When I pulled in for service for my barely-1-year-old car, I was told my tire treads were measuring 4/32", and I was given the hard sell that I needed my tires replaced; indeed, "4" is low enough that they wouldn't do the tire rotation portion of my routine maintenance. I caved and got new tires. I later discovered that their tread-depth sensor is off and mis-reading by approximately 3.25/32". Thus, instead of my treads being at 4/32", they were actually around 7.25/32", and I did not have to spend the $1,400 to get my tires replaced. (Makes sense, who's ever heard of having to replace new tires in one year?) I learned this because they put the wrong set of new tires on my car and then replaced them, so I saw twice on their HD monitor that new tires showed tread of 7/32". After coming home with my correct set of tires, I got them measured elsewhere and confirmed that they are at 10.25/32". Shady practice! Highly sketchy & unethical.

I went in and got one part fixed and was told if it continues that they would just fix the whole shifter. i was also told my warranty was up in 6 days and i just so happened to be going on vacation. of course i get back from vacation and my car starts to do the same thing again. upon calling the main service area, i was told there was nothing they could do as my warranty was up. i eventually was able to talk to the service manager, nick. he was understanding about the situation and worked it out for it to be under my warranty and fixed the car for free. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

She explained all the questions I had about buying a used car and then explained to me the certification process. After learning about what checks the cars at Serra went through and the warranties and backing of their work. I was more comfortable about the certified cars they offered. After test driving and getting technical questions about the Sedans I was interested in I settled on getting a 2024 Camry Sedan. Really a great car which I love and enjoy. Once there, we were met by Acct. Exec. Sarah DePover. She showed us two cars she thought we might like and was very informative about each of the vehicles. She then encouraged us to take test drives of each, which we did. There are not a lot of used cars to chose from at this location, but Enterprise has stores all around the country and for a fee, one can have a vehicle shipped/driven in. We also became aware that one can basically "shop" for all Enterprise used cars on sale by way of their website, which will show all the vehicles they have for sale around the country. We accessed and perused the website after visiting the car lot and found the website very user friendly. We honestly can't say enough about how professional and knowledgeable Sarah was. She knows a lot about cars and is a true ambassador and asset for Enterprise, but it is her service oriented, upbeat, personable demeanor that makes us wish we could have found and bought our "dream car" from her.

They call me repeatedly to schedule service for the car. I explained to them numerous times that my relative lives almost an hour away and has the car serviced closer to his home, but they will not stop calling. I sent a message to their GM and Sales Manager asking for their help to stop these calls, and now they're texting me repeatedly trying to sell me a car. While my primary salesperson was trying her best to assist me, the overall dealership environment was extremely toxic and hostile. ​Unprofessional Staff Conduct: Another sales associate snapped directly at my salesperson in front of me, loudly complaining, "I'm just one person, they'll have to call back." Later, that same associate walked past me mumbling expletives about how tired he was of his coworkers. ​Lack of Cooperation: When my salesperson attempted to hand my trade-in keys to the appraiser--saying "Here you go" four separate times while walking right past him--the appraiser completely ignored her and walked off. ​Insulting Financing Quotes: Despite having a credit score over 700, Honda Leasing/Financing treated me as if my score were in the 400s-500s, quoting me an unreasonable monthly payment of $800 to nearly $1,000 for a Honda HR-V. ​Standing by while staff treated my salesperson so disrespectfully created an uncomfortable, hostile atmosphere.
