Their food is good enough to make you a regular. Bagels are made on prem and they are on point. Everything bagel is my favorite. A bit pricey but not a deal breaker. Biggest problem the place has is the staff. There is only 1 guy on that team, a younger heavy set gentleman that works the mornings, that is great to deal with.... Everyone else... Good luck. Not friendly at all. Again not a deal breaker. Today however I drew the line, as it's the 3rd time I enter and quickly leave after seeing the cook not wearing a mask. The owners not too far and setting the tone wearing their mask under their chins. Brought it up to one of them and they just dismissed me. At this point I give up. Bummed the reviews for this place are so bad, I've only had good experiences. This place is super close to my office, and on the way back from court, so it's easy for me to pop in and out on off times when they are not so busy. First off, the bagels from here are top notch. 5 stars all the way. Their prepared salads are great. Some of the best egg salad I've ever had. The hot breakfast sandwiches are made to order and very tasty- they use good quality bacon. I'm only taking off 1 star because the cinnamon raisin cream cheese was almost spicy from the amount of cinnamon in there. Not appetizing. read more

Such simple food and yet terrible. Ordered a bagel. Stale and cold. Hard to chew. Bacon egg and cheese with avocado. Bacon was terrible over cooked and yet raw and fatty but still hard and unchewable. Lacked flavor. Definitely had egg shells in the mix. Egg whites bacon and cheese. Same issue with the bacon and the bacon was rolled up in a ball. Coffee wasn't very good but became sickening when watching a clerk banging the coffee grind filter in a garbage pail and putting it back in the machine without washing it. Female working the register, seemed like she was angry at the world. Guys working the grill just didnt want to be there. Charged a crazy price over $22.00! Mc Donalds would have been pleasant in comparison! Avoid this place at all costs. If you must make a purchase make sure its prepackaged food not made at that store. Except this last time when whoever was on the phone spoke little to no English and completely fucked Up the order Even after we went over it piece by piece. After 45 minutes of waiting I get a call from the restaurant saying they're going to have my food here in 5 minutes, they were sorry, and their driver has no cell phone. 30 minutes after I call grubhub and cancel my order, then call the restaurant. A total of 1 hour and 30 minutes after ordering the driver who "had no cell phone" calls on a cell phone saying he's outside and gives me a bag of cold, soggy, unpleasant food without even a sorry. I also once ordered a very basic roll with bacon and egg on it. I am greeted with a surprieseof a roll with bacon, egg, and pancake. I could do nothing but laugh. While we enjoy their breakfasts, their delivery is horrible. Waiting 15-20 minutes past the estimated delivery is often understandable but when your food shows up close to 60 or more minutes after the latest delivery estimate it is just a bit ridiculous. They do not like when you call to ask how long either. read more

I made a large order and the food was absolutely amazing. Also great customer service!!!!!

This place is absolutely terrible. I placed an order for delivery through yelp at 1:30pm and didn't receive an update, upon looking at my email receipt I saw it showed delivery for the next day at 8am. I called the store and the guy I spoke with told me that the delivery driver had to leave at 1:45pm and that I could come pick up the food. Which I did not want to do. I then asked for him to cancel the order and refund my money and he said he would. 3 and a half hours later I did not receive an email regarding the order being canceled or a refund being processed. I proceeded to call the store again and a different guy told me that the person I spoke to prior was no longer there and I would have to call back at 8am to speak to him again. So not only did I not get a call telling me that they were unable to deliver my food but they also did not refund my money. If it was possible I would give them no stars at all. Customer service absolutely sucks!! Update: they showed up at 7:30am with the food that they were supposed to cancel. I honestly can not believe this place actually has good reviews. read more

Favorite deli on the island I became a regular living around the corner and I love the staff. The morning or night crew both are awesome. The food is always good and everything looks clean and well prepared. Little pricey but I rather pay the price for well prepared clean food. Coffee is always good.
