You need a quick protein rich snack pre or post workout w/o the greasiness and feeling weighed down? Go to Bafang Dumplings! The shrimp wontons, chicken and corn potstickers, and the pork chops were perfect for the occasion. I went onto exercise with my dogs for close to 6 miles today without feeling any discomfort. The order was placed online and became available in less than 5 minutes. Parking is free and easily found right in front of the store. The bathroom isn't the cleanest but available for customers to use. I wouldn't mind stopping by for a quick bite again in the future.

Grab quick lunch with my friends here and it's not disappointing. We tried so many things because we cannot decide!! They offer so many great combo and afternoon special with good price!! We got the potstickers which are so juicy inside and crispy outside. The meat is so flavorful and delicious. We also like the noodles. It's pretty good portion and the noodles cook al dente. The sauce is light but you can always add soy sauce and chili oil. The staff is knowledgeable and nice. The service is kinda slow but it still tolerable. Recommend for quick Chinese lunch break!!

This is my go-to spot whenever i'm craving potstickers. We got the potsticker & wonton soup combo and pork chop & signature bafang noodles combo. The wonton soup was flavorful & comforting. The pork chop dish & the noodles were also delicious. I do wish they had more vegetable dish options for better overall balance. The signature noodles were a little spicy but it was still very good. The staff were friendly and helpful with recommendations. Definitely will be coming back

    Sticky, dirty tray

Food is good however, the tray they use to place your food is dirty and sticky. Seems like it's never been washed. And the tables are sticky and not properly wiped to get the gunks out. Looking at the tray makes you lose your appetite. If you look closely at the trash bin, it looks like it's never been cleaned either and looks greasy. The owner should take action to address these issues. If this is what we see outside I wonder how it looks inside where they prepare the food.

    Signature dumplings, pretty good! 8/10

This is my go to for parties, small gatherings or just to bring to someone's house. You can order ahead and it's convenient. I always order the signature dumplings and every one likes it. I tried their soup, not a fan. But, must give their dumplings a try! It's so good with the black vinegar sauce and garlic sauce. Trust me. Tip: don't use the small containers at the sauce station. Instead, use the big cup size that comes with a lid, you get more and it's easier. You're welcome.

Bafang is located in a plaza with a decent amount of parking. There was no line, but our food took 20 minutes to come out. Service seemed slow given that everyone already there had food at their table. Ordered the combo 8 which is the old fashion noodle, bafang pork chop, and drink. Ordered the kimchi and pork potsticker as well. The old fashion noodle had a light flavor and it was good. I enjoyed the noodle texture. The bafang pork chop wasn't as crispy as I expect and had a sweet flavor. The kimchi and pork potsticker was definitely my favorite. The garlic and spicy chili sauce paired well. This is fast dining, but it wasn't too fast as we had to wait for our food. I'd come back to try their other foods though.

Ordered a SIGNATURE NOODLES, pork chop, and 12 pieces of kimchi potsticker. The noodles has decent texture, but I wish it has more sauce. Pork chop is well prepared, but the size is very small for the price. Potstickers are the best. They are cooked to perfection. The to go packaging is very nicely done. It keeps the food very fresh and to its true texture.

I can see why this is a popular dish especially when it's hot outside! I thought I was going to be tasting something that tasted cold and unfinished but it's extremely delicious. Very refreshing. The "cold" part is more than just cold broth and chilled noodles. The broth is actually more of a slush! A brothy slush! All the elements worked so well together. I wish we ordered two of these so that I didn't have to share lol. Service was great. Friendly and attentive. Refills happened without asking despite how busy the place was. Ambiance is nice for a family with kids. Parking lot is spacious too. Technically they have two parking lots (one is for the Bank but they have a sign saying we can park on that side). I only wish they would cut the cauliflower into slightly smaller pieces so it's a little easier to eat. But other than that, highly recommend this dish! I wanted something warm and comforting, so I got their Ribeye Pho. It comes in a pretty big bowl with tenderized sliced ribeye steak, noodles, and all of the pho fixings. It's a small authentic Korean joint that's family-owned. The ambiance isn't the best but the food definitely makes up for it; it's more of an older generation vibe. They have restrooms while they might not be the best and there's ample parking. The service is welcoming and friendly. Their side dishes are simple and you can ask for more for no charge. The salt and green onions are self-serve. I always get their Seolleongtang or Kong Na Mool Guk Bap and they both come with rice. They both taste great and are often considered a hangover cure. If you want to add noodles, you can choose between white or glass. Near the end of your meal, they give you Sikhye as a little treat. Sikhye is a traditional sweet rice punch. I think this is for dine-in customers only, I'm not sure if they'll pack it for take-out orders. It's nice because you can add as much or as little salt as you want and the same goes for the green onion. It is such a soothing soup on a cold day and the side dishes make the food very refreshing. Very home-y feeling inside with the aunties working there. Lots of parking since it shares a parking lot with other restaurants/shops/supermarket nearby. I would come back again for a nice warm soup when I am in town.

I really love their white miso tsukemen, the thick noodles are slightly chilled and served with a wedge of lime which is a nice way to lighten the very rich broth. I've had their red miso before but its deeper flavor is a bit too powerful for my taste, so for those who like something with more umph, that's a great choice as well.

The gyoza was disappointing since it was reheated and still tasted cold in the middle. Both ramen were filled to the brim with rich, flavorful broth. The white miso broth was slightly less thick and rich than the red miso. The noodles were chewy, and the Tao spice had a nice kick.
