I'm not sure if this is an issue with certain baristas or overall consistency, but I do think management should make sure drinks are being prepared accurately and match what is shown on the menu. I also recommend checking your drink before leaving. Mine was partially covered by the cup holder, so I didn't notice the difference until after I had already left. I really enjoyed the Vienna Matcha before, so I hope they improve the consistency.
