Everything was rich, aromatic, and incredibly satisfying. My brother had never tried it before, and after having the chicken biryani, he said his only disappointment was that this place is six hours away from us. Even though the biryani was a day old by the time we ate it, it still tasted amazing and held its flavor and quality. That really says a lot about how well their food is prepared. My sister in law did mention that the lady at the counter was a little rude during pickup, but thankfully the food itself was still on point and lived up to our expectations. There also seemed to be plenty of employees working, so I couldn't understand why the order took as long as it did or why no one seemed to take ownership of figuring out what had happened. Unfortunately, although the dosa was amazing, it didn't redeem the experience or how I had been treated with zero importance as a customer. I can be very understanding about restaurants being busy and food taking longer than expected. What bothered me wasn't simply having to wait--it was waiting that long while repeatedly being asked to prove that I had actually ordered instead of someone taking the initiative to find out where my food was.
