    Redfish tacos

Perfect upstairs patio setting for a Friday night! High tops or couches with shade, lights and misted fans! What more can you ask for? I tried the pomegranate margarita and the skinny love. Not strong but tasty! And to top it off fresh no syrups used! The guacamole had the best pico on top. So good i asked for an extra side! I took home the redfish tacos... yummy! My waitress checked on us very frequently. I felt bad I was never ready to order as I was enjoying the night out!

Spicy margarita (forgot the official name) but it has basil, cucumber and jalapeño in it

Saturday lunch. Not very busy. Service was fantastic (I can't remember the guys name) but he told us about the food and drink specials. Our food came out within minutes of ordering. Our server was nice enough to ensure that we wanted everything that came in/with our meal. He dropped off extra napkins with our food. We ordered food and drink at the same time so our food came before our drinks. My only complaint is that it was $13ish dollars for that small margarita. Was it good? Yes. But not $13 good. Plenty of parking. Lots of indoor seating and high top patio seats. Bathrooms are not labeled as "bathroom" which is odd. But decent place.

Tacos con Portobello (for $10.49 - not worth it)

Overpriced. Below average food. I went with 2 friends at 7:30 on a Thursday night, 3/3/22. Service was okay. Here's what I got: - Queso Gringo ($7.49): The chips were very oily and not your typical tortilla chips. Wasn't a huge fan. The queso was fine. - Portobello Tacos ($10.49 for 2 tacos): These were not good. Two tacos for over $10 and no sides?? Absolutely ridiculous. My friend got the quesadilla, which was fried. Weren't expecting that. My other friend got the burrito which actually came with a decent amount of food. Just so disappointed. I will not be returning to Pure and I certainly don't recommend it.

Love the rooftop at Pure! It's the perfect place for a nice evening. The rooftop is first come first serve. Downstairs is regular seating though. Our waitress was nice and attentive. We started with drinks. I got the skinny love marg. We also got chips and salsa to start (not complementary sadly). But the chips are so worth it! Not sure what they do to those chips but they are addicting. We got the chicken fajitas and the enchiladas of the day which were chicken. The food came out pretty quickly. The enchiladas were so good! The entrees come with a side of rice and beans. Their refried beans are so tasty! It was so much food. All very good! Pure is a good spot overall for a chill dinner!

Nothing beats the rooftop here. We live a little farther away but when we are in the area we always stop for a drink. We typically get tacos but it was so nice out wanted something fresh! Our waitress recommended the trip ceviche. The size was good for each one and omg they were delicious! All taste so different but liked every single one. The birria tacos walked by to someone else's tables and those looked amazing as well.

I came here on Wednesday for a cute happy hour on the patio and the vibes were absolutely there! These were the best margaritas I've had in a while and I left feeling great. I wish they were a tad bit bigger for the price. Now the guacamole and chips and Queso dip were good.... It went down hill with the entrees. We ordered a lamb burger that tasted like paper with little to no seasoning. My grilled shrimp tacos were okay...but my shells tasted old so I just ate the shrimp out of them. The real star of the show was the kids Mac and cheese! We ordered my nephew that and him and I were going in on that plate. I'll be back for the drinks and chips and dips but that's about it.

https://www.puretaqueria.com/brookhavendinein2020 How many times do you drive past someplace..." I need to go there"..." that place looks great".. "I need to try it out". Well today I hung a "U-ey " and I came back to sit on the patio at Pure Taqueria in Brookhaven... Firstly.... Congrats on all of us surviving Monday.... Heart and prayers with each of you... My first order of business was margarita choices... kids, they have such a huge variety... Because it's better to give than receive, I chose the Giving Kitchen Peach-Marita Margarita... who knew crisp peaches and Marita peppers could collide and quench thirsts?!? For dinner, I am at a taqueria after all... I got the ... $12.49 TAQUITOS DE POLLO fried taquitos, chipotle chicken, fundido cheese, crema verde, lettuce, queso fresco, mexican crema The refried beans were spot on... the crema verde and fundido on the taquitos were dippable, crispy and had a nice balance of cream to heat ratio... Portion sizes are great for sharing or taking half for lunch the next day (that's me) Between the sunset, the margarita and the taquitos.... I may just make it through Monday after all... Thanks to Elizabeth R. and Pure Brookhaven for the Monday assist... Kimi

I've come here a few times and each time is nice and not super expensive. They have a huge rooftop patio with plenty of seating. Recently came with a group of friends and we really enjoyed the music. I am dieting for my birthday and thought i'd struggle to find healthy items but shockingly I had no problem. I got a shrimp bowl with beans, guacamole, lettuce and grilled vegetables. It was really filling and I felt good about my diet. We also got drinks. My friends seemed to love their margaritas. I got a shot of Milagro with ginger beer and it was really affordable. They are located in a strip mall with plenty of space for parking. I would definitely recommend.

We came here on a Saturday night around 7pm and did make a reservation. It wasn't crazy packed but there was a good amount of people. We started off with the lamb empanadas and they were pretty good. It was ground lamb which I've never had before. The steak and chicken burrito was sooo good! It was the perfect mix of meat and sauce and tortilla. I'd definitely order it again. Before we left for the night our amazing server gave us free shots of pineapple-infused vodka! Absolutely delicious! Highly recommend

This place was GOOD!! I got the birria tacos and they were delicious. Cheese dip was good and grilled chicken and rice was fantastic! My only complaint is the kids menu is kind of slim but we made it work. I'm not from around here so this "Mexican " food was a little higher priced and finer dining than we are typically used to but I would come here again if we were in town!

I opted to park at the Wal-Mart and wasn't as familiar with the trail so I took the street route. Well-light and populated for safe crossing. The venue is very open and was relatively empty since we arrived shortly after it opened. I love the indoor seating concept with plenty of couches, movable chairs, tables near the open-area space and smaller sections for 2-4 people tucked away along the wall. The DJ was already doing his thing and the bartenders remained busy. As someone who wasn't interested in the drinks, I appreciate that there was a self-serve water cooler in the center of the room. The Jenga and jumbo Uno cards were a hit!!!! It was so nice to have these options available. And as others mentioned, the large screen was playing a classic movie - which we could still see from inside. I didn't stay long and this was a Sunday night but the parking lot was much busier when I left. I imagine the outdoor space gets crowded later in the evening as well. The DJ was just okay - not my cup of tea - but folks seemed to be enjoying themselves. I can definitely see why this place is popular. Although parking is less than desirable, it is not unreasonable. The venue is well-lit and easy to move around. The crowd was diverse, with various ages and backgrounds represented. And depending on the DJ, this would be a great place for meeting with friends, date night or just zoning out to some wonderful music ... especially on a beautiful night. If you're in the mood for something different AND don't mind the trek to Chamblee, check it out.

This trip was actually our first time visiting without him so we were a little lost about what to do next. LOL. We had gone to a cafe earlier in the day but it was still too early for dinner so we kept searching for something interesting to do. That's when my husband found Distillery of Modern Art. I wasn't really in the mood for drinking during the day so I wasn't sure at first but I'm so glad we went! We had never heard of a combination of a distillery and an art gallery before which immediately caught our attention. It looked like the space is used for a variety of events as well. Since we visited during Mother's Day weekend, there was a flower arrangement workshop happening in one of the rooms when we arrived. The bar area was very spacious with plenty of seating and since it was our first visit, we decided to sit at the bar. The bartender was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the different liquors they produce. My husband sampled their rye whiskey, gin, and Amaro Peach. I'm usually not much of a gin fan but theirs was exceptionally smooth and I actually enjoyed it. Amaro tends to be quite bitter but their Amaro Peach had a really nice balance of bitterness and sweetness. I ordered the Ocean Eyes cocktail which features their Amaro Peach and it was excellent. The bartender also made his own special version of a classic cocktail for my husband (I forgot the name!) and he really enjoyed it. What stood out most was how friendly and passionate the bartender was. You could tell he genuinely loves what he does and honestly, he made the experience even more enjoyable for us. We had such a great visit that my husband ended up bringing home bottles of their gin and Amaro Peach. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in Atlanta!

At 9:26pm, we sent 2 people from our group of 6 to go by Sapphire to see if they had availability for us. The manager told them "yes, we will have a room in 5 minutes" so the rest of our group showed up excited and ready to karaoke. We waiting patiently 10-15 minutes and the manager came by again with "I'm sorry but someone messed up reservations and we won't have a room until 10pm". It was 9:44 pm at this point. The manager could tell we were about to leave and she comes back and says "oh good news, this group is checking out now. I'll have a room ready in 10 minutes". 2 from our group couldn't wait longer so they left. The rest of us decided to wait and got 2 bottles of Soju. It's $15 a bottle and THEY WILL CHARGE YOU A NON OPTIONAL GRATUITY so keep that in mind if you want to leave a tip, it's additional. Our total for the soju ended up averaging $20 a bottle. I asked the manager at 10pm what's going on and she just cuts me off and keeps walking with a "hold on". 10:15pm rolls around and the manager was no where to be seen. At this point we have been waiting 45 minutes with no updates when the original wait quote was FIVE minutes. We saw 3-4 parties come in and get seated. I'm not sure what kind of business they're trying to run but we sure felt BAMBOOZLED out of $50 for 2 bottles of soju and wasted 45 minutes of our time. They clearly have to figure out their scheduling/reservation system if the staff are making multiple errors. Don't lie to patrons that you have a room available when you don't. This felt like the equivalent of an overbooked/oversold flight and they were hoping they could get more clients to cover no shows- at least be honest and say we were on a waitlist.
