We walked in on Sunday morning. They had a crowd. They were totally disorganized. The young man behind the counter had trouble communicating with everyone. At 9 o'clock in the morning, they had no plain bagels left. I saw two patrons finally step up to the counter to order their food and then just walk away. Presumably they didn't have what they wanted. The store is managed terribly. Hopefully they'll see the reviews and improve because I really want a bagel store near my house. read more

Love this place! Their bagels taste fresh, and there are plenty of flavors to choose from. I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese on a toasted onion bagel. Delicious doesn't even begin to cover it. Service was fast and friendly, even during a busy morning rush. The staff at the counter were patient and helpful. The other con, which really isn't that big a deal is the seating. The benches are hard to get comfortable on, but like I said, not a big deal. Otherwise, we will be back! Many, many times. read more

Our meals came out in to go boxes that were tiny and difficult to eat out of. The bacon was mushy and greasy, the coffee was terrible and the coffee area was unkept. All the tables were dirty and the dining area was unkept. This restaurant would be a secret shoppers field day! The reach in cooler was 90% empty and looking pathetic. What could they improve ?!? EVERYTHING!! They SUCK HORRIBLY. All the other reviews said it best !!! I cannot stress enough DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Waiting an hour almost for our order , just for it to be completely wrong & missing items. So much so that we went back returned the entire 50.00 order and got a refund. So I want to start off and say that these are good bagels for this area. I'm a little disappointed they don't have Asiago as an option (or maybe it was just when I came in that they didn't). I do appreciate being able to get a decent bagel because there aren't many around. But I got an egg and cheese...it was quite possibly the worst one I've ever had. The salt was absolutely dumped on it. It was weird to me that the ketchup was just squirted on one side and it was left open face in the styrofoam container. And there was not enough egg in there so it felt mostly like a bite of really salty and ketchup-y bread lol. Service was pretty quick, so that was nice. The seating is nice. Hoping the bagel sandwich quality improves. read more

There's an option to use either a kiosk or cashier. It didn't look busy, but they do have online ordering. It seemed to be slightly understaffed, but it was during breakfast. I know the staff were definitely working hard. I ordered a bagel melt with bacon, seasoned potatoes, and coffee. With the extras on my sandwich the order came too just under $20. I was like dayum it better be good. I don't normally ask questions because I like the element of surprises. Needless to say I didn't know it was an open faced sandwich sooo it was in two boxes since they didn't have a bigger box. So when I saw my order my eyes opened. I know I can definitely share my meal between myself and another person. I was greedy and finished the potatoes and 1/2 the sandwich. While the order took a little time the food is made fresh and was worth the wait. Dining room could use a little help. Simply terrible. Showed up when they opened at 6:30am. Expected to be greeted by the aroma of fresh baking bagels! I don't think they even bake them here. Instead, I was greeted by a dirty door and kiosk covered in handprints that haven't been cleaned in a while. The bagels were piled high out in the open on the counter. They were obviously not made fresh that morning and were at least a day old. Purchased a dozen (big mistake) because we were desperate (had a house full of kids home from college). Place was dirty and when we got our meal it wasn't correct. They examined it, argued that it should not have bacon when the menu on the wall says it has bacon and then argued with us. When examining the sandwich the employee had one glove on and was touching it with his fingers. We said don't worry about remaking it and walked out. I came on a saturday morning and wanted something quick to pick up and go. They seemed busy but nothing super overwhelming. I ordered a bagel and homefries and a sausage. we waited and waited and waited. we look over and see one of the service workers inspect the sausage for a whole minute before heating it up. the homefries i ordered were apparently the hardest to cook because they came 10 minutes after everything else. i didn't think it would take so long to put cream cheese on a bagel but we waited almost 30 mins. the manager looked like he had no idea what he was doing also. i gave two stars because the homefries came out fresh, but by the time it was done my bagel and sausage were cold. i wouldnt recommend read more
