Found this place on Yelp and I'm glad I did! Not many places have Mango Matcha, so I decided to get that here, and it was so good! The mango flavor is more prominent and the matcha is more subtle, but still a great drink and combination. It is on the sweeter side and has a creaminess to it. They also sell coffee drinks, which I heard is made by a robot, but I didn't get to see it in action. The service was quick and friendly. There's ample seating inside to do some work or hang out. Cool concept with a robot barista working the espresso machine! There are a few tables inside and nice fountain to sit around outside. I got their specialty Bada Fog and Orange Blossom coffee drinks and both tasted really good with a good balance of the espresso and flavor. My favorite was the Orange Blossom because it had a nice taste of citrus that balanced well with the coffee, similar to the taste of orange flavored chocolate in a way. I tried a sip of my friend's matcha cloud and thought it was too milky and creamy for my liking since the matcha was not strong. upon walking in you'll notice a unique addition to the staff. There is a robotic arm preparing espresso. It's quietly working while the lovely baristas take your order. I went for one of their specialties which was the orange blossom latte. it uses the espresso that the robotic arm makes and then the baristas add cream and dried orange on top. Additionally they top it off with (either cocoa or cinnamon powder - some one correct me if I am wrong here). What I love about this drink is that its not too sweet and the espresso is subtle but does the job. Overall I want to return to try more of their items. Yay I'm glad more coffee shops are popping up in the South Bay. The robot getting your espresso shot is what makes this place different. Definitely get the bada fog. I actually was thinking it would be like a London fog but it's sweetened with maple syrup and cold foam. What I liked is that it wasn't super sweet. I did get it with oat milk. The next time I did try their hojicha. I did get it sweetened and it wasn't overly sweet it was actually just right but the whole milk drowned out the hojicha taste a bit. But it was okay. I'm just being particular since I make mine at home. They do have some pastries and mostly outdoor seating which is nice during spring and summer. read more

TL;DR - Orange blossom 10/10, Bada fog 9/10, I have caffeine problems I came during their soft opening and tried their signature drink, the Bada Fog. I loved it and gave it a 10/10. It was so creamy, not too sweet, and had an overall flavor profile that was unique to any drink I've ever had. My wife took a sip at the time and really enjoyed it too. They were only open during the weekdays when they had their soft opening. Now that we are beyond that period, it's nice to know they have weekend hours too. I saw they were promoting a new drink on IG called the Orange Blossom. I went in specifically to try this. I ordered it along with the Bada Fog for my wife and I think it's even better than the Bada Fog. It's a perfect drink for anyone who likes an orange flavor to their drink--specifically it's an orange creamsicle or orange bang flavor. Located in a shopping plaza, there is a ton of parking. Bada is such a cute coffee shop with a beautiful interior! I definitely recommend yet it may be difficult to find space to sit with a large group. They have seating in the interior and tables outside. My favorite has to be the matcha cloud which is their speciality! My friends love their coffee and their coffee robot is truly entertaining. The service is quick and efficient! Inside, they have a very modern and clean setup with a welcoming ambiance. They have seating both indoors and outdoors. Happened to be in the area on a Friday afternoon, so I was in search of a nearby cafe to work remotely for a couple of hours. Bada Coffee seems to be a pretty new cafe in Torrance and it's located in a shopping center with plenty of parking. We arrived around 2PM and there was only 1 other person in line. They have wifi and some indoor seating, however not all seats have back support. There are also some seats & small tables outdoors if you prefer that. I was a bit unsure on how the matcha latte would be due to some mixed reviews on Yelp, however I was pleasantly surprised. I found the latte to be decently creamy and have a solid matcha flavor. I'm a fan of sweet drinks so I asked for an additional pump of sweetener (their standard recipe has 2 pumps). The price point was quite reasonable too - $6 + $0.75 for oat milk. I feel like most matcha lattes these days run over $7, especially if you substitute for alternative milk. If you're looking for heavy meals, you might not find it here but they did serve many options of pastries, both sweet and savory. I stopped by Bada Coffee while looking for a spot to get some work done before heading to the gym nearby. This place is pretty new and, from what I can tell, it's their only location so far. They have a nice selection of drinks--everything from espresso and lattes to matcha, lemonade, and tea. What really stood out to me was the robot arm that makes the espresso. Definitely something you don't see every day--super cool and fun to watch! I tried the strawberry matcha. It was good, but I was hoping for a bit more of that strawberry flavor to come through. As for studying, there are only a couple of wall outlets by the window where the high chairs are, so keep that in mind if you're planning to work from here. There is one large table and a few bar seats, not too much room for studying but there were some people in there! There is a cute fountain area outside to hang out after you get your drinks. Walking in, I had high hopes seeing the barista Califia oat milk and Santé brand matcha. As a Barista myself, this is my personal favorite and many good quality shops use this combo. The drinks were AMAZING! I got the lavender matcha, my fiancé got a chai. Both had unique, high quality flavors. The chai was well rounded and spiced. In many shops, chai latte tastes like barely sweetened cinnamon milk, this is not that. Highly recommend! The lavender matcha was wonderful. Lavender was strong, which was a huge plus to me. Both were relatively sweet, but not too overpowering. I enjoyed the space inside to either stand or sit down & there is a shelf with items for sale and books as well. It's a cute touch to show community in a business. My husband is a huge fan of the Strawberry Matcha. You can tell they use quality ingredients because it tasted like real strawberries rather than just a pump of artificial syrup. They also put their house cream in a separate paper cup for us to pour ourselves on top of our iced latte, which was odd. Most cafes do this themselves.
