They give you so many pieces of pork. The pork by itself has a nice seasoning and flavor. There are plenty of the wraps and fillings, and the two sauces add even more flavor. There is enough bossam to feed probably 4 people. The banchan (small side dishes) are always delicious too. They always have a good variety and they'll refill the side dishes whenever you need. I order the Seafood Soon Tofu almost every time. It contains lots of seafood and has great seafood flavor. The Seafood Pancake and the King Donkatsu are also delicious. They give you a large portion size and there's plenty for leftovers.

It was savory, perfectly balancing the fatty jokbal. We enjoyed the banchan a lot and appreciated the fresh onion, jalapeño, and stinky (in a good way) sauce. The server was kind enough to tell us the jokbal comes with 2 rices already so she cancelled our extra 2 orders of rice. Thank goodness because that would've been way too much. This restaurant is bright, cozy and very clean. We will be coming back to try other dishes next time.

I decided on the Shasho Ramen, and my son chose the Katsu Don plate. There's a 1-20 scale for the spice level, I chose 20 as I'm dead inside. Spice is subjective, so don't blame me if your experience is different, but I didn't find it all that particularly spicy - what I did find though was some wonderfully flavored broth with a perfect blend of spice and notes from the vegetables and other spices. The noodles were cooked proper, and everything was warm and fresh! My son said his katsu was perfectly cooked as well, nice and crunchy and not overly fried. The service was on point, they were on top of things and we were never left wanting. Honestly I'm really happy to have finally made the time to stop in; I will certainly be returning, and I hope to see you there! :)

Over the years they expanded their menu but their staple imo is the galbi tang or beef bone soup. It comes with 2 pieces of large beef bones. The soup is delicious and is paired perfect with the mustard sauce. There are other delicious offering such as the thistle rice bowl. I'd say because of the limited menu everything is great. The parking lot can be packed especially in the weekend as all the church goes come by. Most of the clienteles are usually middle aged or older so you know they know what authentic Korean food is. The service is extremely efficient and very friendly. The place is clean just like most Korean restaurants. Nothing to complain about. Order the galbi tang and you'll be coming back.
