We've been here once before years ago & wanted to bring lunch to a team of workers in pebble beach & they enjoyed them & we also got ham & cheese croissants & they were fresh & tasty, lots of other things here, everything looks yummy, the staff all seemed nice but it was a slow process

So good! Croissant with turkey, cheese and egg is very yummy. I also got the Vietnamese coffee and that was fire. This place is good.

Soft and fluffy bagels are the best and these guys have them! Service is always kind and quick, and the bobas are delicious! They also have breakfast sandwiches available all day which is a huge plus.

This place was a waste of $50, I would recommend going elsewhere. I got a plain croissant and a ham and cheese croissant (they tasted stale and smelled rancid ), lox bagel, breakfast burrito, a Thai tea, and a blended coffee. I was going to get boba in my drink until I saw that they microwave the boba in a melted plastic container for several minutes. Food and drinks did not taste good. Staff was not rude, but also not good. Very poor communication all around between workers and a longer than expected wait time to gather all the food and drink. Place did not play music, and staff could have been friendlier and more efficient. There are better places in the area to get a quick and filling breakfast. Hope they can do better next time.

Great selection Services. Good, but a little bit slow but the reason I wouldn't recommend it. This is way overpriced. They charge me three bucks for a thing of cream cheese. See the picture.

I can't believe how terrible the service is at The Bagel Bakery. The place is infested with flies, which should have been my first warning to leave. The staff clearly doesn't care about hygiene--several of them have long, oily hair hanging loose while they handle food. That's a blatant health violation! Our bagels were finished and sat on the counter for a good five minutes while the staff just stood around. There were four employees working and only six customers, yet no one bothered to give us our food. On top of that, the place is ridiculously overpriced for what you get, and it's so unorganized it's almost laughable. It's clear the staff is either incompetent or just doesn't care about their customers. Do yourself a favor and skip this place. Head up the road to The Bagel Kitchen if you want decent service and food. This place is a total disappointment!

Super professional, ordered Thai tea which I recommend (kids ordered Bobba which is a +). Staff were welcoming.

An OK cheddar jalapeño bagel...could have been better! Quick option for breakfast on the go before you do the 17 mile drive.

Sometimes they've been lovely and bubbly, but for some reason this one blonde staff member never seems like she actually wants to help. I had some questions on summer specials since "refresher" doesn't tell me much and she kept telling me about other drinks instead and being super short. The whole interaction still only had to have taken 2 min with only one person (who had been there for a bit already and seems local/older) behind me. Yet the minute I paid, even though I apologized for the questions and tipped, she loudly and passive aggressively said "sorry for the wait" to the next person right in front of me and they both laughed right in front of my face. I read the other review of the person who said they'd been here a bunch and usually loved it and then had a bad interaction and are also not like the "usual" demo of PG - I am also a person of color who was made to feel the same way. Such a shame what one bad impression can leave. Multiple comments about this has to be more than a coincidence... I would come back only maybe if this person wasn't working but not going to go out of my way anymore

A few people were waiting to order and more customers walked in as I studied the menu. I jumped into the line and after a short wait, placed my order. Rather than carrying my breakfast and beverage back to my hotel, I decided to enjoy the sights and sounds from their outdoor dining area. The expediter called my name and I shortly brought my purchases to a table facing the bay. I started with a hot chocolate, medium (https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=saJuyv784apZzH--psHZ3Q&select=SGdMOIoQV6_t-uothYYbfw, perfect for this foggy Friday morning. It was perfectly hot and not overly sweet. I enjoyed this as it's been a while, drinking this. I also got a sausage English muffin, cheese, egg, jalapeno aioli, onion (https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=saJuyv784apZzH--psHZ3Q&select=WgF_AQ-xeUkLIxZF6dRZlg); I was surprised by the size as it towers over the golden arch version of this. The jalapeno aioli was subtle and the onion added a nice crunch and flavor to the sandwich. The filling (https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=saJuyv784apZzH--psHZ3Q&select=NZaPMZCiCXJhrKg3VKuZgw) is generous. I also brought an item that I'd never seen to take back for a future snack or breakfast, the peach fritter (https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=saJuyv784apZzH--psHZ3Q&start=0&select=t303wZ8QRnuNuXk6rP16bw). With the staggering number of things that I bought from a downtown bakery, I didn't get to it till several days later. The dining room was about half full and the outdoor dining area was about the same on this cool, slightly foggy morning. Here's a shot of my view as I had breakfast (https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=saJuyv784apZzH--psHZ3Q&start=0&select=GTQiFiqy226JtcYrGIauwg). Big thanks to the kind and efficient cashier and expetiter. I would return here for breakfast if wanting something light and quick. It's directly next to the Monterey Plaza Hotel.

I do wish I could order a pickle or something sour that I could use to contrast the hot dog in between bites.
