan fries, in my opinion, was okay. I've had better. We also ordered Oreo milkshake. Although, they were extremely busy, our server was very sweet and attentive. There was a bit of wait for our food, but it's understandable considering they were busy and haven't event been open a week yet when we went. Definitely recommend this place! read more

Great milkshakes! Ice cold, creamy, delish! Mediocre food (burger, tater tots). For an establishment that charges extra for cheese, I was expecting better tasting burger. Friendly staff but slow service. This place is better than McDonald's but not as good as farm burger. read more

Okay first time here. I'm here alone, asked for table. Everyone this far was pleasant and kind! So they sat me right in front on kitchen. It was fine till i began to smell their dish washer bleach water. Not a great smell to endure at my table. Other than that my first visit was great. Yummy food. I had a very enjoyable first time visit here. I arrived after work with happy hour in progress. I sampled the Fried Deviled Eggs, which had a special price as a happy hour appetizer - they were excellent. I opted for the Bacon Cheeseburger, which arrived loaded with a variety of bacon flavors, and I upgraded my side to an order of Onion Rings. The burger was cooked to my satisfaction and flavorful! The rating I give is only because of the visit I had today. But I'm sure it's much better when it is less busy. The parking was a little confusing but if you are looking for a space really close forget it. I'm worried when the vacant shops become occupied that it might be hard to find parking. But it was weird alot of ppl were driving by kept asking if we were allowed to park at different designated spot labeled with different shops name. We got there at 6:15pm on a Saturday and the place was packed. The host stand is right after u enter the door and ppl were lined up all around it. They were customer waiting to be seated beside the bar in the alley way and every available space in the restaurant waiting to be seated. Servers, managers, bussers and customers had to navigate through the crowd either to be seated or to go to the restroom. But the hosts were all hustling to get tables clean and bussed. I think they really needed a headset to communicate from one end of the store to the other. The place was super loud because it was so packed. The server was ok. She basically had to yell because of how the loud the place was. She did her job well. But she took my signed check while I was there. A definite no- no in restaurant. All the servers helped run food which was a plus. For example if a party of six food was ready it took three servers to run food because the place was too packed to run more than two orders at a time. The food was really good. Basically you can make up ur own salad,burger, or dog with all the toppings that have. Pricing is on par with other burger spots. I really want to come back when not so busy and loud. read more

The only reason I give them three stars is because of how good the food was. The burgers were on point. There's no doubt about it. My issue lies in the service that we received. Our server seemed to not want to be there. It was not very busy for a Thursday night, but we rarely saw her. She essentially did the bare minimum for her duties, minus the welcoming presence. I get the it's probably wasn't gonna be a big top night, but that shouldn't mean you don't try to make sure your clients are satisfied. read more

Stopped in for a late lunch on the weekend. Place was not crowded. Hostess was curt. Sever was patient and nice. We ordered a chicken sandwich and a burger with the truffle fries. So average in EVERY way. Burger was flavorless but most importantly it was still ALIVE. I ordered it cooked medium and majority of the inside was still entirely raw....these are not steak burgers!! Bad Daddy's gives me the vibes of local family friendly restaurant bar that also offer sports and beer to the adults. This place is small so it does seem crowded at times, but TBH, their burgers are prob one of the best in town. I like to build my own burger and with that, expect nothing short of amazing. I think I found my favorite restaurant in Chamblee!! Their food and drinks are reasonably priced and the portions are very generous. I don't eat red meat so I ordered the Emilo's Chicken Sandwich. Oh. My. Gosh. The sandwich was wonderfully juicy and tasty! Every bite was a heavenly experience. My sister ordered the Classic Southern Burger, she says the chili was too spicy. But she's a weak sauce and I'm pretty sure it wasn't that spicy. I didn't care for the coleslaw, as it is an acquired taste (not terrible but not good either). Service is phenomenal! Everyone seems to be on something because they are overally happy. I can't wait to come back and try more nonburger items!! There's plenty of free parking in the shopping center. This was my first time at Bad Daddy's, just moved into the complex it's attached to so I've been exploring the neighborhood. Dieon was in charge of taking care of us and he was phenomenal! For those of you who can appreciate, I never like having an empty glass & I'm a fast drinker. Specifically of Diet Coke (if I had to knock BDBB it would be for having Pepsi products) and Dieon never let me down. Anyway... we got the Bad Ass burger which had their special Buttermilk Fried Bacon on it and felt it needed to be sampled. It was a heavy addition to the burger and I probably wouldn't order that on top in the future, but it was worth the try. I made the substitution of Truffle Parm fries and they were delicious. Not too overwhelming in flavor, but the fries were supremely crispy and that's always appreciated. Additionally we ordered the bistro burger which was paired with the sweet potato fries and that too was a big hit! Overall, it was a great burger with great table service and therefore we will be back again soon! read more

The quality of the food is always consistent this is one of the reasons I love this place except the amazing cocktails and the amazing variety of beers they offer. Cleanliness is as important as the food quality to me and this place is always spotless except of their light/ventilation features a few times that I checked The service is always fast and the crew always polite. If I want to complain about something that would be the greeting once you enter the restaurant area as sometimes there is nobody to greet the customers but I wouldn't grade them with less than 5 stars just because of this. Tried for the first time last night. Nice place with the cool stuff on the walls and adequate TV's if you want to watch sports. Place is a little loud but worth if for the food. Fried deviled eggs were different and really good. Burgers were awesome, loved the Mozzarella one, lot of flavor. The Bad-Ass is really big and hard to eat, was very good but the fried bacon had so much batter you did't taste the bacon much. A friend of mine told me about this place and it was so worth it! The food and service w. There both amazing. I did a create your own burger and create your own salad which were both BOMB! My mistake not ordering a burger. I decided to get a chicken sandwich instead of a burger because I wanted to keep it lean. The sandwich came out in 5 minutes. There is no way you can cook a whole chicken breast in 5 minutes. This was obviously microwaved and came out steaming as it would. No color or flavor on this thing.
